Abstract

The advancement of technology and internet development has changed the way humans communicate, express themselves, do business, and even change the realm of education. Besides its benefits, the internet can have a negative impact like a double-edged knife not only on activities, but also on mental health. Generation z people who were born in 1997-2012 are the generation with the highest level of mental health issues, and currently some are undergraduate students. This service aims to raise awareness of the impact of the internet, and control themselves not to be trapped in dependence on AI and social media on students. Participants in this socialisation were 23 undergraduate students. The method used was socialisation with pre-test and post-test evaluation of students' knowledge. The results of the service showed that the increase in student understanding was moderate, because students already knew theoretically before the socialisation. However, the results of the socialisation effectiveness test showed that it was still less effective, where students already understood the impact from before the socialisation, but not with the use of appropriate AI.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease with significant global impact. Early identification of individuals at high risk of developing diabetes is critical for the prevention and management of the disease. This study explores the use of Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in decision tree-based classifiers to improve the accuracy of diabetes risk prediction. The Pima Indians Diabetes Database (PIDD) dataset was used as the database, and algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Xtreme Gradient Boosting were tested. The results showed that the application of RFE improved the model accuracy, with Random Forest and Gradient Boosting achieving the highest accuracy of 77.27%. RFE also successfully identified the most relevant features, reduced the risk of overfitting, and improved model interpretability. This study provides a strong foundation for the development of more effective predictive tools in diabetes management and prevention. Future studies are recommended to test the generalizability of this approach to a wider dataset and in various clinical contexts.

Abstract

In today's digital era, Management Information Systems are becoming increasingly important for organizations and businesses. Management Information Systems can help organizations remain competitive and thrive in an increasingly complex and dynamic era. However, in student organizations within Unisnu Jepara, the management process is still carried out with manual practices and using paper media. Where writing on paper media requires a lot of time and energy, moreover the need for information in the organization is certainly abundant. Not to mention the risk of material misuse and loss of data in the future if not managed properly and correctly. The method used by researchers in this study is the Waterfall method which has 5 stages starting from Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration, and Operation and Maintenance. The result of this research is the creation of an organizational management information system at Unisnu Jepara which is expected to help improve efficiency in the operational and management processes of student organizations at the Islamic University of Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara.

Abstract

This research aims to build a Business Intelligence (BI)-based academic monitoring system in the Unisnu Jepara Information Systems Study Program to improve the efficiency and quality of decision making. The method used involves analyzing student academic data with the help of Microsoft Power BI for data processing. Data is taken from the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and processed to produce visualizations in the form of informative dashboards. The research results show visualization of academic data which includes the number of students, academic status, average GPA, study period, and graduate success. This dashboard makes it easier to monitor and analyze academic data, supports better decision making, and improves the quality of education in the Unisnu Jepara Information Systems Study Program. Abstract

The crime of sexual violence arises from the intention and opportunity of the perpetrator due to the lack of conditions that provide legal protection for the victim. Therefore, it is important to carry out policies and preventive measures before the crime of sexual violence occurs. This research focuses on non-penal policies, namely policies that are more preventive. This study aims to examine the review of Islamic criminal law in looking at the non-penal policies that have been carried out by the Banda Aceh City Government in overcoming sexual violence. The research method used in this study is empirical legal research with a sociological approach and the main data source is the policy carried out by the Banda Aceh City Government, in terms of tackling sexual violence, then the data obtained from the field will be seen in the perspective of Islamic criminal law. As for the results of this research, many efforts have been made to minimize the occurrence of sexual violence crimes in the city of Banda Aceh. Among them, there is the role of the Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit in enforcing qanun, as well as the appointment of Muhtasib Gampong personnel. In addition, the Banda Aceh City Government also issued a Mayor's Circular Letter containing an appeal to wear Muslim/Muslim women's clothing, and the Islamic Sharia Office through the Da'wah Field routinely runs programs in the context of overcoming sexual violence. The various non-penal policies implemented by the Banda Aceh City Government are basically in line with the principles required by Islamic law, and can be categorized as part of the provisions of taʿzīr. However, based on the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, Islamic criminal law essentially emphasizes preventive aspects that are rooted in people's personal awareness, such as maintaining views, regulating associations, controlling lust, and other behaviors that can prevent offenses.

