Abstract

The city of Sabang, which is in Pulau Weh, Aceh Province, for now does not have an integrated secondary school yet, this causes many children to choose schools outside the city of Sabang. The city of Sabang needs an integrated secondary school at the MTsN and MAN levels with proper facilities in terms of innovatively supporting good education for the community. The site location of object design (the Integrated MTsN and MAN) located on Jalan Ie Meulee, Sukajaya, City of Sabang, Aceh. The chosen design approach is Green Architecture, with emphasis on ”working with climate”, it means buildings must be designed to work with the climate and natural resources. Through this approach, buildings are designed to adapt to their environment by utilizing natural conditions, climate and the surrounding environment that are applied to the design. The analysis used in this design is functional analysis, site analysis, building analysis. Based on the stipulation of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Integrated MTsN and MAN buildings are planned according to their position at the Municipal level, so this school is designed as a type B school. The land area for the Design of Integrated MTsN and MAN in Sabang City is 2.5 Ha. This design has several mass buildings with a range of 2-3 stories high. Based on the 2012-203 RTRW of Sabang City Settlement and Urban Infrastructure Development Strategy (SPPIP), the Ground Coverage Area (KDB) is 60% (15,000 m²) and the Floor Area ratio (KLB) is 1.2 (18,000 m²). The facilities in this design are classrooms, teachers' rooms, principal and school committee rooms, sports fields, canteens, prayer rooms and other supporting facilities.

Abstract

Marketing is all the activities and processes that create, communicate, deliver, and offer value to clients, customers, colleagues, and the general public. Hospitals are semi-business healthcare organizations, which deal with marketing. Hospitals must use marketing to address problems and capitalize on opportunities, including the marketing mix. In finding the appropriate and most effective marketing plan to implement, any of the components of the marketing mix can be considered. Marketing has been considered the basis of strategic development in every industry around the world, regardless of whether the organization is engaged in products or services. This study aims to determine the development of marketing mix methods used by healthcare organizations from 2014 to 2023. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a literature study approach - analysis and visualization of literature using VOS viewer software. Data was collected by querying the Scopus database using relevant keywords, namely "healthcare" "marketing mix" AND "marketing management". The results showed an increase in publications on marketing mix over the past decade; in 2020, the highest number of research publications was found. The country that contributed the most to this theme was the United States and the authors who contributed the most were Eirod, J.K and Fortenberry, J.L. The discussion revealed that one of the aspects that companies can pay attention to in achieving the optimal and best marketing plan to implement is the marketing mix component. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the marketing mix as one of the most important factors for customers when making purchases. Suppose the company pays attention to what the customer is looking for. In this case, it is almost certain that the company will retain many opportunities to gain customers, and the goods offered will be well spent. The main limitation of this study is the use of data derived from the Scopus database.

Abstract

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a worldwide problem that presents a substantial risk to the healthcare of the general population. Antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) is essential in hospitals to optimize the use of antimicrobial agents and address the challenges of drug resistance, superinfection, and rising healthcare costs. However, there are still many obstacles in the implementation of the antimicrobial stewardship program (ASP) in hospitals and healthcare, so the decline in AMR to date is still not in line with expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze antimicrobial stewardship research trends and to determine the progress of antimicrobial stewardship research in hospitals or healthcare. This study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Taken from the Scopus database in the last five years, 534 articles were obtained to be analyzed using Mapchart, VOSviewer, and Rstudio-Biblioshiny. The results show that implementation of AMS is still widely studied from year to year. Research trends show the success of AMS in overcoming AMR, the barriers that occur during implementation, and the factors that contribute to the running of the AMS program. The findings also show authors, countries that publish the most, journals that are most cited, topics that are rarely published, and themes that can be developed in the future. The conclusion of this study is to determine the development of AMS research and to gain a better understanding of AMP implementation.

Abstract

In chemistry, graph theory has been widely utilized to address molecular problems, with numerous applications in graph theory and ring theory within this field. One of these applications involves topological indices that represent chemical structures with numerical values. Various types of topological indices exist, including the Wiener index, the first Zagreb index, and the hyper-Wiener index. In the context of this research, the values of the Wiener index, the first Zagreb index, and the hyper-Wiener index for zero-divisor graphs on the ring of integers modulo a prime power order will be explored through a literature review and conjecture.

Abstract

Psikosomatis adalah semua penyakit atau keluhan suatu penyakit tertentu dibangun oleh keluhan yang didasari oleh faktor psikologis, seperti kesehatan saat ini, banyak keluhan masyarakat tentang masalah kesehatan (redaksi). Dimana sakit saat ini dirasakan kebanyakan akibat psikis ( pikiran dan emosi negatif) yang muncul dalam bentuk keluhan fisik mulai dari kepala sampai dengan kaki. Keluhan tersebut muncul secara terus-menerus hingga obat-obatan medis menjadi tidak efektif dalam jangka panjang mengurangi keluhan yang dirasakan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana layanan konseling mengatasi keluhan kesehatan masyarakat melalui hipnoterapi, mengetahui keluhan-keluhan yang didapat dari layanan konseling yang bisa di tangani dengan teknik hipnoterapi. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengkaji objek yang mengungkapkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada secara kontekstual melalui pengumpulan data yang diperoleh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknik konseling di masyarakat sangat membantu mengidentifikasi, merumuskan, dan menemukan secara cepat solusi masalah bagi masyarakat. Teknik hipnoterapi sangat berdampak terhadap kesehatan masyarakat karena banyak masyarakat yang merasakan suatu perubahan.

