Abstract

Sebagai makhluk sosial manusia tidak lepas dari komunikasi antara sesama, baik secara lisan ataupun tulisan. Akibatnya menimbulkan beberapa kecenderungan penggunaan variasi bahasa diantaranya berupa alih kode demi keberlangsungan sebuah interaksi antara komunikator dan komunikan. Alih kode adalah gejala peralihan dari bahasa satu ke bahasa lain akibat perubahan situasi dan kondisi. Penelitian ini berisi sebuah peristiwa alih kode yang terjadi di Pasar Lenteng tepatnya di Kabupaten Sumenep, Madura. Serangkaian kegiatan yang ada di dalamnya mulai dari pengenalan produk, tawar-menawar, hingga proses transaksi jual beli tidak lepas dari peristiwa alih kode. Peralihan bahasa yang terjadi dalam berbagai kegiatan didominasi oleh peralihan  dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa daerah yaitu bahasa Madura. Penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan studi kasus terpancing.

Abstract

This research aims To find out the effect of the use of electronic cards on modern retail, the consumptive behavior of students, students of the at Thoir Yasin's Modern Salaf Islamic Boarding School. Partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The study subjects were 61 people. The data collection techniques and instruments used were pe questionnaire , and interviews. The data from this study were tested using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression t test  and f test  . The results of the study show: 1) partially the variable use of electronic cards (X1) towards modern retail (Y1), the results of the t count are 3.368 > T table 2.001. So it can be assumed that there is a partial influence of the electronic card variable X1 on Y1 of modern retail. 2) partially the variable use of electronic cards (X1) on consumptive behavior (Y2), the value of t count is 4.726 > T table is 2.001. So it can be said that there is a partial influence of the electronic card variable (X1) on consumer behavior (Y2). 3) Simultaneous use of electronic cards (X1) on modern retail (Y1), consumptive behavior (Y2), calculated F value of 6.072 > F table 3.15. So it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous (together) effect of the X1 electronic card variable on modern retail (Y1), consumptive behavior (Y2) of Islamic students, students of the takmili class at the modern salaf Islamic boarding school thohir yasin lendang jackfruit.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu peran perempuan pengrajin tenun ikat dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dan pendapatan di Dusun Tibusala, Desa Pringgasela Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan 63 responden pengrajin tenun yang berada di DUSUN TIBUSALA yang di ambil secara snowball sampling. Menggunakan model analisi intraktif Miles and Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan di dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dan pendapatan di dalam keluarga. Hasil dari penelitian ini di buktikan bahwa perempuan pengrajin tenun ikat dapat meningkatkan pendapatan maupun perekonomian keluarga, tidak tergantung pada penghasilan suami, tidak tergantung pada orang lain dan mempunyai inisiatif dan kratif. Sedangkan hasil peningkatan pendapatan dapat di buktikan dari pendapatan per bulan dari penjualan kain tenun baik itu dari jenis kain tenun dan motif atau ragi dari kain tenun.

Abstract

A person's personality may indicate whether or not they indulge in unproductive behavior. An individual's work approach, performance limitations, and performance faults are directly correlated with his or her personality type. The Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance (DISC) personality test is one of the instruments used to identify personality types in work behavior. The DISC test assists organizations in describing personality characteristics, making decisions, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. Organizations and managers are able to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the personality types of the individuals they employ using a personality assessment test. This study examined the predominant forms of work behavior exhibited by experienced nurses on the job. This involved 65 nurses from one of Central Java's Islamic hospitals. This study used the DISC profile to assess nurse’s personal characteristics. The results showed that 61% of respondents received the maximum possible score for Steadiness, according to the results of this study. They had a dependable, trustworthy, good listener, patient, empathetic, and cordial personalities, which qualified them for the nurse position. Overall, the nurses met the personal characteristics criteria to be a nurse.

Abstract

Learning mathematics has become a polemic for some teachers considering the need for innovations to answer the challenges of the times. The development of the curriculum is a challenge for teachers in adjusting to the latest learning currents which are indirectly required to develop in planning and learning processes which often become a difficulty for teachers in self-development. The study aims to describe how the learning process leads to the difficulties of mathematics teachers in grade IV MI Sunan Giri Merjosari Lowokwaru Malang in detail. This research method uses qualitative with phenomenological types. Data and data sources were obtained from informants at the MI Sunan Giri Merjosari Lowokwaru Malang institution. The results of this study indicate that one of the difficulties experienced by teachers is in lesson planning, where the teacher has difficulty in allocating time, using learning resources and determining methods in adjusting learning material while in the learning process activities the teacher experiences a little difficulty in concentrating students while at the learning evaluation stage , the questions in the LKPD have not yet entered the realm of the Hots level. Difficulties come from several factors, one of which is the impact of curriculum changes, lack of training and lack of attention from the impact of curriculum changes, lack of training and lack of attention from the government. The difficulties experienced by teachers can be overcome in several ways, one of which is training, seminars, study tours where these methods are shortcuts to hone teacher competence.

