Abstract

Problem the fiscal deficit still has a bad influence on the increase in government debt every year. So far, the government has tended to withdraw new debt to cover the fiscal deficit.In conditions of negative primary balance, debt withdrawals tend to increase deficits and fiscal failures in the long run. This condition is also exacerbated by the Covid-19 that hit Indonesia. The deficit has exceeded 3 percent of GDP. even though the state finance law is a maximum of 3 percent of GDP. This condition has had a bad influence on people's purchasing power. caused by a decrease in purchasing power of goods and services. In dealing with this condition, the government needs to increase people's purchasing power through price regulation. Energy subsidiesclosely related to fiscal policy and a number of macroeconomic variables such as: inflation, exchange rates and BIR.This study aims to determine the relationship between energy subsidy control and fiscal deficit, in order to obtain an optimal fiscal deficit. Through the control of energy subsidies, the optimal value of the fiscal deficit can be obtained. Subsidy controls also affect the amount of government debt, so that optimal debt is obtained.

Abstract

PT. XXX is a companyplantations that are managed professionally so that employees who are truly able to work optimally and optimally are needed to increase the company's ability to compete in this globalization era. One of the most important factors is the employee factor. Improving the quality of human resources is inseparable from increasing employee loyalty to the work they do. To support job loyalty, one of the factors is the level of employee welfare. With the existence of employee welfare, it is hoped that job professionalism can be achieved. Based on the description above, the writer feels interested in conducting a thesis research entitled: "The Influence of Employee Welfare and Social Inequality on Job Loyalty at PT. XXX”. The results of this study are the results of the F test indicating that simultaneously the variables of employee welfare and social inequality have a significant effect simultaneously on job loyalty (y). With this it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be proven. From the t-count value for b1, it is greater than t-table so that employee welfare has a significant effect on job loyalty, while for b2, the t-count value is greater than t-table, thus social inequality has a significant effect on job loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determineInfluenceQuality of Service, Diversity of Products and Prices on Purchase Decisions at Rizky Stores in Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through an interview approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 96 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis in this study is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) it is known thatService qualitypositive and significant effect onBuying decision. VariableProduct Diversitypositive and significant effect onBuying decision. Then VariablePricepositive and significant effect onBuying decision At Rizky's Shop in Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province. Abstract

Desa cot mesjid merupakan desa binaan yang terkenal dengan kerajinan bordir dan terdapat kelompok pengrajin wanita yang menjadi tumpuan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi bertujuan untuk melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi terkait literasi keuangan digital di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini berlokasi di Desa cot mesjid Kecamatan Juli Kabupaten Bireuen dengan sasaran perempuan pengrajin bordir dan komunitas perempuan yang menggunakan gadget dan menggunakan internet dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masih banyak perempuan pengrajin bordir yang belum mengetahui resiko penggunaan platform keuangan digital seperti Phishing, Phraming Mobile, Sniffing, Money Mule dan Social Engineering. Selain itu masih banyak yang bingung dalam memilih platform yang tepat untuk digunakan, sehingga ada penyuluhan dari tim pengabdi Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia. Komunitas perempuan pengrajin bordir menjadi sadar akan platform dan informasi yang harus mereka pilih dan pilah untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan data pribadi.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative. The place of this research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bireuen Regency. This study's population consisted of 90 employees of the Bireuen District Regional Disaster Management Agency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The regression analysis results obtained a t count value of 1.893 > t table 1.6629. This means that the award variable (X1) positively affects the employee performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was obtained that the t value was 3.437 > t table 1.6629. This means that the transformational leadership variable (X2) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). Furthermore, the regression analysis results obtained a t value of 2.667 > t table 1.6629. This means that the communication variable (X3) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). The results of the regression analysis obtained a t value of 2.648 > t table 1.6629, which means that the motivation variable (X4) has a positive effect on employee performance variables (Y). The Fcount value is 35.157> Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The R Square value from the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) of 62.3%. The remaining 37.7% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan kausalitas jumlah uang beredar, suku bunga dan tingkat konsumsi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder selama 30 tahun atau selama periode 1990-2019 yang diperoleh yaitu data BI (Bank Indonesia) dan sumber-sumber lainnya yaitu jurnal-jurnal dan hasil penelitian. Model yangdigunakan causality test.Hasil penelitian pada pengujian bivariat yang sudah dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa nilai F hitung lebih kecil dari pada nilai F tabeldapat disimpulan disimpulkan bahwa variabel suku bunga dengan jumlah uang beredar tidak adanya hubungan kausalitas. Nilai F hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai F tabel dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel jumlah uang beredar dengan tingkat konsumsi adanya hubungan kausalitas. Sedangkannilai F hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai F tabel dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel suku bunga dengan tingkat konsumsi adanya hubungan kausalitas. Hasil penelitian multivariat yang dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan kausalitas antara suku bunga, tingkat konsumsi dengan jumlah uang beredar. Terdapat hubungan kausalitas jumlah uang beredar, tingkat konsumsi dengan suku bunga juga terdapat hubungan kausalitas. Sedangkan jumlah uang beredar, suku bunga dengan tingkat konsumsi tidak adanya hubungan kausalitas.

