Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in tourist object minang fantasi Padang Panjang city. Variabel research is service quality and customer satisfaction. Population of 24.363 people. And Sampling technique using insidental sampling amounted to 100 people. Data the collected in analysis with simple linear regression test. Based on research that has been done,the result: (1)quality of service are in high category(61.9%), (2)customer statisfaction are in high category(55.5%), (3)results of hypothesis testing simple linear regression f hitung with sig. 0,000 < 0,05, so service quality variables can explain visitor statisfaction significantly, r square of 0,414 wich one the influence of service quality on costumer statisfaction by 41% and 59% influenced by other factors.Keyword: service quality, costumer statisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the effects of compensation on employee job satisfaction at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The research is associative causal research With a population of all employee Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi with status permanent and contract , amounting to 112 employees. The selection of the study sample using nonprobability with sample of 87 employee are taken purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire based on Likert Scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The study concluded that the overall compensation belong to the category of a very good with the percentage 55,17% and job satisfaction too belong to the category of a very good with the percentage 64,36%. These results indicate a positive and significant influence between compensation and employee job satisfaction at Grand Rocky hotel Bukittinggi where the value of 21.970 t> t table 1.662. Thus Ha stating there is influence between compensation and job satisfaction can be received with great influence of 85%, while 15% were job satisfaction is influenced by other factors.Key words: compensation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of marketing mix toward purchasing decision at Nagari Pandai Sikek Kec.X Koto Kab. Tanah Datar. This research of two varibles i.e marketing mix and purchasing decision. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive with causal assosiatif method. The population in this research using the formula widiyanto (2008: 34) to population numbers unknown so obtained samples as many as 96 people. The technique of sampling with purposive sample. Analysis technique with a simple regression test. Based on the research that has been done then the obtained results : (1) the marketing mix is a good category (57.29%), (2) purchasing decisions are on either category (72.92%), (3)hypothesis test result of simple linear regression obtained f countdown with sig. 0,000 < 0,05, then the marketing mix variables can explain the purchasing decision significantlywith the R Square of 0,297 that is where there is the influence of marketing mix towards purchasing decision of 29% and 71 % more influenced by other factorsKeyword: marketing mix, purchasing decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) Describe the service quality of receptionfront office employees, 2) Describe the customer satisfaction, and 3) Analyze therelationship between service quality reception front office employee and customersatisfaction Grand Zuri Hotel Padang.This research is correlational. The study population was all subscribersGrand Zuri Hotel Padang. A sample of 96 customers are taken incidentally. Datawas collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity andreliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by descriptive and correlationwith the help of computer program SPSS version 16 o'clock.The results showed that: 1) The quality of the reception service is locatedin both categories (45%), 2) Customer satisfaction is the category of satisfaction(44%), 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between service qualityand customer satisfaction with a reception with the value of r amounted to 0,438(0,000 sig) with the interpretation of the relationship is quite strong.

Abstract

This study originated from the observation and experience of researcher’s friend while conducting industrial practice in Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang, that customer dissatisfaction with service quality front office employees in serving customers, such as slow response to the guests who will check-in and check-out, Customers have complained that the rooms booked was not in accordance with their wishes, as well as errors in the connecting line from the outside by phone parts provider and also the problem of lack of alacrity bellboy when guests need. Based on the above issues, this study aims to: 1) Describe the service quality front office employees Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang, 2) Describe guest satisfaction of Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang, and 3) To analyze the relationship between service quality front office employees with customer satisfaction in Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang.This type of research is classified to the correlational research. The population in this studied were all customers in stay or has been stayed in Hotel Rocky Plaza Padang. These samples included 98 customers who are staying at the Rocky Plaza Hotel in Padang during the study period with the sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire by using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through descriptive analysis and correlation with the help of computer program SPSS version 17.00.The research found that: 1) Quality of Service Front Office located at the bad category (35%), 2) Customer satisfaction is In Category enough (40%), 3) test results Corelasi Product Moment with a significance level of 0.05, there is a relationship which positive and significant relationship between Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Front office with the r value of 0.479 (sig 0,000).

