Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition and development of Islamic finance in the practice of cash waqf at Islamic Financial Institutions through BWI by giving rise to Islamic financial innovation, namely CWLS through SWR products. In the report received, SWR001 to SWR004 have been launched, based on data that has been analyzed cash waqf receipts through this program have experienced a significant increase. This research measures the performance of receiving cash waqf practice reports through the BWI LKS. This research is a type of quantitative research using the common size analysis method on SWR001 products against SWR002 and SWR003 against SWR004. The results of this research show that, overall, the practice of cash waqf has experienced an extraordinary increase through the development of Islamic finance, namely Retail Waqf Sukuk (SWR). In the SWR004 product there was a large increase, namely 74.64% with a nominal value of IDR 112,563 billion with a total of 709 waqifs. The latest finding in this research is the discovery of 3 strong pieces of evidence regarding waqifs on the total receipts of cash waqf. This also shows that the greater a person donates the assets he loves, the greater the virtue he will gain. This virtue can make a person more generous and a good person, better than before.

Abstract

Policy specialisation is a concept developed in the application of knowledge and technical skills in a particular field to design and implement effective policies. This research has an urgency on the need to understand and apply the principles of policy specialisation in modern times, as well as to explore the relevance of classical thought in contemporary policy theory. The purpose of the research is to analyse the concept of policy specialisation and map the relevance of these principles with the thoughts of Abil Hasan Al-Mawardi in his book "Ahkam us-Shulthaniyah". This research uses a meta-analysis method with a literature study approach (Library Research) by reviewing various literature including classic works and contemporary research, in data collection is done by synthesising data from various secondary sources, such as books, journal articles, and policy reports, as well as primary data from historical documents. The results showed that 1) indicators of the principles of policy specialisation including technical expertise, specific issues, and division of tasks, in line with Abil Hasan Al-Mawardi's thoughts in "Ahkam us-Shulthaniyah" are still in line with many of the principles covered in the concept of Policy Specialisation. Al-Mawardi strongly emphasises the technical expertise of stakeholders in state administration, both a clear division of roles in government and consistency in the application of laws and policies; 2) Meta-analysis of Al-Mawardi's thought shows that although his work was written in the 11th century many of the principles of state administration put forward in the book "Ahkam us-Shulthaniyah" can be applied in contemporary policy design. Al-Mawardi's contribution provides the foundation (Policy Specialisation) of policy specialisation in public administration, especially in governance that requires high coordination and consistency. This research confirms that the integration between classical theory and modern policy can enrich the understanding and implementation of public policy and provide a solid basis for the development of contemporary policy theory and practice.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan tentang Media Digital untuk promosi sekolah sebagai upaya Peningkatan School Branding. Latar belakang kegiatan ini yaitu: Memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan media digital secara efektif untuk membangun identitas dan branding sekolah. Kesadaran dalam membangun identitas yang kuat dan menciptakan brand masing sangat rendah; 2) Memiliki kendala dalam menciptakan konten secara digital yang relevan dan menarik bagi audiens. Pengabdian ini dilakukan mulai bulan juli sampai dengan desember 2024. Sampel dalam kegiatan ini yaitu kelompok dalam PKG delima yang diikuti oleh 30 peserta dari 18 TK dan PAUD Kecamatan Kuta Blang. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini:1) Survey kondisi di PKG Kecamatan Kuta Blang untuk menganalisis pelatihan yang dibutuhkan; 2) Melakukan Focus Group Discusion di Universitas Malikussaleh dengan mengundang pihak terkait, dan meminta saran-saran pihak terkait untuk perbaikan rencana pengabdian kepada masayarakat yang akan dilakukan; 3) Melakukan pendampingan sebanyak 10 pertemuan terkait pembuatan media promosi digital dengan menggunakan canva pro, dan kindmaster. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Para peserta yang sebelumnya belum memahami materi digital marketing menjadi tertarik untuk belajar materi tersebut; dapat menguasai teknik pengeditan gambar dan video sesuai kebutuhan dan software yang digunakan dan Peserta sudah mampu melakukan editing foto serta memberi layout yang dapat digunakan untuk sarana promosi melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Wilayatul Hisbah is an official institution established by the government in Aceh Province. Its main task is to implement amar ma`ruf nahi mungkar. One of the duties of Wilayatul Hisbah is to supervise the implementation and violation of laws and regulations in the field of Islamic sharia, including in terms of supervising the association of teenagers in Banda Aceh City so as not to fall into things that violate Islamic sharia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Wilayatul Hisbah in the prevention of adolescents against the phenomenon of ikhtilat in the Aceh region, as well as obstacles in the prevention of adolescents against the phenomenon of ikhitlat. In addition, it also evaluates the tasks carried out by Wilayatul Hisbah, namely supervising the implementation and violation of Islamic Sharia, providing guidance and spiritual advocacy for everyone who violates Islamic Sharia legislation based on existing evidence, when carrying out coaching tasks so that implementation is carried out in accordance with existing regulations. The research method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques of participatory observation, interviews (structured), and documentation, while the determination of the research sample is carried out by purposive sampling method. The results showed that Wilayatul Hisbah plays an important role in dealing with the phenomenon of ikhtilath among teenagers. In this case, Wilayatul Hisbah starts the step by giving early warnings to teenagers regarding ikhtilath behavior through a persuasive approach, providing an understanding of the negative impact on morality and social society. Furthermore, Wilayatul Hisbah carries out coaching for teenagers who are involved or at risk of being involved, focusing on religious and social approaches. This coaching aims to deepen teenagers' understanding of Islamic values and strengthen the morality of teenagers in Banda Aceh. It is hoped that this research will directly contribute to sustainable policies related to the Role of Wilayatul Hisbah in Countering Adolescents Against the Phenomenon of Ikhtilath in the Islamic Region of Aceh in Banda Aceh City

