Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) the behaviour of bureaucratic officer in internal services within the Ministry of Religion Affairs of Pohuwato Regency; 2) factors that influence the behaviour of bureaucratic officer in internal services within the Ministry of Religion Affairs of Pohuwato Regency. The approach of this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interview guidelines and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show that 1) the behaviour of bureaucratic officer in internal services within the Ministry of Religion Affairs of Pohuwato Regency is concern behaviours, disciplinary behaviour and responsible behaviour still need to be improved. Seen from the concern behaviour, the bureaucratic officer has a concern attitude as evidenced by their empathy for service users. Meanwhile, seen from the responsibilities, there are still employees who do not have a responsibility attitude, so that, they find a long duration of time in completing work due the officers often leaving the room when the service process is running. Go home early and the dress code is sometimes not followed; 2) Factors that inhibit the behaviour of bureaucratic officer in internal services within the Ministry of Religion Affairs of Pohuwato Regency include human resources and the availability of facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Food Service of Boalemo Regency, (2) The Effect of Communication on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Food Service of Boalemo Regency, (3) The Effect of Work Environment and Communication on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the District Food Service Boalemo. The research method used is a quantitative associative research approach which intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a specific context to provide solutions or input for problems that are appropriate and related to the problem. The results of the research study are: (1) partially the work environment has an influence on employee job satisfaction at the Boalemo District Food Service, (2) partially communication has an influence on employee job satisfaction at the Boalemo District Food Service and (3) Simultaneously the environment work and communication have an influence on employee job satisfaction at the Boalemo District Food Service.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the level of community participation in maintaining cleanliness in East Mamungaa Village. (2) To know what factors influence the community to participate in maintaining cleanliness in East Mamungaa Village. The current study used a descriptive research design. This research was located in East Mamungaa Village, specifically in hamlet five (V) Bulawa District, Bone Bolango Regency. The data has been collected using observation, interview, and documentation. The population was people in hamlet five (V) of East Mamungaa Village who participated in the interview on environmental arrangements. Moreover, the sampling of 15 people used a random sampling technique. The type of data used is qualitative including data presented in the form of verbal words which was not in the form of numbers, whose data source is obtained from the East Mamungaa Village Community, hamlet five (V). The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results, it was obtained that the people of east Mamungaa Village already have awareness of how to participate in environmental arrangements, however, some communities still do not understand the importance of environmental arrangements because there are still many communities who are not supportive and prejudiced in new things.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors influencing patient satisfaction at Gorontalo Hospital, focusing on the impact of service quality and price. Using primary data from 108 respondents gathered via Google Form through purposive sampling, the analysis employs Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The research model is developed using the Confirmatory Composite Analysis approach, with indicators based on established theories. The outer model evaluates instrument validity and reliability, using Average Variance Extracted (AVE) for convergent validity and Composite Reliability (CR) and Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability. Both research hypotheses were supported, with Service Quality showing a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction, and Price also having a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction. These findings align with previous studies, emphasizing the importance of service quality and price in enhancing patient satisfaction. The study contributes to the formulation of more effective strategies to improve healthcare services and pricing transparency, ultimately aiming to enhance patient experiences and satisfaction at Gorontalo Hospital.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan sosial semakin diakui sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah sosial dan ekonomi di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kewirausahaan sosial dalam menghasilkan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, selain keuntungan finansial. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari pelaku kewirausahaan sosial, pemerintah, dan masyarakat untuk memahami dinamika serta tantangan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan sosial di Gorontalo telah memberdayakan masyarakat lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, meskipun masih ada tantangan seperti akses modal dan regulasi yang rumit. Berbagai jenis kewirausahaan sosial, termasuk di sektor pertanian, pendidikan, dan kesehatan, telah berkembang di kota ini. Dampak positifnya tidak hanya terlihat dalam aspek ekonomi, tetapi juga dalam peningkatan kesadaran sosial dan penguatan jaringan komunitas. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya pengetahuan manajerial dan dukungan pemerintah yang terbatas menunjukkan perlunya langkah strategis. Rekomendasi mencakup kebijakan yang mendukung, program pelatihan keterampilan, dan kampanye kesadaran masyarakat untuk memperkuat ekosistem kewirausahaan sosial di Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan keluarga miskin di Kota Gorontalo serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi pemberdayaan yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan keluarga-keluarga miskin dari berbagai kecamatan di kota Gorontalo. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpastian pendapatan, tingginya biaya hidup, dan rendahnya literasi keuangan merupakan faktor utama yang menghambat pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Selain itu, responden juga menekankan pentingnya akses yang lebih baik terhadap layanan keuangan formal untuk perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa strategi pemberdayaan, seperti peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui program pelatihan, pengembangan usaha mikro, dan pembentukan kelompok simpan pinjam. Dukungan sosial dari komunitas terbukti berperan penting dalam kemampuan keluarga miskin untuk mengelola keuangan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk merancang program-program terintegrasi yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan akses layanan keuangan, penyuluhan literasi keuangan, dan pengembangan jaringan sosial di komunitas, sehingga keluarga miskin di Gorontalo dapat meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen keuangan dan kemandirian ekonomi mereka..Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan, Keluarga Miskin, dan Pemberdayaan Ekonomi