Abstract

Fenomena tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial TikTok berdampak pada konsentrasi belajar siswa. Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan yaitu dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya sosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya konsentrasi dalam proses belajar, dan dapat menyebarkan berita hoax. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan media sosial TikTok terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dua angket yaitu angket media sosial TikTok dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,91 dan angket konsentrasi belajar dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,81. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dan sampelnya berjumlah 30 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F= 9,85 dengan signifikansi0,05 bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara media sosial TikTok dengan konsentrasi belajar di MA NWDI Lepak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial TikTok, maka semakin rendah konsentrasi belajar siswa. Sebaliknya semakin rendah penggunaan media sosial TikTok, maka semakin tinggi konsentrasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Berbagai faktor dapat mempengaruhi rendahnya minat siswa dalam belajar matematika, diantaranya adalah metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru saat mengajar, keterbatasan sarana prasarana pembelajaran, motivasi dari guru, dan dukungan orang tua siswa. keingintahuan siswa berupa materi yang menarik, penjelasan guru yang mudah dipahami akan menjadikan matematika menjadi mata pelajaran favorit, mengingat pentingnya pemahaman konsep dasar matematika di tingkat sekolah, khususnya SMA, maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan minat belajar matematika. Dalam hal ini, upaya yang dilakukan melalui media cerita tentang paradoks dan temuan tokoh-tokoh matematika yang dimanfaatkan untuk membantu memudahkan kehidupan manusia, diharapkan bisa menumbuhkan keinginan mengetahui palajaran matematika sehingga menumbuhkan minat belajar matematika siswa. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Juni 2024 yang dialaksanakan melalui tahapan penyusunan materi palatihan, FGD, memberikan pre test, memberikan materi serta memberikan post test setelah diberikannya materi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dari 10 item pertanyaan, terdapat 8 pertanyaan yang jawabannya positif dan 2 lainnya jawabannya negatif. Sebagian besar responden setuju (52.57%) atau sangat setuju (38.97%) dengan pertanyaan yang masuk dalam golongan positif, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki pandangan yang positif terhadap topik yang ditanyakan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil post test menunjukkan bahwa intervensi atau pelatihan yang dilakukan efektif dalam meningkatkan pandangan positif responden.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengajarkan materi konsep dasar matematika kepada siswa kelas 3 MIS Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan Madura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah informan yang memberikan data penelitian melalui wawancara. Informan  penelitian ini adalah guru  matematika kelas 3.Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan mengajarkan konten konseptual matematika dasar. Termasuk kesulitan guru yang mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi pembelajaran matematika yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Persiapan tersebut meliputi bahan ajar, metode, dan model. Faktor penghambat persiapan guru antara lain ketidakmampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran dan kurangnya fasilitas sekolah untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dalam melatih guru, maka sangat penting karena untuk meningkatkan pengajaran matematika agar mempengaruhi persiapan guru untuk mengajar matematika di sekolah Dasar dengan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Harmony of Man and Nature in poetry by D. Zawawi Imron and its relevance to Indonesian language learning. Using an ecocritical approach, this study analyzes the elements of nature presented in Imron's poems, especially in relation to the interaction between humans and their environment. This study also explores how these poems can be used as learning media that teach environmental values ​​and shape ecological awareness in students. Descriptive qualitative methods are used to reveal the ecological themes raised in these poems, as well as their implications for Indonesian language learning, especially in the material of poetry appreciation and character education. The results of the study show that D. Zawawi Imron's poems not only express the beauty of nature, but also describe environmental damage due to irresponsible human behavior. This ecological representation is relevant in learning because it provides educational values ​​that encourage students to care more about their surroundings. Thus, poetry as a literary work plays an important role in building environmental awareness and can be integrated into Indonesian language teaching materials at various levels of education.

Abstract

Patient loyalty has become a critical success factor for healthcare institutions in the evolving healthcare landscape. The hospital seeks to differentiate itself by emphasizing patient-centered care, robust CRM systems, and the value of co-creation. This research analyzed the mediation of value co-creation on patient participation and customer relationship management toward patients' loyalty at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Polyclinic of Islamic Hospital of Hj. Siti Muniroh Tasikmalaya. This quantitative methodology used a cross-sectional survey and primary data from the questionnaire. The sample size was 271 patients. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, a sampling technique with the criteria. The analysis technique was Partial Least Square (PLS). The result indicated that the patient’s participation and customer relationship management toward loyalty had a mediation effect from the value co-creation variable. Patient participation and CRM affect value co-creation in outpatients at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Polyclinic of the Islamic Hospital of Tasikmalaya, both partially and simultaneously. The hospital should actively engage patients in co-creating healthcare experiences by involving them in treatment decisions, personalized care plans, and feedback loops. Then, the implication of this research was to enhance value co-creation, which could increase patient satisfaction, leading to higher loyalty and more effective CRM efforts.