Abstract

Procedurally, the applicable law states that a child adoption needs to go through the procedures for applying for a determination of adoption to the local District Court. If a court decision has not been obtained, it turns out that it can be reported to the local police. Children who are traded by their biological parents to other people, of course, involve various parties. For this reason, it is necessary to know the criminal responsibility of these perpetrators, and what is the basis for the panel of judges considerations in imposing a sentence on the defendant in a case of adoption which results in child trafficking as referred to in the P.N.Sim Decision. No. 398/Pid.Sus/2017 An. Defendant "G.M". The issues raised are: First, regulation of human trafficking crimes in Indonesia; and second, legal analysis of the practice of criminal acts of human trafficking with the mode of adoption without a court decision. 398/Pid.Sus/2017. This research is juridical-normative research which is descriptive-analytic. The results of this analysis show that: First, the provisions on criminal sanctions in the PTPPO Law cannot be used to indict perpetrators of child adoption without a court order; Second, based on the criminal responsibility of the Defendant "GM", he can be responsible for the mistakes he has made. It is recommended that the Government of Indonesia make a policy by summarizing the procedures for adopting children through the courts.

Abstract

Sexual violence in Indonesia is an increasingly urgent case, with 431,471 cases recorded in 2020, including 3,602 cases in the public domain. Sexual violence is defined as a physical or non-physical sexual act by someone who has power over the victim, without the victim's consent. Its forms include harassment, exploitation, forced contraception, abortion, rape, marriage, prostitution, slavery, and sexual torture. This thesis discusses the legal formulation of the crime of sexual violence, legal protection for victims, and an analysis of the Medan District Court's decision regarding cases of sexual violence. Using normative legal research methods, this study examines existing regulations, including the Criminal Code, Law No. 23/2004 concerning Domestic Violence, the Bill on the Elimination of Sexual Violence, Law No. 39/1999 concerning Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and Law No. 13/2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, which regulate criminal acts and protection of victims of sexual violence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance, 2) the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, 3) the influence of the work environment on teacher performance, and 4) the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment on performance. Elementary school teacher at the Regional Office for the Technical Implementation Unit for Education, Youth and Sports, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency. Methods of data analysis with a path analysis approach. The results showed that: a). There is an influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance by 12.74%. b). There is an influence of organizational culture on teacher performance by 10.95%, and c). There is an influence of the work environment on teacher work performance by 21.95%. Based on the magnitude of the determination coefficient of 0.509, it is explained that the contribution of the aspects of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment to teacher performance is 50.9%

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KPM) is a university initiative aimed at applying students' knowledge and skills to contribute directly to the community. In Lampanah Settlement, Seulimeum District, Aceh Besar Regency, the KPM program implemented by STISIP Al Washliyah Banda Aceh students is expected to have a positive impact on the community. However, community perceptions of this program need to be evaluated to ensure the effective implementation of KPM activities. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of the Lampanah Settlement community towards the KPM program by STISIP Al Washliyah Banda Aceh students. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, distributing e-questionnaires to 212 samples from a total population of 450, with a 5% margin of error in Lampanah Settlement. The results show that: 1) 65% of respondents had a positive perception, 20% were neutral, and 25% were negative; 2) 70% of respondents viewed the benefits of the activities as high, 15% as moderate, 6% as neutral, and 4% as low; 3) Communication barriers included language (20%), cultural differences (45%), and technological constraints (25%). Interviews revealed that the Lampanah Settlement community generally had a positive perception of the KPM program, appreciating students' contributions to education, health, and economic empowerment. However, factors such as ineffective student communication and limited community involvement in planning and implementing programs were identified as areas needing improvement.
