Abstract

A public relations strategy is needed to support effort to promote and market a product. Competition among sharia-based banks is also getting tighter and allowa people to freely choose which products and bank are their short or long term needs. The general public still needs information and explanations regarding aspects of sharia-based financial intitutions, especially product facilities that can be utilitized by prospective customers. Therefore it is necessary to have a public relations strategy for PT. Bank BCA Syariah in promoting KPR iB financing products.In this study using a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive analysis, data collection techniques through observation techniques, inteviews.The strategy carried out by the Public Relations Strategy of PT. Bank BCA Syariah KCP Bekasi in Promoting iB Mortgage Financing Products, the use of the media is an important part of promoting iB Mortgage Financing Products. The types of media used are online media, print media, offline media and in person. PT. Bank BCA Syariah KCP Bekasi in promoting financing products is considered effevtive by carrying out thus strategy which has an impact on increasing the recognition of these products by the public.

Abstract

Neighbor law was born in the midst of community life to regulate and limit rights and obligations in neighborly relationships. One of the developments in neighbor law is the concept of servitude or property easement. Issues related to servitude right in Indonesia are still frequently encountered, often resulting in illegal actions that lead to losses for others. Therefore, based on several court decisions in Indonesia, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of property easements as a limitation on property rights and legal protection for those who are harmed in cases involving property rights restrictions. This research is a legal study that employs three approaches: legislative approach, conceptual approach, and case approach. The results reveal that servitude right is a restriction on property rights over land that is still applicable according to civil law provisions and is based on the social function found in agrarian law. Legal protection provided through the judicial system in Indonesia regarding cases involving property rights restrictions and violations of servitude right involves filing lawsuits by the injured party based on illegal actions. If it is proven that the defendant has committed an illegal act, the judge will issue a court order (aanmaning) to perform or cease a certain action, as well as award compensation to the harmed party for actions that violate the servitude right.

Abstract

This qualitative case study research investigates the implementation of an independent character education strengthening program at an elementary school. Focused on Class V-A students, teachers, and the principal at the school, the study employs interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection, with triangulation for data validity. Utilizing Miles and Huberman's techniques for analysis, the research highlights the significance of independent character education for the school community, evident through indicators, subject matter integration, and school culture. The study underscores the importance of fostering independent character education and its positive impact on students and school stakeholders. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi manajemen mutu di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, kami mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang memfasilitasi keberhasilan pelaksanaan manajemen mutu, seperti komitmen kepemimpinan, keterlibatan stakeholder, dan sumber daya yang memadai. Di sisi lain, kendala seperti resistensi perubahan, kurangnya pemahaman konsep manajemen mutu, dan keterbatasan anggaran juga diungkapkan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengambil keputusan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi manajemen mutu dan memperkuat budaya mutu di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas keinformatifan dan komparabilitas indikator pelaporan non-keuangan pada aspek sosial perusahaan dalam melakukan bisnis sesuai dengan Standar Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengulas keselarasan indikator GRI 400 (topik sosial) dalam mendukung ketercapaian Sustainable Deveopment Goals (SDGs). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah scoping review dan analisis konten. Scoping review dilakukan dengan cara melakukan identifikasi literatur dari berbagai sumber referensi yang berkaitan dengan GRI 400. Sementara itu, analisis konten digunakan untuk menambahkan informasi pengungkapan yang diperlukan dalam ulasan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa indikator GRI 400 telah mendukung ketercapaian SDGs. Penelitian ini juga memberikan usulan beberapa indikator dalam seri GRI 400 secara kuantitatif dan biaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk para pemangku kebijakan lokal untuk mempertimbangkan usulan tambahan informasi yang diungkapkan dalam laporan keberlanjutan dan dapat menambah kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan atas laporan keberlanjutan yang disajikan.

