Abstract

Dalam era digital, penggunaan aplikasi e-book seperti Gramedia Digital menjadi bagian penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan literasi masyarakat. Indonesia, dengan lebih dari 204 juta pengguna internet, menawarkan pasar yang potensial untuk platform buku digital. Namun, perubahan kebiasaan membaca masyarakat yang semakin mengarah ke digitalisasi juga membawa tantangan, termasuk kebutuhan untuk memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna dan maraknya kompetitor. Untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna, layanan buku digital perlu memenuhi kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna. Untuk menggali lebih lanjut kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna, dilakukan pra-survei dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa aspek kemudahan navigasi (72,7%), ketersediaan koleksi buku yang lengkap (72,7%), dan fitur personalisasi tampilan (63,6%) merupakan prioritas utama pengguna dalam memilih platform buku digital. Selain itu, harga layanan yang terjangkau (59,1%) juga menjadi perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh usability, dependability, dan perceived value terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Gramedia Digital sebagai temuan dari identifikasi kebutuhan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui analisis regresi berganda kepada 110 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga dari empat hipotesis diterima dengan hasil faktor usability, dependability, dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sementara satu hipotesis tidak diterima mengenai faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan, dengan hasil analisis data bahwa faktor perceived value menjadi faktor dengan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pengguna Gramedia Digital dan diharapkan dapat menjadi aspek fokus serta perhatian utama Gramedia Digital untuk dapat melakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan.

Abstract

Komisi Pemilihan Umum telah merilis sebuah aplikasi yang bernama Sirekap (Sistem Rekapitulasi Pemilu), Untuk kedua kalinya Sirekap dipakai dalam pemilihan presiden pada tanggal 14 Februari 2024, berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan studi lapangan, ditemukan berbagai macam permasalahan seperti notifikasi yang mengganggu tampilan, perekapan data bermasalah, dan alur kerja dari sistem yang sulit dipahami. Beberapa permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan waktu penginputan data jadi lebih lama dari yang diharapkan, dan berpotensi membuat pengalaman pengguna menjadi buruk. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan pendalaman terhadap masalah tersebut agar mudah dipahami dan dijelaskan secara sistematis. Dengan demikian penulis dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang lebih sistematis menggunakan metode Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough. Metode tersebut akan memberikan skenario tugas berupa rangkaian tugas yang akan dikerjakan oleh responden dan diberikan sebanyak 10 pertanyaan mengenai tugas tersebut kepada evaluator. Evaluator yang berpartisipan sebanyak enam orang yang memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap aplikasi Sirekap di tiap TPS. Hasil evaluasi ini menunjukkan permasalahan yang paling banyak terjadi pada tipe feedback, sequence, dan physical demands. Dimana masalah terbesar yang memiliki tipe sequence dan physical demands ada pada task Importance 1 yaitu pemrosesan C Hasil. Kemudian pada task Importance 2 yaitu Login, yang disebabkan oleh feedback, Namun dari hasil yang sudah dilakukan, permasalahan tersebut dianggap cukup serius karena nilai problem seriousness terletak di grade 3 dan 4, yang menandakan tingkat masalahkeseriusannya merupakan masalah yang cukup ringan, sehingga perlu diperhatikan lagi demi kesempurnaan aplikasi ini.

Abstract

Manajemen akun pengguna mencakup pengelolaan hak akses pengguna terhadap apa, kapan, bagaimana, serta perihal keamanan, kepatuhan, dan efisiensi operasional. Universitas Brawijaya memiliki sistem manajemen akun yaitu Brawijaya Authentication and Identification System (BAIS). Ternyata manajemen akun pengguna saat ini membutuhkan dua sistem informasi yaitu sim.ub.ac.id, dan bais.ub.ac.id. Proses tersebut menjadikan aktivitas manajemen akun kurang efisien karena terdapat tahap yang berulang dan kurang memperhatikan pengalaman penggun. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka goal-directed design untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna dan organisasi serta pengujian usability untuk menilai kualitas sistem berupa efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil wawancara menemukan terdapat layanan tambahan yang dibutuhkan untuk rancangan baru. Pengujian usability memberikan hasil berupa 9 permasalahan usability serta menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas terdapat tugas yang sukses dengan kendala besar (SB) dan kecil (SK), nilai rata-rata efisiensi sebesar 140,2 detik per tugas, dan kepuasan pengguna sebesar 46,25 dengan kategori poor (buruk) atau not acceptable (tidak bisa diterima). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dihasilkan rancangan baru yang kembali diuji. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pada aspek efektivitas yang hanya terdapat sukses dengan kendala kecil (SK). Aspek efisiensi meningkat dengan turunnya waktu menjadi 33,3 detik. Aspek kepuasan pengguna meningkat menjadi 78,75 yang menandakan bahwa desain baru dianggap good (bagus) dan acceptable (dapat diterima).

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (SRIKANDI) merupakan aplikasi umum yang mendukung pengelolaan arsip, yang diwajibkan untuk dipakai oleh instansi pemerintah salah satunya Kementerian Kesehatan. Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang sebagai salah satu satuan kerja Kementerian Kesehatan mulai menerapkan SRIKANDI Versi 3 pada Februari 2024. Namun, pada penggunaan SRIKANDI Versi 3 di lapangan masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang terkait dengan usability. Karena itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan usability pada aplikasi SRIKANDI Versi 3 menggunakan metode evaluasi usability dengan pendekatan kualitatif sehingga permasalahan tersebut dapat dijelaskan secara ilmiah, kemudian diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi skenario tugas, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner SEQ dengan melibatkan 6 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 20 temuan masalah usability pada aplikasi SRIKANDI Versi 3. Observasi menghasilkan 14 temuan, sedangkan wawancara menghasilkan 16 temuan. Hasil kuesioner SEQ menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 5,23 dengan tingkat keberhasilan penyelesaian tugas sebesar 67%. Kategori masalah paling banyak terdapat pada aspek efisiensi sejumlah 12 masalah, berikutnya aspek kepuasan pengguna sejumlah 5 masalah dan aspek efektivitas sejumlah 3 masalah. Sebanyak 20 rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan panduan Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics dan Research-Based Web Design and Usability Guideline. Rekomendasi terbanyak menggunakan prinsip ke 9 Nielsen sejumlah 5 rekomendasi.

