Abstract

Penelitian melalui model Pair Checks bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan sikap toleransi pada siswa. Partisipan siswa yang diteliti di kelas 5A dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 26 siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model penelitian MC. Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, penelitian, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar penilaian sikap, dan lembar angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aktivitas guru pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 80 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, siklus II memperoleh nilai 92 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh nilai dengan kategori sangat rendah, siklus II memperoleh nilai dengan kategori tinggi. Sedangkan penilaian sikap toleransi siswa pada siklus I memperoleh 71% dengan kategori kuat, dan pada siklus II memperoleh 93% dengan kategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Pair Checks dapat meningkatkan sikap toleransi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran IPA dan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi melalui model inside outside circle. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi terhadap tindakan serta refleksi tindakan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4A SDN Cimanggah 1 Kota Sukabumi sebanyak 38 siswa, terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswi perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 April s/d 25 Mei 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi guru dan siswa, lembar angket keterampilan komunikasi, serta bukti dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara teknik kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil observasi kinerja guru pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase 78% dan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase 90% serta dari siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 12%. Sedangkan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase 60% dan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase 88% serta dari siklus I menuju siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 28%. Hasil penelitian pra siklus keterampilan komunikasi memperoleh ketuntasan 16%. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus I mencapai ketuntasan 61%. Pada siklus II terus meningkat mencapai ketuntasan 85%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi kelas 4A meningkat melalui penerapan model Inside Outside Circle.

Abstract

Abstract: Research through a Cooperative Integrated reading and Composition (CIRC) model aims to improve the writing skills of fictional text on high-class elementary school students. The type of research used is class action research (PTK). The number of students examined in this study was 29 people consisting of 14 male students and 15 female students. Data collection tools using tests and observation sheets. The results showed the value of writing skills of fictional text on the activity of pre-cycle percentage averages 49% with sufficient categories, in the I cycle the average percentage of 64% with good categories, while on the cycle II average percentage of 76% with Good category increased from cycle I to cycle II with a value of 71% has reached the value of the KKM (70). While on the teacher activity cycle I obtained a value of 62 with a good category, cycle II gained a value of 82 with a good category increase from cycle I to cycle II with a value of 81% has reached the value of the KKM (70) and the student activity cycle I gained a value Averaging 56 with sufficient categories, cycle II gained a value of 73 with a good category of such increase with a value of 72% increase in cycle I to cycle II has reached KKM (70). This study can prove that implementing a learning CIRC can improve fiction text writing Skills in class IV in Brawijaya Sukabumi Elementary School 2018/2019.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application method of Shared Reading  to improve the reading ability in high basic students. The research method used was Classroom Action Research with a research design using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models which were carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were grade IV students of SDN 1 Cikembar with 39 students, consisting of 17 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques in this study used a test technique in the form of pretest and posttest. While the non-test technique is in the form of observation, field notes and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the pre-cycle study through the indicator test of the ability to read aloud, showed completeness of 26%. Then increasing in the first cycle reached completeness by 46%. Whereas in the second cycle, the results of the tests showed completeness reached 79%. This Classroom Action Research concludes that students ability to read aloud increases through Shared Reading methods in high school students in the elementary school year 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the process of implementing learning and improve students' speaking skills through the implementation of show and tell methods. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Taggart designs through 2 cycles ranging from planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research participants were class II B students of Pintukisi Elementary School, Sukabumi City, with 34 students. Techniques for collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The indicator of success of this study is that at least 70% of the respondents reached the KKM score of 70. The results showed: (1) the process of implementing learning was good and a positive response was indicated by the average score of teacher performance in Cycle I: 60 II: 81 (Very good), Performance of students in cycle I: 62 (Good), and cycle II: 75 (good), (2) Show and tell methods can improve students' speaking skills. Improvement can be seen from the average value of students' speaking skills at pretest, which is 54 points to 68 points in the first cycle so that it increases by 14 points, with classical completeness of 32%. In the first cycle, it was 68 points to 81 points in the second cycle so that it increased by 13 points, with classical completeness of 91%. The achievement data above shows that show and tell methods are proven to be able to improve the quality of the learning process and students' speaking skills which are very significant.

