Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of environment and satisfaction on student learning motivation at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Motivated students have a higher success rate in completing their studies. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence student learning motivation is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo students. The research sample consisted of 93 respondents who were randomly selected from various study programs. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that the university environment has a negative and insignificant influence on student learning motivation. While student satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the determinants of leadership style which consists of personal characteristics and social culture, by observing 51 samples of the Mekar Jaya Village Community, Wonosari District, Boalemo Regency. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online questionnaire via the Google form. The results show that Personal Characteristics has no significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 1.388 and P Values of 0.166 while Social Cultural Factors has a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 3.066 and P Values of 0.002 on Leadership Style.

Abstract

By observing 99 samples of the Bunga Village Community, Bone Raya Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency, this study attempts to explain the influence of village administrative staff competence and environmental factors on the Quality of Village Administration Services. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique through SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling by setting criteria for people who had received administrative services and distributing them via online questionnaires via the Google form. The results show that the competence of village administration officers has a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 2.846 and P Values of 0.005 while environmental factors have a significant effect, with a T Statistical value of 2.047 and P Values of 0.041 on the Quality of Village Administration Services.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate how capital structure, company size and financial risk influence the company's financial performance. Library research methods such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, Semantic Scholar, were used to write this Literature Review article. The research results show that the company's capital structure has a negative influence on financial performance. Company size has a positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Ease of Service Access and Information Transparency on Population Service Satisfaction in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 51 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for social science (SPSS). The results of this study show that Ease of Service Access and Information Transparency significantly affect Population Service Satisfaction with a calculated F value of 58.409, with a total influence of 0.704 or 70.4%. Ease of access to services has a significant effect on population service satisfaction with a calculation value of 4,670, information transparency has a significant effect on population service satisfaction with a calculation value of 2,495.

Abstract

This research investigates the multifaceted determinants influencing investment decision-making in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, a sample of 150 participants, including owners, managers, and decision-makers, was surveyed to explore the interplay between Accounting Information System Service Quality (AISSQ), Technological Innovation (TI), Financial Literacy (FL), and their collective impact on investment decisions. Results indicate robust positive relationships between AIS service quality, financial literacy, technological innovation, and investment decision-making. The combined effect of these factors explains a substantial portion of the variance in the model (R^2 = 0.602). Practical and policy implications are discussed, offering insights to empower MSMEs in navigating dynamic economic landscapes.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of leadership style and service quality on community satisfaction, by observing 53 community samples. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM techniques via SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online questionnaire via Google form. The results show that Leadership Style has an insignificant effect, with a TStatistic value of 1.461 and P Values of 0.145, while Service Quality has a significant effect, with a TStatistics value of 16.830 and P Values of 0.000 on Community Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the quality of administrative services and officer responsiveness to the service satisfaction of the Bakida Village Office in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 76 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for socian science (SPSS). The results of this study show that the Quality of Administrative Services and Officer Responsiveness significantly affect Service Satisfaction at Village Offices with a calculated F value of 103,706, with the number of influences of 0.737 or 73.7%. The quality of administrative services has a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at the Village Office with a calculated value of 3,445, Officer Responsiveness has a significant effect on Service Satisfaction at the Village Office with a calculated value of 6.412.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Development (HRD) research, exploring trends, collaborative networks, and influential works. Utilizing VOSviewer, we conducted a temporal analysis, co-authorship network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis on a comprehensive dataset from leading databases. Temporal trends reveal an increasing scholarly interest in HRD since the early 2000s. Co-authorship networks unveil collaborative clusters, showcasing influential authors and fostering a collective research agenda. Keyword co-occurrence analysis uncovers interconnected thematic clusters, emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of HRD. Citation analysis identifies pivotal works shaping HRD scholarship. Integrating these findings provides a holistic understanding of HRD research, offering implications for future endeavors and insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Distribution Channels and Prices on Gorontalo Typical Yellow Rice Buying Interest. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 62 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for social science (SPSS). The results of this study showed that Distribution Channel and Price did not significantly affect the Buying Interest of Gorontalo typical yellow rice with a calculated F value of 2.915 and Sig of 0.062, with an influence of 0.090 or 9.0%. The distribution channel does not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Gorontalo yellow rice with a calculated value of 1.102 and Sig of 0.275, the price has a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Gorontalo yellow rice with a calculated value of 2.167 and Sig of 0.034.