Abstract

Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, telah terjadi lonjakan minat terhadap isu-isu lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (ESG). Integrasi ESG telah menjadi aspek penting dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. ESG merupakan faktor non keuangan yang menjadi perhatian bagi investor terkait dengan kondisi perusahaan. Perusahaan yang mengungkapkan aktivitas ESGnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki risiko ESG yang rendah dan sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh risiko ESG terhadap risiko perusahaan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahun 2022 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan memiliki skor risiko ESG oleh lembaga penilai yaitu Morningstar Sustainalytics pada tahun 2022. Data laporan keuangan perusahaan diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id, sedangkan data risiko ESG diperoleh dari https://finance.yahoo.com/. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 76 observasi berdasarkan purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk data cross-section. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko ESG tidak berpengaruh terhadap risiko perusahaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi ESG bukan merupakan informasi yang penting dalam menilai kondisi perusahaan di pasar modal.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate both partially and simultaneously on stock value in the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population of this research consisted of 35 companies, with a sample of 26 companies. The analysis technique used panel data regression with the Eviews 9.0 application. The regression model used was the Random Effect Model (REM). The data used were from the first to the fourth quarter of 2020 to 2021 and the first quarter of 2022. The results of the research showed that only the earnings per share variable had a partially positive and significant effect on the stock value of the Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Meanwhile, the variables of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The variables of return on equity, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate contributed only 8.97% to the formation of stock prices and had a weak relationship with stock prices.

Abstract

The success of waste management cannot be separated from the community's participation. The community's involvement in waste management is still not significantly apparent. Community participation in rural waste management program was investigated in this study since the waste reduction activities still involve waste open burning and burying in the yard which is harmful for the environment. A research model was designed, and a questionnaire was distributed among 112 households (HHs) to analyze their participation in rural waste management programs. A semi-structured questionnaire survey, focus group discussions, and key informant interviews were adopted to acquire qualitative information. The analytical framework includes mass balance analysis (MBA) and Arnstein’s participation (APL) ladder. MBA was applied to measure the current waste reduction rate of each HH, while APL was used to evaluate community participation level in this program. The findings reveal that the average waste reduction is 0.48 kg/HH/day, contributing to a total waste reduction of 17.94 kg/day in the village (24.39% of total waste generation). Measurement using APL unfolds that the extant community participation in Mojosari Village, Bojonegoro Regency, corresponds to a non-participation continuum where villagers are misled by pseudo and tokenistic participation leading to unequal benefit-sharing. Based on these findings, the researchers challenge that communities’ engagement in rural waste management mainly relies on community cadres concerning environmental subjects as well as communities’ economic background. It is concluded where economically weak communities and manipulative figures exist, ensuring a higher community participation level is more challenging

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of motivation on employee performance, the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Penggadaian Branch Ciputat. The research employs a quantitative approach with observation, questionnaires, and documentation as the outlined methods for the thesis. The study involved 40 employees at PT Penggadaian Branch Ciputat. The findings reveal that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The conclusion has important implications for HR management in the company. Management can focus on improving employee motivation and discipline to support overall performance improvement. However, this research has limitations, especially in terms of generalizing the results, as it was conducted only at PT. Pegadaian Branch Ciputat and involved a sample of 40 employees. Therefore, further research can be expanded to other branches and involve more respondents to obtain a more comprehensive overview.

Abstract

Salaman merupakan aplikasi layanan online pengajuan Akta Kelahiran, Akta Kematian, Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA), dan Surat Pindah Keluar. Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelayanan penerbitan Akta Kelahiran melalui aplikasi Salaman, hambatan serta upaya mengatasinya di Disdukcapil Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelayanan penerbitan Akta Kelahiran melalui aplikasi Salaman sudah berjalan efektif dalam indikator produksi, efisiensi, kepuasan, dan adaptasi. Perlu ditingkatkan secara berkala pada indikator perkembangan dan terdapat hambatan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana, ketidaktahuan masyarakat mengenai aplikasi Salaman dan masyarakat yang belum melek akan teknologi. Saran agar Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bandung lebih mengembangkan inovasi pelayanan pada aplikasi Salaman, memperbaharui sarana dan prasarana secara berkala, serta lebih aktif dalam berkoordinasi dengan operator pusat serta mensosialisasikan inovasi pelayanan kepada masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Pelayanan, Akta Kelahiran, Aplikasi Salaman
