Abstract

This research aims to find out how the criminal act of trading wild plants and animals in the perspective of jinayah fiqh and law no. 5 of 1990. This research method is library research. Library research is a data collection technique that involves an in-depth study of books, literature, notes that are relevant to the problem under study, this research approach method is normative juridical and comparative approach. The results of this research are: First, in jinayah fiqh, the type of criminal act of trading wild plants and animals falls into the takzir category, where the punishment is determined by the ruler or government. Meanwhile, according to Law No. 5 of 1990, Article 40 states that the maximum imprisonment of 5 years and a maximum fine of 100,000,000.00 for intentional violations, as well as a maximum imprisonment of 1 year and a maximum fine of Rp. 50,000,000.00 for violations due to negligence. Second, the similarities between the two are both aimed at protecting the preservation of nature and punishing perpetrators who harm the environment who trade in protected plants and wildlife, while the significant differences between the two between jinayah fiqh and the Law include aspects of the legal basis, approach in determining penalties, emphasis on moral values, and the process of applying different laws. The implication of this research is that it is expected to be a consideration for the community.

Abstract

Covid-19 is impacting the whole country including Indonesia, the ever-increasing distribution of covid-19 is causing economic growth pressures. Indonesia's economic growth ranged from -2.1% yoy by 2020, placing Indonesia in fourth place, after Vietnam, China and South Korea. Indonesia's economic contraction is relatively moderate, one of the smallest between the G-20 and ASEAN. Impact on the economic sector due to the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, among others, the occurrence of layoffs, decreased imports, rising prices (inflation) as well as losses in the tourism sector that led to a decrease in occupancy. Economic policy in the form of relaxation of economic policy is expected to increase purchasing power and economic movement in all areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work on Employee Performance at PT. Kelola Karya Bersama. The variables studied are Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. The type of research used is a quantitative research type, and the kind of data is primary data through the questionnaire method with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents forty-six (46) respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 26.0. The analysis used in this research is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis Test, T-test, F-test, and Coefficient of determination (R2). The results of testing and analysis of this research show that leadership style, work discipline, and satisfaction work simultaneously or together significantly affect employee performance. Suggestions for Kelola Karya Bersama in the future are to improve an excellent and fair leadership style further and enforce employee discipline in doing work to create employee satisfaction and increase company productivity.

Abstract

Digital transformation in accounting systems is a strategic step for manufacturing companies like Roti ROMI to improve stock data accuracy and financial reporting efficiency. This community service activity aims to provide assistance and training on the implementation of cloud-based accounting software, namely Accurate Online, to employees and youth within the Roti ROMI environment. The main problem faced by the partner prior to this activity was the disorganized recording of raw materials and finished goods, which was still done manually using Excel, leading to frequent data discrepancies. The implementation method included problem identification, planning using the 5W+1H system, implementation through interactive lectures and live simulations via Zoom Meeting, and an evaluation phase using pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of critical features such as item stock, inter-divisional item transfer, and item requisition. Employees are now able to prepare organized stock reports and monitor inventory in real-time through the system. The involvement of Politeknik Cendana students also accelerated the knowledge transfer process through intensive technical assistance. The conclusion of this service confirms that the use of Accurate Online has a positive impact on management in monitoring company operations transparently. This success is expected to motivate partners to fully transition to technology-based financial reporting to accelerate the process of preparing accurate reports in the digital era.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan tolak ukur kunci keberhasilan suatu bangsa, tanpa adanya pendidikan yang bermutu maka bisa dipastikan tidak adanya perkembangan yang signifikan yang akan terjadi, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia salah satunya dengan mewajibkan mahasiswa untuk mengikuti kuliah kerja nyata (KKN). Artikel ini mengulas tentang upaya yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN terhadap respon peningkatan wawasan siswa SD Inpres 5/81 Padaidi melalui program kerja Maccule Magguru,. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dan fokus pada sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru, dan pendekatan dengan siswa melalui proses pembelajaran di kelas, ditemukan masih minimnya pengetahuan dan wawasan yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Dengan adanya program kerja Maccule Magguru yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone menghasilkan peningkatan wawasan siswa sebesar 60% dari pada sebelumnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nosocomial infections, especially those caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria, are a significant global health problem. The increasing antibiotic resistance encourages the search for alternative therapies, one of which is through the use of natural ingredients such as honey. Honey, especially Apis dorsata wild honey, is known to have antibacterial properties that can inhibit bacterial growth. To evaluate the effectiveness of giving forest honey (Apis dorsata) based on preventive, curative and supportive groups in treating Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in mice. This research uses a quasi experimental post-test method. A total of 30 mice were divided into 5 treatment groups. The test carried out was the Colony Number Distribution Test, then the Normality Test, after finding that the samples were not normally distributed, we chose the Kruskal Wallis Non-Parametric Test and the Mann-Whitney Test.Of the five groups studied, the intervention in the group given forest honey (Apis dorsata) combined with the antibiotic ceftriaxone as well as in the group given first forest honey (Apis dorsata) showed effective results (P<0.05) while the other groups did not show results. effective (P>0.05). Based on research, it was explained that giving forest honey (Apis dorsata) was effective as a preventive and supportive group, but was not effective as a curative group in treating Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in mice. Keywords: Forest Honey (Apis Dorsata), Klebsiella Pneumoniae Infection, Mice (Mus Musculus).  ABSTRAK Infeksi nosokomial, terutama yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Klebsiella pneumoniae, merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan. Meningkatnya resistensi antibiotik mendorong pencarian alternatif terapi, salah satunya melalui penggunaan bahan alami seperti madu. Madu, khususnya madu hutan Apis dorsata, diketahui memiliki sifat antibakteri yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemberian madu hutan (Apis dorsata) berdasarkan kelompok upaya preventif, kuratif serta supportif dalam mengatasi infeksi Klebsiella pneumoniae pada mencit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental post-test. Sebanyak 30 ekor mencit dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah Uji Distribusi Jumlah Koloni, lalu kemudian Uji Normalitas, setelah didapatkan sampel tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga kami memilih Uji Non Parametrik Kruskal Wallis serta Uji  Mann-Whitney. Dari lima kelompok yang diteliti, intervensi pada kelompok pemberian madu hutan (Apis dorsata) yang dikombinasi dengan antibiotik ceftriaxone juga pada kelompok yang diberikan terlebih dahulu madu hutan (Apis dorsata) menunjukkan hasil yang efektif (P<0.05) sedangkan kelompok yang lain tidak menunjukkan hasil yang efektif (P>0.05). Berdasarkan penelitian, dijelaskan bahwa pemberian madu hutan (Apis dorsata) efektif sebagai kelompok preventif dan  supportif, namun tidak efektif sebagai kelompok kuratif dalam mengatasi infeksi Klebsiella pneumoniae pada mencit. Kata Kunci: Madu Hutan (Apis Dorsata), Infeksi Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Mencit (Mus Musculus).

