Abstract

This study aims to analyze the market equilibrium between demand and supply is affected by six factors such as: the price, price of substitute goods, consumer income, the number of buyer, the cost of production, and the number of producers on the market.These types of descriptive quantitative research with survey method, population in this study was the visitors who buy specialities Sala Bulek and all of the Sala Bulek traders on the Gandoriah Beach. The research sample amounted to 10 consumers and 10 traders. The type of data used is primary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling types. Then test the classical assumption of normality test and heterokedastistas using an Eviews7 and SPSS 16 application. The analisys tools is the model of simultaneous equations two stage least squeres method (2SLS). Next, define the market equilibrium through mathematical approach and chart/curve. After that Break event point analysis.The study found there is a equilibrium market between demand and supply that is affected by price (P), price of substitute goods (Ps), consumer income (Y), the number of buyer (N), the cost of production (C), and the number of producers on the market (Tp). Simultaneous equation analysis results the market equilibrium occurs when the IDR. 400 equilibrium price, and quantity of 550 pieces. And than Break Event Point (BEP) analyze result optained BEP (unit) of 260 units and BEP (rupiah) of IDR.130.000.Keyword: Demand, Supply, Sala Bulek,Equilibrium Market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of price and qualityof front office employees service to customer satisfaction os staying at Hotelpusako Bukittinggi. This research is correlation. The population in this study isamount 1025. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique asmany as 92 people. Data collection using questionnaires based on Likert Scalethat has been tested for its validity and reliability. Based on research result ofroom price in Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi classified as less good (53%), quality offront office employees service at Hotel Pusako Bukittinggi classified as less good(53%), Customer satisfaction staying at Hotel Pusako is classified as less good(64%). The results showed that there is a positive and significant influencebetween the price and quality of front office employees service to the satisfactionof customers staying at Pusako Bukittinggi with an influential contribution of27,7%.Keywords: Price, Service Quality and customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Objek Wisata Pantai Air Manih are managed poorly, visible from traveler ratings and the public on the management of a tourist attraction less well categorized. This study aimed to describe: (a) planning, (b) organizing, (c) directing, and (d) supervision Tourist Attractions the Objek Wisata Pantai Air Manih. The results showed that the management of tourist attraction in the attractions Pantai Air Manih still limited in environmental management level manager. For the next plan of long-term planning as a marine tourism and short term to increase the number of tourists, the organizing manager of coordination but is still limited to oral and written, while briefing the manager at the attraction waiting for instructions from the department and on the supervision, management oversight carefully and remind each respective task management officers in the field.Keywords: Management, Tourist Attractions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to knowing financial performance PT. Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk 2009-2013 period from liquidity side, solvency side, activity side, profitability side of the company. The research consist of four indicators are: liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio, profitability ratio. Kind of this research is descriptive quantitative, with the population is financies sheet who consist balance sheet, income statement sheet, cash flow sheet, capital statement sheet in PT. Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk’s annual report 2009-2013 period. The data used in this research is secondary’s data from directress PT. Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk. Base on the result clarify, financial performence of PT. Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk 2009-2013 period on bed condition from liquidity side caused by uneffective inventory managed. Financial performence from solvency side on bed conditioncaused by uneffectivefinancial leverage managed. Financial performence from activity sidecaused by uneffective asset utilization. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) Describe the service quality of reception employess, (2) Describe the customer satisfaction and (3) Analyze the relationship between reception service quality employee towards customer satisfaction who stay over night at Grand Rocky Bukittinggi Hotel. The research is correlational. Research the population of this study are, all the guest who ever stayed at Grand Rocky Bukittinggi Hotel. A sample of 96 customers are taken incidentally. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore the data were analyze by descriptive and correlation with the help of computer program SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: (1) The service quality of the reception employee positioned the good category (81,3%), (2) the guest satisfaction positioned the satisfact category (63,5%), and (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between reception employee service quality and the customer satisfaction with the value of r amounted to 0,397 (0,000sig) and interpreted that these two variables has strong enaugh relationship.  Key words: service quality and guest satisfaction.

Abstract

This purpose of research is to see how big the influence of variable Direct Marketing (X) to Purchasing Decision at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The sample in this research were 97 people taken using the thechnique of sampling purposive sampling. The data collection was done with the questionnaire using scale likert that they are highly capable validity and reliability. This research result indicate that (1) the Direct Marketing in good category (78%), (2) the Purchasing Decision in good category (87%), (3) the Direct Marketing affect Purchasing Decision of 15,2% and 84,8% influenced by other factors. Then obtained regression coefficient value of 0,338 with a value of t 4,122 on sig. 0,000 < 0,05. This mean that each increase of 1 unit Direct Marketing will increase 0,338 unit of Customer DecisionKeywords: Direct Marketing, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relations between brand image to customers buying decision room in hotel grand inna muara padang. This study is a descriptive correlational study. The study population as many as 1694 consists of guest during stay on grand inna muara hotel padang. The descriptive analysis of the results showed that brand image categorized excellent (56%) and categorized quite good (33%). The  descriptive analysis of the result results showed that customers buying decision categorized excellent (38%) and categorized quite good (26%). results of correlation pearson product moment showed have significant relation  between brand image and customers buying decision on grand inna muara hotel. Correlation coefficient 0,254 and significant level 0,014. Keywords: brand image, customers buying decision.

Abstract

Purpose of this are: (1) Describing bellboy service quality, (2) Describingguest statisfaction and (3) analize an affecttion of bellboy service towards gueststatisfaction in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. Type of this research were allguest in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. According to sampling purposive, 100guest has been collected as sample. Data was collected by using the questionnairewhich has been tested the validity and reability. Then, data were analyzeddescriptively and correlation with the assistance of a computer program 16.00 spssversion. The result showed taht: (1) bellboy service quality are in low category(57%), (2) guest statisfaction are in low (86%) and (3) there is significant affectbetween the quality of service to the guest statisfaction in Grand Rocky HotelBukittinggi of (34%) while (66%) influenced by the other factors.Keywords: service quality, guest statisfaction, bellboy1Prodi

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the influence of advertising on purchasing decisions with Taman Sari restaurant. This research consists of 2 variables: purchasing decisions and advertising with indicator: print media, broadcast media, and media support. Types of causal research is associative. The population in this research totalled 724 people. The technique of sampling was probability sampling, purposive sampling by using. The number of samples amounted to 88 peoples. Data collection using the Likert scale is based on the now proven validity and reliability. Based on the results of the study showed that significantly influence the purchasing decisions of consumers advertising the results linear regression hypothesis test retrieved Fhitung 7,840 with sig. 0.006. So the variable variable affect the advertising purchase decisions. Furthermore with the R square of 0.084, meaning that the influence of the variable X against Y is a variable of 8.4%, while 91.6% were influenced by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of the price of a dorm room rental with purchase decisions boarding students of Family Welfare Majority, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang. This research is correlational nature . The population in this research was student of Family Welfare Majority, Faculty of Engineering , State University of Padang who did rent a dorm room, still active and registered in their study . The sampling technique is proportional random sampling, a total of 88 people . Data was collected using a questionnaire ( questionnaire ) by using a Likert’s scale that has been tested for validity and reliability . Furthermore, the data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and correlation with the help of computer program SPSS version 16.00. Based on the survey results revealed this means that overall rental rates affordable dorm room offered by the student's financial abilities, that is the conclusion the students to make purchases of a boarding house with the purchase decision process steps in accordance with the student wants .   Keywords: prices, rent, room, boarding, purchase decision.
