Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, Sistem Informasi Manajemen menjadi semakin penting bagi organisasi dan bisnis. Sistem Informasi Manajemen dapat membantu organisasi tetap kompetitif dan berkembang di era yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Lain halnya di organisasi kemahasiswaan dilingkungan Unisnu Jepara yang proses kepengurusannya masih dilaksanakan dengan praktik manual dan menggunakan media kertas. Dimana penulisan di media kertas membutuhkan waktu dan energi yang banyak, apalagi kebutuhan informasi dalam organisasi sudah pasti melimpah. Belum lagi adanya resiko penyalahgunaan materil dan kehilangan data kedepannya jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Metode yang digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall yang memiliki 5 tahapan yang dimulai dari Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration, dan Operation and Maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem informasi manajemen organisasi di Unisnu Jepara yang diharapkan dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses operasional dan pengelolaan organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Islam Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pemantauan akademik berbasis Business Intelligence (BI) di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Unisnu Jepara guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan analisis data akademik mahasiswa dengan bantuan Microsoft Power BI untuk pengolahan data. Data diambil dari Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) dan diolah untuk menghasilkan visualisasi dalam bentuk dashboard yang informatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan visualisasi data akademik yang mencakup jumlah mahasiswa, status akademik, IPK rata-rata, masa studi, dan keberhasilan lulusan. Dashboard ini memudahkan pemantauan dan analisis data akademik, mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Unisnu Jepara. Penelitian  ini menyadarkan betapa pentingnya implementasi BI dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen data akademik dan pengambilan keputusan strategis di lingkungan akademik..

Abstract

Sistem informasi dapat diimplementasikan dengan Microsoft Power BI untuk memantau kerusakan motor Honda di Ahass Muncul Jaya Motor Jepara. AHASS perlu mempertimbangkan dengan serius supaya memiliki kapabilitas dalam mengelola dan mencegah kerusakan motor. Hal ini dijalankan dengan tujuan dapat menjaga produktivitas Ahass agar tetap tinggi, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan mengoptimalkan operasional bisnis. Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah ketidakefisienan sistem pemantauan kerusakan sebelumnya, yang memerlukan solusi yang lebih cepat dan terintegrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak implementasi Power BI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan dalam mendeteksi kerusakan motor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu: analisis data dari Ahass Muncul Jaya Motor, melibatkan langkah-langkah implementasi Power BI yang spesifik, dan analisis statistik terhadap hasil pemantauan. Data penelitian ini dibatasi dari Bulan September hingga November 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan deteksi kerusakan, memungkinkan identifikasi lebih cepat terhadap pola kerusakan motor dan dapat mengelola stok suku cadang dengan cerdas. Business Intelligence (BI) menjadi alternatif yang signifikan karena merupakan suatu sistem yang dirancang khusus untuk mengelola dan menganalisis data dengan tujuan menghasilkan informasi yang dapat memberikan manfaat dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan strategis di lingkungan Ahass. Integrasi data yang lancar dan visualisasi yang informatif melalui Power BI memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap kondisi motor dan memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat. Implementasi Microsoft Power BI dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemantauan kerusakan motor, serta berpotensi diterapkan secara luas dalam industri serupa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Microsoft Power BI telah memberikan dampak positif pada efisiensi pemantauan kerusakan motor. Visualisasi data mempermudah pemahaman mengenai kerusakan motor dengan cepat dan efektif sehingga tercapai keamanan stok suku cadang. Dengan adanya solusi terintegrasi oleh data, Power BI mampu menyajikan informasi dengan jelas, mudah, dan terstruktur dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.Information systems can be implemented using Microsoft Power BI to monitor Honda motorcycle damages at Ahass Muncul Jaya Motor in Jepara. Ahass needs to seriously consider in order to have the capability to manage and prevent motorcycle damages. This is done with the aim of maintaining high Ahass productivity, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing business operations. The underlying issue of this research is the inefficiency of the previous damage monitoring system, which requires a faster and integrated solution. The research objective is to evaluate the impact of Power BI implementation in enhancing monitoring efficiency in detecting motorcycle damages. The research methodology includes: data analysis from Ahass Muncul Jaya Motor, involving specific Power BI implementation steps, and statistical analysis of monitoring results. The research data is limited from September to November 2023. The results show a significant improvement in the ability to detect damages, allowing for faster identification of motorcycle damage patterns and intelligent management of spare parts inventory. Business Intelligence (BI) becomes a significant alternative as it is a system specifically designed to manage and analyze data with the goal of generating information that is beneficial and supports strategic decision-making processes in the Ahass environment. Smooth data integration and informative visualization through Power BI provide a better understanding of motor conditions and enable more accurate decision-making. The implementation of Microsoft Power BI can be an effective solution to enhance motor damage monitoring and has the potential for widespread application in similar industries.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and internet development has changed the way humans communicate, express themselves, do business, and even change the realm of education. Besides its benefits, the internet can have a negative impact like a double-edged knife not only on activities, but also on mental health. Generation z people who were born in 1997-2012 are the generation with the highest level of mental health issues, and currently some are undergraduate students. This service aims to raise awareness of the impact of the internet, and control themselves not to be trapped in dependence on AI and social media on students. Participants in this socialisation were 23 undergraduate students. The method used was socialisation with pre-test and post-test evaluation of students' knowledge. The results of the service showed that the increase in student understanding was moderate, because students already knew theoretically before the socialisation. However, the results of the socialisation effectiveness test showed that it was still less effective, where students already understood the impact from before the socialisation, but not with the use of appropriate AI.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic disease with significant global impact. Early identification of individuals at high risk of developing diabetes is critical for the prevention and management of the disease. This study explores the use of Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in decision tree-based classifiers to improve the accuracy of diabetes risk prediction. The Pima Indians Diabetes Database (PIDD) dataset was used as the database, and algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Xtreme Gradient Boosting were tested. The results showed that the application of RFE improved the model accuracy, with Random Forest and Gradient Boosting achieving the highest accuracy of 77.27%. RFE also successfully identified the most relevant features, reduced the risk of overfitting, and improved model interpretability. This study provides a strong foundation for the development of more effective predictive tools in diabetes management and prevention. Future studies are recommended to test the generalizability of this approach to a wider dataset and in various clinical contexts.