Abstract

The study aims to analyze and to know the level of satisfaction of tourist about the application of the armed forces a tourist attraction in Pantai Air Manis Padang. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative data using survey method. Population in this research amounted 1.173 people. Sampling method is non probability sampling, using purposive sampling. Sample number in this research amounted to 93 people. Data collection using a questionnaire using likert scale that tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore data analyzed by descriptive analysis with importance performance analisysis (IPA). The result of this research is that it is cocluded that in general analysis of sapta enchantment in Pantai Air Manis Padang from 93 of respondents declared that 44,68% of very satisfied, 34,04% less satisfied and 21,28% are not satisfied.Key words: Analysis, Armed Forces Enchanment, Tourists

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality to the Front Office employee satisfaction Hotel guests staying at Axana Padang . This type of research is associative causal . The population in this study is the average number of guests staying ie 1,711 people per month . The number of samples in this study are numbered 95 people were taken using the formula Riduwan . The sampling technique is non-probability sampling , ( incidental sampling ) . Collecting data using a questionnaire based on Likert Scale which has proven its validity and reliability . Results of linear regression analysis sedarhana obtained F count with sig . 0.005 < 0.05 , then the variable can explain the variable service quality customer satisfaction significantly , with R Square of 0.083 . This means that service quality affects customer satisfaction by 8.3 % and 91.7 % influenced by other factorsKeyword: Quality, Service , Employee , Satisfaction , and Guests.

Abstract

This research strarted from observation of researcher at Sarimanggis SolokRecreational Park, that there are still many visitor complains about tourism facilities that are notimpact well. This study aims to:1) knowing the tourist facilities in the recreational attractionSarimanggis Solok Recreation Park, 2) Knowing the decision to visit the Sarimanggis SolokTourism Recreation Park, and 3) Knowing whether there is influence between tourism facilitieson the decision to visit the tourist attraction Recreation Park Sarimanggis Solok.This type of research is categorized into causal research. Sampling technique in thisresearch is sampling of purposive counted 81 people. Data collection using questionnaires basedon likert scale that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The result of this study are: 1)Tourism facilities are in bad category (65,4%), 2) Visiting decisions are in sufficient category(81,5%), 3) Tourism facilities influence visiting decisions by 9,3% and 90,7% influenced byother factors such as price, location, promotion, people, physical proof and process.Keywords: Tourism Facility, Visiting Decision

Abstract

The purpose of research is to see how big influence of the price (x1) andquality of the food (x2) to the purchase decisions of the students in the cafeteria FTUNP. The sample of the in this research were 100 people taken using thetechnique of sampling purposive. The data collection was done with thequestionare using scale likert that they are highly capable validity an reability.The research result indicates that:(1)The price of food in the cafeteria FT UNPbelongs in the category of less well with values percentage 50%. (2) The qualityof the food in the cafeteria FT UNP pertained less well with values percentage of53%.(3) The purchasing decision in the cafeteria FT UNP belongs in the categoryof good with values percentage 63%.(4) The prices and food quality togetherpositive and significant effect against the purchasing decision of the student in thecafeteria FT UNP, indicated by the significant value (0.00 < 0.05) and influentialcontribution amounting to 30.9%, while the rest of the other variable specified isnot examined.Keywords: Price, Food Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study is based on the decrease in occupancy rate of guest rooms from January toJune 2016. The purpose of research is to: (1) Knowing how a promotion at Savali Hotel Padang,(2) Knowing how the purchasing decision of the guest room at Savali Hotel Padang, (3)Analyze how the influence of factors in promotion of purchasing decision the guest room atSavali Hotel Padang, (4) Analyze how the influence of advertising against the decision ofpurchase the guest room at Savali Hotel Padang, (5) Analyze how a sales pitch against thedecision of the purchase the guest at Savali Hotel Padang, (6) Analyze how a marketing directlythe purchasing decision of the guest room at Savali Hotel Padang. This type research is a sort ofdescriptive set of quantitative.Technique Sampling is purposive sampling as many 83 people.The gathering data using the questionnaire based on the scale of likert that has proven itsvalidity and reliability. This research result indicates: (1) Promotion by Savali Hotel Padang,including category of pretty, with average scores 36,87%, (2) The Purchasing decision of theguest room at Savali Hotel Padang the categorized as well, an average score 52,6%, (3) Inpartial on 3 indicators, indicator of the most influential of the purchasing decision is an indicatordirect marketing by 1,120%, (4) The advertising effect negative with a value of 0,183%, (5) Thepromotion of sales to a positive effect on 0,980%, (6) Direct marketing have a positive influenceof 1,120%.Keywords: Promotion, Purchasing Decision
