Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi terus berkembang setiap tahunnya. Tentu, kemajuan ini berdampak positif untuk meningkatkan kualitas praktik kedokteran hingga pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat menunjang efektivitas dan efisiensi. Salah satunya, sistem informasi rumah sakit yang digunakan untuk proses mengumpulkan, mengolah, hingga menyajikan data di semua tingkat pemerintah secara merata. Sistem ini mendukung manajemen masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan bagi seluruh masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit bukan sekadar agar rumah sakit terlihat lebih modern, melainkan bertujuan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sistem Inforamasi Rawat Inap adalah Hidayatullah tidak lepas dari data-data pasien, dan fasilitasnya yang dapat berubah sewaktu- waktu dan pelayananya dengan jumlah data yang sangat besar. Perubahan data tersebut harus tersimpan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu untuk mendukung sistem informasi Rumah Sakit Syarif Hidayatullah yang efektif perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi rumah sakit yang lebih komprehensif sehingga akan memudahkan pasien, dokter dan karyawan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Rawat Inap untuk Rumah Sakit Syarif Hidayatullah di Tangerang Selatan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah Riset dan Pengembangan.. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah menjadikan salah satu solusi dalam meminimalisir peluang terjadi manipulasi data dan dapat menghilangkan proses data secara manual, mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan input data oleh admin.

Abstract

Penggunaan masker merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan dan antisipasi penyebaran virus COVID-19 saat berada didalam ruangan. Hal ini diperlukan karena kegiatan ekonomi. Pendidikan, dan pekerjaan masyarakat indonesia diluar rumah sudah perlahan kembali walaupun belum normal seperti dahulu. Oleh karena itu pendeteksian masker pada alat screening protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sangat penting untuk diterapkan saat memasuki ruangan. Pada rangkaian penelitian ini menggunakan Raspberry PI 4 sebagai mikrokontroller, kemudian kamera sebagai pedeteksi penggunaan masker secara real time, dan motor servo sebagai output untuk menggerakkan palang secara otomatis saat pengunjung memakai masker. Untuk pendeteksian masker digunakan metode convolutional neural network yang terdiri dari berbagai proses pelatihan seperti feature learning yang terdiri dari konvolusi layer dan polling layer, dan juga terdapat classification yang terdiri dari fully connected dan softmax.input dari metode convolutional neural network berupa data gambar yang terdiri dari 120 data gambar. Yang dibagi menjadi 60 untuk data gambar menggunakan masker, dan 60 data gambar yang tidak memakai masker. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mendeteksi penggunaan masker 100% sesuai dengan masker pada input data gambar dan palang pintu terbuka secara otomatis.

Abstract

The early marriage controversy is a significant issue that affects people's views regarding marriage within the framework of Islamic religious doctrine and customs in Indonesia. This article examines how Islamic law adapts in response to socio-cultural changes, especially in regions with Muslim minority populations, which have mixed interpretations of the age of marriage. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through news and literature relevant to the keyword "Early marriage controversy in Indonesia." The analysis was carried out inductively to identify the forms, factors, and impacts of early marriage controversies on the lives of young couples, both from the perspective of health, quality of life, and religious and cultural norms. The results of the study show that this controversy reflects the challenges of integrating Islamic religious doctrine with local customary values, creating both positive and negative consequences for couples who marry young. In the context of Muslim minorities, this article recommends a flexible and responsive approach to Islamic law to socio-cultural dynamics, in order to achieve a balance between religious norms and the social needs of diverse communities.

Abstract

Kulit merupakan organ terluar manusia. Seringkali kita memiliki masalah pada kulit. Pada zaman modern ini, bidang kesehatan sudah menggunakan kemajuan teknologi untuk mendiagnosis penyakit pada manusia. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis klasifikasi penyakit kulit menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine dan Convolutional Neural Network (SVM-CNN). Pada CNN, CNN memiliki keunggulan dalam ekstraksi fitur kompleks dan akurasi tinggi, sedangkan SVM efektif pada data berdimensi tinggi. Studi literatur dari jurnal-jurnal yang kami analisis menunjukkan bahwa uji coba algoritma CNN memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi hingga 92,6%. Hasil ini berpotensi besar untuk memberikan diagnosis penyakit kulit secara otomatis. Namun, pengembangan ini memerlukan peningkatkan pada performa. Kondisi gambar yang dihasilkan masih dalam kualitas rendah atau dataset yang beragam.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of performance, motivation, and networking of Credit Marketing Officers (CMOs) on the sales volume of car financing at PT Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Makassar Branch. A quantitative study with a survey design was conducted on 45 active CMOs in 2023. Data collection was carried out using structured questionnaires, and data analysis was performed through multiple regression to determine the relationships between independent and dependent variables. The study aims to identify factors influencing sales volume in the context of automotive financing. The results show that performance, motivation, and networking have a significant simultaneous effect on sales volume. Motivation proved to have the largest contribution, where an increase of one unit in motivation could raise sales volume by 15%. Partially, the variables of motivation, performance, and networking positively impact sales volume. The study emphasizes the importance of optimizing CMO performance and motivation, as well as strategic network management, to enhance the Companies' competitiveness in the automotive financing industry.