Abstract

In today's digital era, Management Information Systems are becoming increasingly important for organizations and businesses. Management Information Systems can help organizations remain competitive and thrive in an increasingly complex and dynamic era. However, in student organizations within Unisnu Jepara, the management process is still carried out with manual practices and using paper media. Where writing on paper media requires a lot of time and energy, moreover the need for information in the organization is certainly abundant. Not to mention the risk of material misuse and loss of data in the future if not managed properly and correctly. The method used by researchers in this study is the Waterfall method which has 5 stages starting from Requirement Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, System Testing and Integration, and Operation and Maintenance. The result of this research is the creation of an organizational management information system at Unisnu Jepara which is expected to help improve efficiency in the operational and management processes of student organizations at the Islamic University of Nahdlatul Ulama Jepara.

Abstract

This research aims to build a Business Intelligence (BI)-based academic monitoring system in the Unisnu Jepara Information Systems Study Program to improve the efficiency and quality of decision making. The method used involves analyzing student academic data with the help of Microsoft Power BI for data processing. Data is taken from the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and processed to produce visualizations in the form of informative dashboards. The research results show visualization of academic data which includes the number of students, academic status, average GPA, study period, and graduate success. This dashboard makes it easier to monitor and analyze academic data, supports better decision making, and improves the quality of education in the Unisnu Jepara Information Systems Study Program. Abstract

The crime of sexual violence arises from the intention and opportunity of the perpetrator due to the lack of conditions that provide legal protection for the victim. Therefore, it is important to carry out policies and preventive measures before the crime of sexual violence occurs. This research focuses on non-penal policies, namely policies that are more preventive. This study aims to examine the review of Islamic criminal law in looking at the non-penal policies that have been carried out by the Banda Aceh City Government in overcoming sexual violence. The research method used in this study is empirical legal research with a sociological approach and the main data source is the policy carried out by the Banda Aceh City Government, in terms of tackling sexual violence, then the data obtained from the field will be seen in the perspective of Islamic criminal law. As for the results of this research, many efforts have been made to minimize the occurrence of sexual violence crimes in the city of Banda Aceh. Among them, there is the role of the Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) and the Wilayatul Hisbah Police Unit in enforcing qanun, as well as the appointment of Muhtasib Gampong personnel. In addition, the Banda Aceh City Government also issued a Mayor's Circular Letter containing an appeal to wear Muslim/Muslim women's clothing, and the Islamic Sharia Office through the Da'wah Field routinely runs programs in the context of overcoming sexual violence. The various non-penal policies implemented by the Banda Aceh City Government are basically in line with the principles required by Islamic law, and can be categorized as part of the provisions of taʿzīr. However, based on the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, Islamic criminal law essentially emphasizes preventive aspects that are rooted in people's personal awareness, such as maintaining views, regulating associations, controlling lust, and other behaviors that can prevent offenses.

Abstract

Aplikasi perbankan yaitu Blu BCA menjadi layanan perbankan yang mudah digunakan bagi masyarakat. Komentar yang terdapat di Google Play Store terkait aplikasi Blu BCA sangat beragam, yang mencerminkan berbagai sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi sentimen terhadap komentar aplikasi Blu BCA guna memahami pola sentimen pengguna secara mendalam. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengumpulan data melalui web scraping, kemudia tahap preprocessing, pelabelan data, SVM dan evaluasi. Hasil pelabelan data dengan VADER Lexicon menunjukkan hasil sentimen positif sebanyak 636 komentar, untuk sentimen negatif sebanyak 215 komentar, sedangkan sentimen netral sebanyak 148 komentar. Metode SVM digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi, sementara pelabelan dilakukan menggunakan VADER Lexicon. Hasil menunjukkan model SVM mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 85%. Selain itu, keluhan umun pada sentimen negatif dilakukan pengelompokan frasa yang mencakup “cutomer service”, “face verification”, serta masalah performa aplikasi seperti “really slow” dan “application error”. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SVM dengan dukungan VADER Lexicon dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi Blu BCA.
