Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi mendorong segala aspek kehidupan menjadi semakin cepat, tidak terkecuali kegiatan transaksi jual beli. Kini semua hal bisa dilakukan hanya bermodalkan internet, e-commerce menjadi salah satu bukti nyata penerapan teknologi di bidang aktivitas jual beli. PT Megah Era Gunakarya merupakan salah satu perusahaan supplier produk lampu dengan metode bisnis B2B (Bussiness to Bussiness) dan B2C (Bussiness to Customer). Dengan pengalaman selama 10 tahun bergerak pada bidang suplai produk lampu dan eletrik maka PT Megah Era Gunakarya dipercaya menjadi sub-distributor bagi produk Schneider untuk wilayah pulau Madura. Dalam praktiknya masih belum ada sistem yang dapat mengakomodir proses pemesanan barang dari klien kepada PT Megah Era Gunakarya, hal ini menyebabkan setiap pesanan harus dicek dan diproses satu persatu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk merancang UI/UX sistem pemesanan barang dengan studi kasus pada PT Megah Era Gunakarya, dalam proses perancangan UI/UX sistem ini akan digunakan metode UCD (Ucer Centered Design). UCD merupakan metode perancangan desain yang berfokus pada kebutuhan user (pengguna), dengan penggunaan metode UCD maka akan dihasilkan desain sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan user sehingga tidak dibutuhkan adaptasi yang terlalu banyak untuk dapat mengunakan sistem yang dikembangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Astragraphia Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis data adalah data primer melalui metode kuesioner dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah lima puluh satu responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Linear Berganda, Uji Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Uji-t, Uji-F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil pengujian dan analisis dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan secara partial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, demikian juga terhadap Motivasi kerja secara partial mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan, serta secara simultan atau secara bersama Gaya Kepemimpnan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the value of rahmatan lil'alamin at the Indonesian Islamic University in broadcasting Islamic economics. It focuses more on studying Indonesian Islamic universities. The method applied in this study is a literature study with a qualitative approach, a literature study whose data sources are obtained from written materials such as books or manuscripts, documents, and so on. The author will collaborate on various data from intellectual figures and continue a critique of the existing data by describing each piece of data found by the author. The author will try to separate what is considered right from what is wrong. The results of this study indicate that UII, as an educational institution in the midst of this society brings a paradigm of Islamic education rahmatan lil'alamin, which helps to think as a whole by studying in depth related to Islamic education, which is built through universal values based on the Qur'an and al-hadith, prioritizing love, togetherness, justice, and brotherhood towards fellow human beings, then in broadcasting the Islamic economy UII tries to collaborate with several Islamic financial institutions, companies and educational institutions both at home and abroad.

Abstract

Background: The exploration of surgical approaches for rectal cancer has garnered significant attention in recent years, particularly in evaluating the pathologic outcomes associated with laparoscopic versus open mesorectal excision. Literature Review: The literature review on the pathologic outcomes of laparoscopic versus open mesorectal excision for rectal cancer reveals a nuanced understanding of the comparative effectiveness of these surgical approaches. The introduction establishes the significance of complete mesorectal excision (TME) as a critical factor in improving patient outcomes, with both laparoscopic and open techniques being scrutinized for their oncological safety and efficacy. Conclusion: In conclusion, the literature presents a complex landscape regarding the pathologic outcomes of laparoscopic versus open mesorectal excision for rectal cancer. While laparoscopic techniques show promise in enhancing short-term recovery and maintaining oncological adequacy, the ongoing concerns about long-term outcomes and the quality of surgical margins necessitate further investigation. The evidence suggests that both approaches have their merits, but careful consideration and adherence to oncological principles are essential to optimize patient outcomes.