Abstract

Financial Distress merupakan suatu keadaan ketika suatu perusahaan tidak mampu lagi memenuhi hutang/kewajiban untuk melunasinya, artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi literatur terhadap artikel ilmiah yang melakukan penelitian tentang Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Financial Distress. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Studi Pustaka, dimulai dengan menetapkan topik penelitian, kemudian melakukan kajian teoritis dan referensi yang terkait dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Artikel yang ditelaah sebanyak 12 artikel dengan kriteria yaitu literatur yang memiliki relevansi dengan tujuan penelitian, berupa Jurnal Ilmiah baik Jurnal Ilmiah Nasional maupun Jurnal Ilmiah Internasional. Hasil telaah mengungkapkan terdapat inkonsistensi pengaruh kinerja keuangan perusahaan (rasio profitablitias, aktivitas, dan likuiditas) terhadap financial distress, , sedangkan rasio leverage merupakan rasio yang relatif konsisten pengaruhnya terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Effect of Call Center Service Quality on Outoutpatient Satisfaction Levels at St. Carolus Hospital Jakarta. The variables studied are Service Quality (Reliability (X1) and Assurance (X2)) and Outoutpatient Satisfaction (Y). The type of research used is the type of research, and the type of data is primary. The technique of collecting research data is through the questionnaire method. Furthermore, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 75 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. The analysis used in this research is a validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient analysis test t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of testing and analysis of this study show that the Assurance variable has a significant influence with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, a t-count value of 4.336 > t-table, and a beta (β) value of 0.308, so it can be concluded that the Assurance variable (X2) has a significant influence significant to the dependent variable (Y), namely outpatient satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the role of parents as child educators in the household. Many Muslim scholars quoted quran verses and hadith as the basis for the importance of children's education in the family. The family is the smallest instrument in the community and is the basic platform as well as a place for early education for every child. The role of parents is very important in children's education. Parents who are able to position themselves as protectors, protectors, and educators of children will certainly be coherent in the hope that they will get good future generation candidates, because the nature of children is in need of love and attention from their parents. Will of Lukman al-Hakim in Q.S. Luqman verses 13-19 is a manifestation of the importance of children's education by parents in the family. Education in the family is not only limited to religious education, but also provides moral, personality and social education. Parents should be able to carry out holistic education to children in the family so that they can realize the goal of education, namely to make a complete person balanced between emotions, intellectuals, and spirituality Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang peran orang tua sebagai pendidik anak dalam rumah tangga. Para sarjana Muslim banyak menukil ayat-ayat qur’an dan hadis sebagai dasar petingnya pendidikan anak dalam keluarga. Keluarga sebagai instrumen terkecil dalam masyarakat dan sebagai peletak dasar sekaligus tempat pendidikan awal bagi setiap anak. Peran orang tua sangatlah pentingdalam pendidikan anak. Orang tua yang mampu memposisikan diri sebagai pelindung, pengayom, dan pendidik anak tentunya akan koheren dengan harapan agar mendapat calon generasi penerus yang baik, karena sifat dasar anak adalah membutuhkan kasih sayang dan rhatian dari orang tuanya. Wasiat Lukman al-Hakim dalam Q.S. Luqman ayat 13-19 merupakan manifestasi dari pentingnya pendidikan anak oleh orang tua dalam keluarga. Pendidikan dalam keluarga bukan hanya dibatasi dalam pendidikan agama saja, namun juga memberikan pendidikan akhlaq, kepribadian, dan sosial. Orang tua sepantasnya mampu melaksanakan pendidikan holistik kepada anak dalam keluarga sehingga mampu mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan yaitu menjadikan insan paripurna yang seimbang antara emosi, intelektual, dan spiritual.

Abstract

Background: Aging is a natural process and no one can avoid it. The aging process is also a physiological process that will occur in all living things. This process covers all organs of the body including the skin which is one of the body tissues that directly shows the occurrence of the aging process Aim: This research aims to analyze ethanol’s antioxidant extract of pandanus leaves through DPPH method. Method: This type of research is using experimental research designs to determine the antioxidant activity affected by time, and temperature with the DPPH method, a formulation of the effects of the ethanol extract of fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifous Roxb). Findings: It has active antioxidant activity and IC50 extract of fragrant pandan ethanol on the 5th day with a temperature of 50° C and on the 3rd day with a temperature of 35° C which is the best antioxidant activity.