Abstract

Renewable energy has become a new trend in power systems. Renewable-based power plants such as wind power systems and photovoltaics. This paper proposed a novel method for inertia emulation based on superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES). To get better inertia support for the system, a type-2 fuzzy controller is used as the SMES controller. An area power system is used as the test system to investigate the performance of type-2 fuzzy controller on SMES. Time domain simulation is carried out to show the efficacy of the proposed method. From the simulation results, it is found that the proposed controller can reduce the overshoot of frequency by up to 20% compared to the type-1 fuzzy controller. It is also hoped that the proposed method can be used as a reference of the Industrial people.

Abstract

The phenomenon of child marriage frequently disregards children's reproductive rights. This study aims to explain the negligence of reproductive rights in child marriages by examining practices, factors, and the impacts of such neglect on girls' human rights. This paper employs a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data was gathered through the use of keywords to search the term "neglect of women's reproductive rights in child marriage”. The data was analyzed by reducing, describing, and interpreting the data in depth in order to reach a conclusion. This paper demonstrates that the practice of child marriage not only places females in a disadvantageous position, but also has an impact on reproductive rights, which has negative repercussions for survival, such as miscarriage, baby blues syndrome, and death. It is also anticipated that this paper can serve as a resource for conducting research on child marriage and the neglect of girls' reproductive rights from a broader and more multidisciplinary perspective, so that it can be used as a basis for formulating firm policies on reproductive rights

Abstract

Solar tracker widely maximizes solar energy harvesting by maintaining a perpendicular relative position between the sun and the solar panel. Single and dual-axis solar tracker controllers are the most control mechanisms that are widely implemented. The single-axis solar tracker (SAST) is preferable between those two control mechanisms due to economic and simpler control algorithm features. Many control algorithms have been proposed to improve the performance of SAST. The conventional proportional integral derivative (PID) controller has major limitations mainly corresponding to slower response. Moreover, it cannot handle the uncertainties of the sunlight. To overcome the problem, type 2-fuzzy logic control (T2-FLC) is proposed. The single-axis solar tracker controller based on T2-FLC is applied in Arduino and implemented in the hardware environment. It was monitored that the T2-FLC provides much better responses than the conventional controllers in terms of better dynamic response and more efficiency in harvesting solar energy.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis siswa di SMP dan SMA bidang robotika sambil mendukung SDGs, khususnya pendidikan berkualitas dan inovasi teknologi. Pelatihan meliputi perakitan, pemrograman, dan aplikasi robotika, dengan pendekatan interaktif yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum. Program diawali identifikasi sekolah mitra yang kekurangan sumber daya, diikuti koordinasi, dan penyusunan modul pelatihan. Siswa belajar teori robotika dasar mencakup prinsip elektronik, mekanik, dan pemrograman, serta praktik merakit dan memprogram robot dalam kelompok kecil. Kompetisi internal diadakan untuk menguji kemampuan siswa dan memotivasi mereka dalam memecahkan masalah secara kreatif. Pelatihan robot mengajarkan Ipteks berupa elektronika, pemrograman, mekatronika, IoT, serta kecerdasan buatan untuk otomasi dan inovasi teknologi.  Tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan fasilitas dan waktu, diatasi dengan penyesuaian materi dan jadwal. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan siswa, dengan inovasi kreatif dalam solusi berbasis teknologi untuk mendukung SDGs. Program ini berhasil membangkitkan minat siswa pada teknologi, memberikan dasar kuat bagi program serupa di masa depan, serta mendorong kolaborasi pendidikan dan industri.

Abstract

This training aims to enhance the skills of students at SMP Utama Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, in using the Paint application, which is a built-in Microsoft software. By utilizing Paint, students are expected to develop basic drawing and graphic design skills, which can serve as a crucial foundation in learning information and communication technology. The training methods include theoretical and practical sessions, where students are introduced to various features and functions of the Paint application. Evaluation is conducted through the assessment of practical assignments given during the training. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in using the Paint application. This program is expected to make a positive contribution to the efforts of developing technological skills among junior high school students.
