Abstract

Buah naga merah mempunyai kandungan zat bioaktif yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh yaitu antioksidan (asam askorbat, betakaroten, dan antosianin) dan serat pangan dalam bentuk pektin. Selain itu  juga dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna alami bahan pangan dan dijadikan pangan dan dijadikan sebagai alternatif pengganti pewarna sintetis yang aman bagi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan pewarna alami buah naga merah terhadap penilaian organoleptik dan analisis proksimat pada kue pie.Metode penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial dengan 3 perlakuan 3 pengulangan. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan ANOVA (Analisis Of Varians) dan Uji Lanjut Duncan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan uji organoleptik berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna(p=0,009), aroma(p=0,0015), rasa(p=0,001), dan tekstur(p=0,0023). Hasil uji proksimat berpengaruh nyata terhadap karbohidrat(p=0,001), protein(p=0,002), lemak (p=0,002), serat kasar(p=0,002), kadar air(p=0,032), dan kadar abu(p=0,047) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan buah naga merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat kasar, kadar air dan kadar abu.

Abstract

This research starts from the problem of whether product quality and price have a simultaneous and partial effect on the decision to repurchase cosmetics at Shopee with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how much influence product quality and price have on the decision to repurchase cosmetics. Then to see and analyze whether consumer satisfaction can mediate product quality and price on consumer satisfaction. The data collection technique is in the form of distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis with PLS Algorithm and Bootstrapping analysis using the SmartPLS3 application. The research results show that: 1) Product quality influences repurchase decisions. 2) Product quality influences consumer satisfaction. 3) Price influences repurchase decisions. 4) Price influences consumer satisfaction. 5) Consumer satisfaction influences purchasing decisions. 6) Product quality through consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase decisions. 7) Price through consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase decisions. Abstract

Advances in information technology are driving government agencies to improve data governance quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner. The Banyuwangi Central Statistics Agency (BPS) requires a State Property (BMN) recording system capable of improving the quality of its governance. This system was designed to minimize errors in manual recording, expedite report preparation, and facilitate real-time data access. This research aims to create a web-based state property data collection information system using a prototype method, enabling active user and developer involvement from the design process through testing. This research obtained data through observation, interviews, studies, documentation, and references from various sources. The resulting system features incoming and outgoing goods data input, reporting, and automatic validation to avoid data duplication. This system is expected to strengthen BMN management at BPS Banyuwangi, facilitate digital transformation in administration, and serve as a reference for the application of information technology in government agencies.

Abstract

System design is a series of activities that describes in detail the system being implemented. The design of the information system for the employee performance report at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Office of Banyuwangi Regency assists stakeholders in monitoring the performance of employees who are carrying out their work. By creating this system design, the process of monitoring reports becomes easier and more effective. The method used in the system design employs the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a prototype model that involves several stages, namely problem identification, needs analysis, system modeling design, and system prototype design. The result of this research is a prototype design in the form of a dashboard that is needed in the system so that each user can input completed work data in real-time and stakeholders can monitor reports from employees. Thus, the design of the employee performance achievement information system at the BPS Office of Banyuwangi Regency can play a role and function to assist in a more structured employee performance administration.

Abstract

Vocational high school students face several significant obstacles in their self-actualization and future planning process. First, a lack of self-confidence often discourages students from actively participating in various activities, which ultimately limits the development of their potential and ability to plan and achieve life goals. This community service project aims to test the effectiveness of prophetic guidance and counseling training in improving self-actualization in vocational high school students. This study implemented a group guidance approach with three main pillars of the prophetic paradigm: humanization, liberation, and transcendence. The community service method used quantitative analysis. The subjects were 40 students of SMKN 1 Pengasih. Data analysis used descriptive tests, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and a paired samples t-test. The community service results showed a significant increase in students' self-actualization scores after participating in the training. Thus, this community service program proves that prophetic guidance and counseling training is effective in improving self-actualization in vocational high school students. This prophetic approach is considered successful because it integrates modern psychology with spiritual values, thereby helping students develop holistically and overcome modern challenges.

Abstract

The spirit and essence of everything that is prescribed by Islam, is basically between bringing benefit to humans and preventing danger to humans. So, it is important to know other than undergoing all the shari'a that Allah entrusts to his servant, namely to know and determine the ins and outs of the intent and purpose of the preservation of a certain law. In this study, put a big response to the hard efforts of Ibn 'Asyur in reformulating universal legal concepts which were then called the science of maqashid al-sharia. This is important, because approaching the universality of the Shari'a is one of the vital elves that is needed, especially in the era of globalization like today which presupposes a fast-paced change and was not taken into account before. According to Ibn 'Asyur, the main reason for the decline of fiqh is that the scholars are ignorant of the study of maqashid, and this will lead us to castrate the values of the Shari'a itself. In line with Ibn 'Asyur, Alal al-Fasi, one of the experts in contemporary maqashid al-sharia also views that the main condition for success in dialoguing fiqh with contemporary reality today is the massive response of scholars on the study of maqashid. This is where the function and role of maqashid al-shari'ah find its momentum. Its elastic character, across space and time is expected to be able to dialectically with problems that continue to emerge.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to explore the history, development, and condition of Old Banyuwangi Station to the local community. The research method we use in this research is the historical research method. With several data collection techniques including observation, direct interviews with sources who have knowledge and experience about the history of the Old Banyuwangi station, and also with several sources from related scientific articles. The results show that the Old Banyuwangi station has a long historical trail of development from opening to closing the station, and has an impact that changes the lives of the surrounding community. In addition, this research also shows that Old Banyuwangi station has high historical and architectural value, with buildings that still exist today. However, this research also found that Old Banyuwangi station is undergoing changes and needs special attention in its maintenance and preservation. Thus, by conducting this research we hope that this research will contribute to add insight into the history of Old Banyuwangi station from an oral history perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit disbursement on profitability at state-owned banks in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. The object of this research is state-owned banks listed on the IDX in the 2019-2021 period. By using secondary data from quarterly financial reports in 2019-2021. The results of this research are that the amount of credit disbursement significantly positively affects banking profitability

Abstract

Salah satu pilar penting untuk menciptakan produk keuangan syari'ah dalam menjawab tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat modern melalui pengembangan hybrid conctract (multi akad). Produk rahn yang banyak dipraktikkan di lembaga keuangan syari'ah yaitu di pegadaian syariah, dari sudut pandang hybrid contract dengan akad ijarah sebagai akad tambahan dalam pelaksanaan gadai syariah. Adapun rumusan penelitian ini: implementasi hybrid contract dalam akad Al-Ijarah wa ar-Rahn pada Pegadaian Syariah, dan implikasi hukum terhadap Hybrid Contract dalam akad Al-Ijarah wa ar-Rahn pada praktik pegadaian syari’ah Sungai Andai. Analisis data dikaji menggunakan yuridis normatif dalam pemikiran Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain dokumentasi berupa dokumen perjanjian transaksi rahn. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa akad yang benar seharusnya digunakan dalam praktik pegadaian syariah adalah akad Rahn saja sebab penyaluran uang pinjaman atas dasar hukum gadai. Keadaan yang demikian dapat menimbulkan perbedaan konstruksi hukum yang berimplikasi berbedanya hubungan hukum antar pihak. Kedudukan akad Ijarah dalam gadai syariah pada pegadaian syariah secara praktik harus dipisahkan dengan akad Rahn, karena akad Ijarah dengan akad Rahn adalah dua akad yang berbeda sesuai Undang-Undang yang ada.