Abstract

Information technology  governance is used to guide and control an organization in achieving the goals that had been planned in advance. PT DEF is a company which utilises information technology to support its business processes. Nevertheless,  it indeed  requires an IT governance that can be beneficial as a reference for IT activities in order to run properly. This research intends to conduct an audit of information technology governance based on the COBIT 5 framework domain, which is  DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) domain in the process of DSS03 (Manage Problems). According to the research results, the values that have been obtained from the process of DSS03 capability level was 64.66%, that is regarded as Partially Achieved. Capability level will be used as a reference in seeking gap contained in the domain of DSS03 process. Furthermore, these would be able to make recommendations aimed at increasing the value of the expected maturity. This research contributes to the evaluation results and recommendations to improve the capability level on the DSS03 domain, hence  PT DEF can upgrade its IT governance by using DSS03 process.

Abstract

E-government is an effort to utilize information and communication technology especially internet to improve public service quality which generally implemented in a web based application. Usability is one of the important quality criteria for the success of a web. In this study we developed a framework for evaluation of usability in e-government consisting of  eight stages: (1) determining the evaluation objectives, (2) determining the usability aspects, (3) determining the metrics usability, (4) selecting usability evaluation method candidates, (5) determining the required criteria of the method to be evaluated, (6) evaluating the method, (7) selecting and making the instrument, and (8) evaluate usability.. The results of the application of this framework in the case study of e-finance resulted in two methods used: user testing and questionnaires. The evaluation of usability in e-government for e-finance case studies using the proposed framework results in usability level of e-finance in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction are 96%, 92%, and 70 respectively. Which can be identified to be grouped into 16 problems consisting of aspects of effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

Stroke, in 2014 to mid-2015 is the first cause of death in Indonesia. The condition of stroke patients whose movements are limited is exacerbated by the psychic condition of patients who are unable to communicate pressure will cause obstacles to the healing process of the patient. This research is designed based on the five planes of user experience which are divided into five areas: strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface. This communication board is operated using the patient's fingers so that it is comfortable for everyday activities. The result of Mobile Finger Communication Board implementation shows that application usability level seen from perception and ergonomic point of view shows satisfaction index of the user at the satisfactory level so that it can be said that the system works with the satisfactory result of the users. It is expected that with the Mobile Finger Communication Board which will be used daily to support the healing process of stroke so that the healing rate of stroke is increasing.

Abstract

BPMN has become the standard of business process modeling indescribing the existing series of business process. By engaging BPMN, an analystwould possibly able to model the whole business process activities in whichhe/she may analyze business process upon design time. It can be done byanalyzing the structure, behavior, or semantic of process model. In certaincondition one may ask a question what would the effects of the process be if itwere to be executed up to this point?. However, it cannot be solved with onlygraphical notation, but with its semantics. In practice, several modeling tools stilldo not provide a feature for managing information regarding the effects/resultsin the business process model. In fact, analysts should be supported with a toolin order to semantically enrich a process model with its effects. This articledescribes effect annotation semantically towards activity in the BPMN modelincluding the rules in representing its effects. The effect annotation will be suitedtowards activity type (atomic and compound activities). The outcomes of plugin development of eclipse BPMN2 modeler for representing semantic effect arealso described in this paper.

Abstract

The target indicators for the success of training conducted by the XYZ institution in 2018 are achieved in un-ideal conditions. The target of the average Competency Gap Index (CGI) value is achieved by reducing the measurement parameters of the work competency standard (SKK). This condition is a fact that the success of the training in the XYZ institution still lacks in its achievements. Based on the explanation of the problem, this study will apply the concept of Business Process Management (BPM) to conduct an analysis of the business process of conducting training in the XYZ institution to identify the possible problems that occur in the business process. This study aims to analyze and modeling the current business process of training program (as-is). The research methodology uses literature studies and data collection from interviews, observations, and supporting documents. The results of this study are proposed business processes (to-be) which are recommendations for improvement in current business processes (as-is). The business process is modeled used the standard modeling of Business Process and Notation (BPMN) version 2.0.

Abstract

The e-commerce market becomes one of the markets with the most promising growth. A number of studies on e-commerce have been investigated, but only a little attention is paid to the factors that may create e-commerce customer loyalty, even though customer loyalty is one of the primary keys to improve the performance of e-commerce businesses. This research offers a conceptual model focused on purchases to investigate the factors that affect customer's loyalty and when it is formed. Specifically, this paper intends to examine the relationship between the e-commerce overall quality on the perceived usefulness, perceived value, satisfaction and trust. This paper also verifies the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived value, satisfaction and trust in the e-loyalty. The method of online survey is used for the data collection. From 1457 of the distributed questionnaires, 960 were completed and returned, resulted 65.8 percent response rate. The data is then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research findings contribute to filling the knowledge gap regarding the defining factors of customer loyalty which may help the e-commerce provider in developing e-loyalty to increase e-commerce profitability.