Abstract

Kebangkitan revolusi industry yang dimulai pada awal abad XIX telah menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dalam skala besar pada pola hidup dan pola pikir masyarakat pada saat itu. Perubahan ini turut memberikan pengaruh besar dalam perkembangan arsitektur dan membawa perubahan tersendiri pada beberapa karya arsitektur. Dipelopori oleh Le Corbusier, arsitektur modern dengan tiga tahap perkembangannya mulai ditinggalkan pada tahun 1960-an. Sebagai penyempurnaan, lahirlah arsitektur post modern yang digagas oleh Charles Jencks. Beberapa bangunan yang mengaplikasikan design arsitektur post modern diantaranya adalah gedung bank nasional Georgia yang terletak di Tbilisi,Bangunan Hotel Asia yang terletak di Surakarta serta Museum Tsunami Aceh yang terletak di Banda Aceh. Arsitektur post modern selalu berusaha mempertahankan bangunan lama yang memiliki nilai sejarah tinggi dengan cara membuatnya berdampingan dengan bangunan baru sehinga keduanya akan saling mendukung. Meskipun tidak sepopuler gaya arsitektur lainnya, arsitektur post modern masih terus berkembang dan digunakan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

The city of Banda Aceh quite regularly holds music events ranging from small to large scale. The city of Banda Aceh does not yet have music center facilities capable of accommodating the enthusiasm of music lovers. Usually musical activities are often held in the Blang Padang field, the Arts and Culture Park Building, and Ratu Safiatuddin Park. The main objective of building a Music Center Building in Banda Aceh is to provide a music center building in Banda Aceh with adequate facilities. This Music Center is located in the trade and services area located on Jl. Prof. Ali Hasyimi, Pango, District. Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh City. The design approach uses the theme of Expressionist Architecture, the form displays the expression of a musical note from the song Bungong Jeumpa, the shape of the building is made to follow an up and down pattern with a play in the form of dynamic curved lines, the color of the building shows the expression of the Bungong Jeumpa flower white.The results of this design apply a single mass pattern, with a building of 3 floors, a land area of ​​30,237 m² (3,237 Ha). The ground floor area is 21,165 m², the overall floor area is 105,829 m², and the minimum GSB is 10 m. The facilities are an Auditorium with a capacity of 1200 spectators, 2 Music Studio Rooms, 2 Classrooms, Music Gallery, Retail and supporting rooms such as: Management Room, Library, and other supporting facilities such as: Prayer room, Cafe, Waiting Room, Lavatory, and Security Post .

Abstract

The city of Sabang, which is in Pulau Weh, Aceh Province, for now does not have an integrated secondary school yet, this causes many children to choose schools outside the city of Sabang. The city of Sabang needs an integrated secondary school at the MTsN and MAN levels with proper facilities in terms of innovatively supporting good education for the community. The site location of object design (the Integrated MTsN and MAN) located on Jalan Ie Meulee, Sukajaya, City of Sabang, Aceh. The chosen design approach is Green Architecture, with emphasis on ”working with climate”, it means buildings must be designed to work with the climate and natural resources. Through this approach, buildings are designed to adapt to their environment by utilizing natural conditions, climate and the surrounding environment that are applied to the design. The analysis used in this design is functional analysis, site analysis, building analysis. Based on the stipulation of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Integrated MTsN and MAN buildings are planned according to their position at the Municipal level, so this school is designed as a type B school. The land area for the Design of Integrated MTsN and MAN in Sabang City is 2.5 Ha. This design has several mass buildings with a range of 2-3 stories high. Based on the 2012-203 RTRW of Sabang City Settlement and Urban Infrastructure Development Strategy (SPPIP), the Ground Coverage Area (KDB) is 60% (15,000 m²) and the Floor Area ratio (KLB) is 1.2 (18,000 m²). The facilities in this design are classrooms, teachers' rooms, principal and school committee rooms, sports fields, canteens, prayer rooms and other supporting facilities.

Abstract

Marketing is all the activities and processes that create, communicate, deliver, and offer value to clients, customers, colleagues, and the general public. Hospitals are semi-business healthcare organizations, which deal with marketing. Hospitals must use marketing to address problems and capitalize on opportunities, including the marketing mix. In finding the appropriate and most effective marketing plan to implement, any of the components of the marketing mix can be considered. Marketing has been considered the basis of strategic development in every industry around the world, regardless of whether the organization is engaged in products or services. This study aims to determine the development of marketing mix methods used by healthcare organizations from 2014 to 2023. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a literature study approach - analysis and visualization of literature using VOS viewer software. Data was collected by querying the Scopus database using relevant keywords, namely "healthcare" "marketing mix" AND "marketing management". The results showed an increase in publications on marketing mix over the past decade; in 2020, the highest number of research publications was found. The country that contributed the most to this theme was the United States and the authors who contributed the most were Eirod, J.K and Fortenberry, J.L. The discussion revealed that one of the aspects that companies can pay attention to in achieving the optimal and best marketing plan to implement is the marketing mix component. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the marketing mix as one of the most important factors for customers when making purchases. Suppose the company pays attention to what the customer is looking for. In this case, it is almost certain that the company will retain many opportunities to gain customers, and the goods offered will be well spent. The main limitation of this study is the use of data derived from the Scopus database.

Abstract

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a worldwide problem that presents a substantial risk to the healthcare of the general population. Antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) is essential in hospitals to optimize the use of antimicrobial agents and address the challenges of drug resistance, superinfection, and rising healthcare costs. However, there are still many obstacles in the implementation of the antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) in hospitals and healthcare, so the decline in AMR to date is still not in line with expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze antimicrobial stewardship research trends and to determine the progress of antimicrobial stewardship research in hospitals or healthcare. This study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Taken from the Scopus database in the last five years, 534 articles were obtained to be analyzed using Mapchart, VOSviewer, and Rstudio-Biblioshiny. The results show that implementation of AMS is still widely studied from year to year. Research trends show the success of AMS in overcoming AMR, the barriers that occur during implementation, and the factors that contribute to the running of the AMS program. The findings also show authors, countries that publish the most, journals that are most cited, topics that are rarely published, and themes that can be developed in the future. The conclusion of this study is to determine the development of AMS research and to gain a better understanding of AMP implementation.
