Abstract

This research was conducted at MTs Integral Hidayatullah, Gorontalo City to examine the social competence of Religious Education teachers and its impact on student intimacy. The main problems found were teacher dominance in learning, a less conducive environment, and minimal interaction between teachers and students, as well as between students, which were caused by weak teacher social competence. This study aims to determine the level of social competence of Religious Education teachers and describe its impact on student intimacy. Theoretically, this research is expected to improve teacher social competence, and practically provide input to create better social relationships and a more enjoyable learning atmosphere. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which aims to understand in depth the social competence of Religious Education teachers and its impact on student intimacy at MTs Integral Hidayatullah, Gorontalo City. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and relevant documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out inductively by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions to obtain a clear picture of the relationship between teacher social competence and the quality of student social interactions. The results of the study indicate that the social competence of Religious Education teachers has a significant impact on student intimacy at MTs Integral Hidayatullah, Gorontalo City. Teachers who possess good communication skills, empathy, and skills in managing social interactions are able to build closer and more respectful relationships with students. The intimacy formed between teachers and students strengthens students' sense of comfort and self-confidence, so they are more open and actively involved in learning activities. Furthermore, this positive relationship contributes to a more conducive social climate, which not only encourages good cooperation among students but also reduces the potential for social problems in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

In 21st century learning, students must have Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Collaborative and Communicative, better known as 4C skills. 4C skills help students provide solutions in solving a problem. However, teachers have not been able to stimulate students to have 4C thinking skills. The discovery model is one model that is effective in encouraging students to think 4C. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the discovery learning model on students' 4c thinking abilities. This type of research is meta-analysis research. Data sources come from 10 national and international journals. Search for data sources via Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect, DOAJ, and Wiley databases. The data collection technique is direct observation through databases and documentation. The data analysis technique calculates the effect size value with the help of the JASP application. The research results concluded that the average score for critical thinking was 82.17, creative thinking 80.52, communication 85.16, and collaboration 80.57. Furthermore, the average effect size value is 1.017 with high criteria. These findings explain that the discovery learning model has a significant effect on students' 4c thinking abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis video animasi pada materi thaharah (bersuci) di MTs Swasta Hubulo, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model 4-D (define, design, development, disseminate). Pengembangan bertujuan untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran yang menarik, interaktif, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi fikih, khususnya thaharah. Validasi ahli media dan ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar ini memenuhi kriteria sangat layak, dengan persentase kelayakan 96,5% untuk aspek media dan 99% untuk aspek materi. Respon peserta didik terhadap media ini juga sangat positif, dengan persentase system usefulness mencapai 90% dan information quality 91,15%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis video animasi efektif sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran yang menarik, mudah dipahami, dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta pemahaman peserta didik dalam mempelajari materi thaharah..
