Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Development (HRD) research, exploring trends, collaborative networks, and influential works. Utilizing VOSviewer, we conducted a temporal analysis, co-authorship network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis on a comprehensive dataset from leading databases. Temporal trends reveal an increasing scholarly interest in HRD since the early 2000s. Co-authorship networks unveil collaborative clusters, showcasing influential authors and fostering a collective research agenda. Keyword co-occurrence analysis uncovers interconnected thematic clusters, emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of HRD. Citation analysis identifies pivotal works shaping HRD scholarship. Integrating these findings provides a holistic understanding of HRD research, offering implications for future endeavors and insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Distribution Channels and Prices on Gorontalo Typical Yellow Rice Buying Interest. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 62 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for social science (SPSS). The results of this study showed that Distribution Channel and Price did not significantly affect the Buying Interest of Gorontalo typical yellow rice with a calculated F value of 2.915 and Sig of 0.062, with an influence of 0.090 or 9.0%. The distribution channel does not have a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Gorontalo yellow rice with a calculated value of 1.102 and Sig of 0.275, the price has a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Gorontalo yellow rice with a calculated value of 2.167 and Sig of 0.034.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of green infrastructure and community participation on sustainable natural resource management in Indonesia through qualitative analysis. Fifteen stakeholders, including government officials, activists, community leaders, NGO representatives, and scholars, were interviewed to gather diverse perspectives on the subject. Thematic analysis revealed key themes highlighting the critical role of green infrastructure in enhancing ecosystem resilience and biodiversity conservation. Additionally, community participation emerged as essential for fostering inclusive decision-making processes and empowering local communities in resource governance. Despite challenges such as funding constraints and power imbalances, opportunities for innovation and collaboration were identified. The findings underscore the interconnectedness of green infrastructure, community participation, and sustainable natural resource management, suggesting integrated approaches for addressing the complex challenges facing Indonesia's natural resources.

Abstract

This research tries to explain the influence of education and partici-pation in decision-making on women's empowerment, by observing a sample of 53 women in the village. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) methods using the SMARTPLS version 3 software. The samples were chosen and gathered via purposive sampling and disseminated us-ing an online questionnaire using Google form. The results show that education has an insignificant effect, with a Tstatistics value of 5.600 and P values of 0.000, while participation in decision-making has a significant effect, with a Tstatistics value of 2.295 and P value of 0.022 on women's empowerment.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of officer accessibility and re-sponsiveness on community satisfaction, by observing 50 communi-ty samples. Data were analysed using PLS-SEM techniques via SMARTPLS version 3 software. Samples were selected and collected through purposive sampling and distributed via online question-naire via Google form. The results show that Accessibility has an insignificant effect, with a TStatistic value of 0.037 and P Values of 0.970, while Officer Responsiveness has a significant effect, with a TStatistics value of 4.953 and P Values of 0.000 on Community Satis-faction.

Abstract

The literature review article on the Effect of Financial Performance and Company Size on Company Value aims to formulate a research hypothesis that evaluates the relationship between these variables in future research. The method for writing this literature review article is based on the literature review research method, with data sources coming from various platforms such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, Semantic Scholar, and other online academic sources. The findings from this literature review article show that financial performance has a significant impact on company value, while company size has no effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect between teaching quality and campus facilities on student motivation. The quality of teaching and campus facilities is considered as an important factor that can influ-ence student learning motivation. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 93 students from various study programs at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Statistical analysis was used to examine the influence between these variables. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between teaching quality and student learning motivation. In addition, campus facili-ties were also found to have a significant influence on student learn-ing motivation.

Abstract

In a period of several years from 2018 to 2022, it was found that village financial management had not been implemented optimally. The research objectives are (1) To find out the financial planning of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (2) To find out the financial implementation of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (3) To find out the financial administration of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (4) To find out the financial reporting of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. (5) To find out the financial accountability of the Lamu Village Government, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency. The research method used is descriptive research and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research are (1) Village financial planning in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because there are still disputes over programs which have often occurred between the community and the Lamu Village Government. (2) The implementation of village finances in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because the planned programs often do not match the conditions in the field. (3) The administration of village finances in Lamu Village has been running effectively as proven by the Village Government following procedures in policies that are implemented in accordance with existing regulations. (4) Village financial reporting in Lamu Village has not been running effectively because reporting is often hampered due to networks in village financial reporting. (5) Village financial accountability in Lamu Village has been running effectively, because the Lamu Village Government will make inputs on time so as not to exceed the target time

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Ease of Service Access and Information Transparency on Population Service Satisfaction in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 51 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statical program for social science (SPSS). The results of this study show that Ease of Service Access and Information Transparency significantly affect Population Service Satisfaction with a calculated F value of 58.409, with a total influence of 0.704 or 70.4%. Ease of access to services has a significant effect on population service satisfaction with a calculation value of 4,670, information transparency has a significant effect on population service satisfaction with a calculation value of 2,495.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the resignation of the BUMDes management in Diloato Village every year. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews) and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include data collection, data reduction, analysis and presentation of data and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) boredom with a long working period, accompanied by dissatisfaction with work, an uncomfortable work environment, disharmony between administrators. (2) The level of education is not the main factor in the resignation of the management, but rather the lack of government support to synergize the skills with the education level of the administrators. (3) The very small salary is a factor that causes the resignation of the Diloato Village BUMDes management.