Abstract

Aplikasi perbankan yaitu Blu BCA menjadi layanan perbankan yang mudah digunakan bagi masyarakat. Komentar yang terdapat di Google Play Store terkait aplikasi Blu BCA sangat beragam, yang mencerminkan berbagai sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi sentimen terhadap komentar aplikasi Blu BCA guna memahami pola sentimen pengguna secara mendalam. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengumpulan data melalui web scraping, kemudia tahap preprocessing, pelabelan data, SVM dan evaluasi. Hasil pelabelan data dengan VADER Lexicon menunjukkan hasil sentimen positif sebanyak 636 komentar, untuk sentimen negatif sebanyak 215 komentar, sedangkan sentimen netral sebanyak 148 komentar. Metode SVM digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi, sementara pelabelan dilakukan menggunakan VADER Lexicon. Hasil menunjukkan model SVM mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 85%. Selain itu, keluhan umun pada sentimen negatif dilakukan pengelompokan frasa yang mencakup “cutomer service”, “face verification”, serta masalah performa aplikasi seperti “really slow” dan “application error”. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SVM dengan dukungan VADER Lexicon dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi Blu BCA.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas layanan di perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam dunia pendidikan. Evaluasi layanan oleh mahasiswa sering kali mencakup komentar dalam bentuk teks bebas, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan berbasis kecerdasan buatan untuk mengolah data secara efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen mahasiswa terhadap tiga layanan utama di UNISNU Jepara, yaitu layanan akademik, beasiswa, dan perpustakaan, menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM).Penelitian ini mengikuti tahapan metodologi CRISP-DM, meliputi pemahaman bisnis, pemahaman data, persiapan data, pemodelan, evaluasi, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari hasil evaluasi berbentuk komentar terbuka yang dikumpulkan melalui sistem SIAKAD. Data tersebut diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing sebelum diterapkan algoritma SVM untuk klasifikasi sentimen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma SVM mampu memberikan tingkat akurasi tinggi pada analisis sentimen terhadap ketiga jenis layanan, yaitu 95,8% untuk layanan akademik, 95,7% untuk layanan beasiswa, dan 98,4% untuk layanan perpustakaan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa algoritma SVM merupakan metode yang efektif untuk analisis sentimen dalam konteks data tidak terstruktur, serta memberikan wawasan strategis yang dapat membantu perguruan tinggi meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka..

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini tak bisa dibendung lagi. Kemajuan disetiap bidang tak lepas dari teknologi sebagai penunjangnya, terutama teknologi informasi. Akan tetapi hal tersebut harus dimbangi dengan adanya sebuah evaluasi atau audit terhadap sistem informasi sehingga ancaman atau kerugian dapat  dihindari  ataupun  dicegah.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  mengetahui  sejauh  mana  kinerja  sistem informasi pembelajaran yaitu e-learning sebagai layanan publik yang telah diterapkan pada UNISNU Jepara dan  memberikan   rekomendasi tata  kelola perbaikan setelah mengetahui kesenjangan antara tatakelola saat ini dengan tatakelola yang diharapkan sesuai dengan framework yang digunakan. Framework  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah COBIT versi 4.1 khusus pada domain Deliver and Support (DS). Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuisioner dengan narasumber yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan domain dan Control Objective yang digunakan. Metode analisis data dilakukan beberapa tahap, yaitu penentuan domain, penentuan proses kontrol, penentuan indikator dan pemetaan tingkatkematangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan (maturity level) pada implementasi e-learning UNISNU Jepara khusus pada Domain DS, yaitu berada pada level 4 yang berarti sudah terukur dan terintegrasi antar proses yang berlangsung. Dan analisa GAP antara kondisi yang diharapkan dengan kondisi saat ini rata-rata sebesar 0,6.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu bidang yang memberikan kontribusi yang segnifikan dalam memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Di sisi yang lain, perkembangan teknologi dan internet juga berkembang sangat cepat. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan bisnis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang ada saat ini menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM agar mampu berkompetisi dengan pelaku industri yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah e-business yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa bisnisnya dalam rangka mencapai keunggulan kompetitifnya agar mampu berdaya saing dengan para kompetitor yang lain. Tools yang digunakan untuk menganalisa kebutuhan sistem menggunakan PIECES Framework yang meliputi performance, informations, economics, control, efficency, dan services. Adapun data primer diperoleh dari 50 responden untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan penggunaan sistem e-business dalam pengelolaan bisnis UMKM.  Hasilnya diperoleh rata-rata kepuasan pengguna, 3,92 yang artinya sistem e-business yang dikembangkan sangat penting dan pengguna merasa puas dalam penggunaan sistem tersebut