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam konteks perekonomian lokal yang semakin berkembang. Di era digitalisasi yang pesat, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kesulitan dalam bersaing dan memasarkan produk secara efektif. Selain itu, untuk membantu pelaku UMKM meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan dan workshop yang fokus pada teknik pemasaran modern, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta manajemen bisnis yang efisien. Dalam program ini, peserta diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat langsung diterapkan dalam usaha mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan motivasi pelaku UMKM. Sebanyak 85% peserta melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun jaringan kolaboratif antar pelaku UMKM, mendorong mereka untuk saling mendukung dan berbagi pengalaman. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi lebih besar terhadap perekonomian lokal dan nasional.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul "Pemberdayaan BUMDES: Solusi Inovatif untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Desa" dilaksanakan di Desa Langagon dengan fokus pada pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES). Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola BUMDES dan memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi lokal. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan workshop, masyarakat diberikan keterampilan dalam manajemen usaha, pemasaran produk, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dampak dari kegiatan ini terlihat dalam beberapa aspek. Pertama, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pendapatan BUMDES, yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan desa secara keseluruhan. Kedua, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, sehingga mengurangi angka pengangguran di Desa Langagon. Ketiga, terjadi peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kolaborasi dalam pengembangan usaha lokal. Selain aspek ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga memperkuat solidaritas sosial di antara warga, yang semakin aktif berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan BUMDES. Dengan demikian, model pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi desa lain dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Desa Langagon secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, launched by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture in 2020, aims to foster entrepreneurship among university students to address low post-graduation entrepreneurial engagement. A 2022 Tracer Study at Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo (UBMG), Indonesia, found that only 1.13% of 177 alumni pursued entrepreneurship as a profession. Drawing on this issue, this research explores a strategic model to enhance students’ entrepreneurial interests through the MBKM program at UBMG. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, gathering data from key informants, including university leaders, lecturers, and students, through interviews and document analysis. The findings revealed that despite students showing a high potential for entrepreneurship, key barriers such as limited experience and financial capital persist. The study suggests strategies to overcome these challenges, including strengthening practice-based curricula, providing continuous mentorship, fostering positive entrepreneurial mindsets, and encouraging adaptation to external challenges through partnerships with industries and government support. These strategic measures are expected to significantly improve students' entrepreneurial engagement at UBMG.

Abstract

The implementation of Management Information System (SIM) for a hospital is very important in its application in the present era. This is supported by the increasing complexity of the problems that exist in the patient's medical data and other administrative data related to the implementation of hospital services received by the patient. This research was conducted at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto. the approach in the study is a qualitative approach and the type used is descriptive research that aims to analyze the application of Management Information System (SIMRS) in outpatient care at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limbotomelalui 6 aspek PIECES (performance, information, economy control, efficiency, dan service). Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the application of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in outpatient care at Dr. M.M. Dunda Limbotomelalui 6 aspek PIECES (performance, information, economy control, efficiency, dan servicesudahdilakukandengancukupbaik. Related obstacles that arise in the field when implementing the hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) occur due to error constraints from the system, network and some features in the SIMRS application such as outpatient registration forms or medical and laboratory record forms).