Abstract

Background: The literature on the consumption of 100% fruit juice and its implications for body weight in children and adults reveals a nuanced and often contentious landscape. The introduction establishes the importance of distinguishing between 100% fruit juice and sugar-sweetened beverages, a point underscored by (Benton & A Young, 2019), who argue that conflating these two categories may lead to misleading conclusions regarding health outcomes. Their analysis indicates that while some studies suggest a long-term weight increase associated with fruit juice consumption, this may not apply to 100% fruit juice, which holds a different nutritional profile. Literature Review: Collectively, the literature indicates that while there are concerns about the caloric density and lower fiber content of 100% fruit juice, its role in enhancing diet quality and meeting nutritional needs cannot be overlooked. The evidence suggests that moderate consumption of 100% fruit juice may not be directly linked to increased body weight, particularly when compared to sugar-sweetened beverages. The ongoing debates underscore the need for continued research to disentangle the effects of 100% fruit juice from those of added sugars and to better understand its place within broader dietary patterns. Conclusion: In conclusion, the current body of literature presents a complex interplay between 100% fruit juice consumption, nutrient intake, and body weight. While some studies indicate potential risks associated with juice consumption, others highlight its contributions to diet quality and nutritional adequacy, especially in vulnerable populations. The findings collectively advocate for a more nuanced understanding of the role of 100% fruit juice in dietary habits and its implications for health outcomes.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win a sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. Marketing strategy planning needs to be carried out by the company to achieve company goals. In the current era of technological advances, marketing can not only be done directly/offline but can also be done indirectly via the internet. We are social data records that around 49.5% of the reasons users actively use the internet in Indonesia are to find out about products and brands. This amount can be an opportunity for business people to market their products online. Taman Sringanis is one of the companies that processes medicinal plants into herbal medicines and herbal medicines in Bogor City. In its marketing activities, the Taman Sringanis company is still experiencing difficulties, because the company only relies on direct sales in offline stores and has not utilized digital as a marketing medium. This research aims to develop appropriate alternative marketing strategies for Herbal Medicine products in Taman Sringanis. The analytical tool used in this research is SWOT analysis, which includes: the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, and IE Matrix. The results of the data analysis produced in the IE Matrix can be concluded that Taman Sringanis is in quadrant IV (growth and build), so the alternative that can be chosen is to carry out online promotional activities by utilizing the image and quality of product to increase sales and utilizing the internet by conducting marketing online to reach new market segments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak penerapan pajak karbon terhadap sektor industri dan lingkungan dengan mengadopsi perspektif ekonomi dan ekologi. Pajak karbon, sebagai instrumen kebijakan untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca, dianalisis dalam konteks Indonesia. Kajian literatur mencakup pemahaman tentang tujuan dan pengalaman penerapan pajak karbon di berbagai negara, sementara metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner untuk menganalisis dampaknya pada biaya produksi industri dan keseimbangan ekosistem. Dalam konteks industri, penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengenaan pajak karbon mempengaruhi biaya produksi, respons industri terhadap kebijakan ini, serta potensi inovasi dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor industri. Di sisi lingkungan, fokus penelitian meliputi upaya pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, pelestarian sumber daya alam, dan peningkatan kualitas udara dan air. Analisis hasil menyoroti keseimbangan antara dampak ekonomi dan ekologi dari penerapan pajak karbon di Indonesia. Implikasi kebijakan yang muncul dari temuan penelitian memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan pengurangan emisi karbon, termasuk komitmen untuk mencapai net zero emission pada tahun 2050. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang dalam menerapkan pajak karbon serta memberikan arahan untuk penelitian lanjutan di bidang ini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam konteks kebijakan lingkungan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Advances in information technology encourage educational institutions to adopt digital solutions to improve service efficiency. Esa Unggul University Bekasi is faced with the challenge of providing fast, accurate, and responsive information services to meet the needs of its students. This study focuses on the development of an automated chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) by utilizing Large Language Models (LLM) integrated with LangChain. This chatbot is designed to optimize academic and administrative information services, such as class schedules, academic guidance, and other administrative services. This system is designed to provide responses to various general student questions, including information related to filling out KRS, payments, and academic procedures. LangChain integration allows the chatbot to handle more complex interactions with a deeper understanding of user needs. In developing this system, the prototyping method is used to iterate design, development, and testing. Each iteration involves trials to improve the system based on user input. The results of the study show that the chatbot can provide responsive, relevant services and operate continuously with a high level of user satisfaction. This chatbot is expected to be able to improve the efficiency of information services for students, lighten the workload of administrative staff, and support the improvement of service quality at Esa Unggul University Bekasi.

Abstract

The study examined the influence of family and school environment on the English language skills of early childhood children at “TK Al-Falah Balombong”. The main objective of this research was to identify the factors hindering English language learning in that place, as well as to determine the extent of children’s interest to know, learn, understand, and master English. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. We found that the family and school environment at “TK Al-Falah Balombong” was not optimal in supporting English language learning. This could be seen from the language they often used at home and in their community, their local language and Indonesian, as well as the gadgets provided by their parents that did not focus on English language learning. The school also lacked competent English language teachers and adequate supporting facilities. Despite these limitations, the children showed high enthusiasm when the researchers introduced English through engaging methods such as songs and animations. To optimize this potential, interactive approaches, competent teachers, and parental support are needed to facilitate their children's English learning.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini sering kali terjadi karena berbagai faktor, termasuk tekanan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi. Pernikahan dini adalah fenomena sosial yang merugikan bagi pelaku maupun dan fenomena ini memiliki dampak yang mendalam terhadap generasi muda. Desa Simuntu merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki angka pernikahan dini yang tinggi. Untuk mengurangi angka pernikahan dini dan perceraian di Desa Simuntu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi tahu orang tua dan remaja, terutama orang tua, tentang risiko pernikahan dini. Penyuluhan mengenai Pernikahan Dini yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa KKN Umada Angkatan XXVIII di Desa Simuntu Kecamatan Dampal Selatan, Kab Tolitoli. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan merupakan bagian dari pengabdian  kepada masyarakat  yang dilakukan 1 kali. Muncul kesadaran pada masyarakat untuk menikahkan anaknya diusia yang layak menikah merupakan harapan diadakannya  kegiatan penyuluhan ini.