Abstract

          This study aims to describe the application and improvement of description writing skills through the guided writing method. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a research design using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models which were carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning actions, implementing actions, observing actions and reflecting actions. The subjects of this study were grade 5B students at SDI Al-Azhar 7 in Sukabumi City, 23 students, consisting of 11 male students and 12 female students. This research was conducted on April 29 to May 14, 2019. The technique of data collection was done by interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The instrument of data collection is done by teacher and student observation sheets, interview sheets and description writing skills tests. Data analysis techniques were carried out in descriptive quantitative techniques. Observation results of teacher performance in cycles I and II experienced an increase of 18 points which obtained an average value of 66 and 84, while the results of observation of activities of students in cycles I and II experienced an increase of 18 points which obtained an average value of 64 and 82. Results Pre-cycle research writes a description of obtaining completeness of 34,78%. Then increasing in the first cycle reached completeness 47,83%. In the second cycle it continued to increase to reach completeness 82,61%. The conclusion of this study shows that the description writing skills of class 5B students increased through the application of guided writing methods.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the communicative attitude of students by using cooperative model of kancing gemerincing technique in social studies in high class. The type of this research is in the form of Classroom Action Research. Subjects in this study were 32 students of class V at Selabintana Wetan elementary school, consisting of 20 male and 12 female. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, questionnaires and field notes. The instruments used were interview guidelines, teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, student communicative attitude observation sheets, student communicative attitude questionnaire sheets and field notes.The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the questionnaire study at pre-cycle obtained 40,36%, then the first cycle obtained 70,08% and in the second cycle obtained 86,78%. Thus it was concluded the cooperative model of kancing gemerincing technique can improve the communicative attitude of the V grade students of Selabintana Wetan elementary school in the academic year 2018/2019.

Abstract

This research aims to describe an increase in the attitude of the national spirit of students through using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model in high school elementary school. The method used is class action research design model chemistry & Mc. Taggart. Participants in this reaseach were 17 students of fifth grade in SD Aisyiyah, Sukabumi City, 2018-2019 academic year. Instruments for collecting data used in this study consisted of interviews, observation sheets, questionnaires, attitude scale (likert), field notes and documentation consisting of 2 cycles. The results of the pre-cycle research on the attitude of the national spirit of students gained 39% classical completeness in the weak category. In the first cycle, the attitude of the national spirit showed 62% classical completeness with a strong category. In the second cycle, the attitude of the national spirit showed 82% classical completeness with a very strong category. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that through the VCT model it can improve the attitude of students' national spirit.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai karakter menjadi tuntutan yang harus dipersiapkan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, penguatan nilai karakter nampaknya belum menjadi bagian yang terintegrasi selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis muatan nilai karakter khusunya pada nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran tematik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan subyek yang digunakan yaitu guru kelas III dan siswa kelas III SDN Cihaur Sagaranten. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif yaitu reduksi data, analisis data dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pada aspek nilai disiplin dikategorikan cukup baik terutama pada indikator mematuhi peraturan sekolah. Sedangkan dalam aspek tanggung jawab dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Pendidikan karakter nilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab sangat penting diterapkan selam proses pembelajaran karena hal tersebut berimbas pada perilaku siswa di dalam dan di luar kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena masih rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri Tegallega pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Tujuan penelitian ini supaya motivasi siswa kelas III meningkat dengan memakai metode mnemonic. Metode Penelitian ini Menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis hasil angket akhir dan hasil observasi setiap tindakan. proses pembelajaran dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan metode mnemonic. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode mnemonic dalam pembelajaran tematik dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas III di SD Negeri Tegallega. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan dari sebelum tindakan dan setiap siklus. Sebelum melakukan tindakan persentase siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar dalam kategori baik adalah 31%. Pada siklus I persentase siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar dalam kategori baik belajarnya adalah 73%. Pada siklus II persentase siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar dalam kategori baik adalah 94%. Kesimpulan, adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode mnemonic yang dicapai siswa kelas III di SDN Tegallega.