Abstract

Nurturing is the manner in which guardians teach youngsters, in particular as a type of parental obligation to their kids, as well as a cycle to work on kids' improvement regarding social, physical and profound. Besides, nurturing is a way for guardians to manage physical, social, instructive plans, as well as how to discuss well with kids. The motivation behind this review was to break down the nurturing style of jail staff towards encouraged kids in Class II LPKA Banda Aceh as per the appropriate Islamic regulation. The strategy utilized is a spellbinding subjective methodology. The aftereffects of the review show that jail staff at LPKA assume a significant part in the training system with the obligation of overseeing, security and wellbeing of the helped kids to improve and foster the perspectives and information on the helped youngsters so they are more engaged and deliberate to become somebody who is better and more valuable further down the road mingle. Keywords : Correctional Officer; Child Behavior; Islamic Sharia

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee job satisfaction at the North Aceh Health Office. This research adopts a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. The study sample comprises 61 employees from the institution. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing using SPSS version 29. The findings reveal that organizational culture exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on job satisfaction, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.363 and a t-value of 3.954, which exceeds the critical value of 1.671, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Furthermore, career development also demonstrates a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.335 and a t-value of 3.041, both exceeding the required thresholds, with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Performance is something expected by an institution. Measurable performance-based work is part of Human Resource Management. Employee performance is influenced by several factors. This study examines aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline. The study was conducted on 43 employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The research method used was an associative approach with a quantitative approach, and the problems were analyzed using path analysis. The results obtained were: (1) Work discipline is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and work motivation, by 36.51% and 46.12%, respectively. (2) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation contribute significantly to improving employee work discipline by 77.2%. (3) The implications for performance are 31.75% for leadership and 45.91% for work motivation. (4) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation increase employee performance by 75.6%.

Abstract

In the digital era, Civic Education must evolve to address students’ online behaviors, responsibilities, and participation as digital citizens. However, many high school educators in Indonesia lack the guidance, confidence, and institutional support to meaningfully integrate digital citizenship into their teaching. This study aims to explore the challenges and needs experienced by Civic Education teachers and experts, and to develop a practical school-based framework for implementing digital citizenship in senior high schools in Banda Aceh. Employing a qualitative research design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven Civic Education teachers and three national education experts. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns across participant narratives. The findings reveal major challenges, including uncertainty in curriculum integration, low teacher digital literacy, and limited stakeholder collaboration. Teachers expressed a need for structured training, contextualized teaching templates, and stronger institutional support. Based on these insights, the study proposes a three-phase implementation framework: (1) planning and stakeholder engagement, (2) curriculum-based integration using active learning, and (3) continuous evaluation and reflection. The study concludes that successful integration of digital citizenship requires systemic collaboration, professional development, and adaptive policy reforms. These findings contribute theoretically by advancing context-sensitive models of digital civic education grounded in empirical teacher perspectives, and practically by offering an actionable framework to guide schools, policymakers, and curriculum developers in fostering responsible and participatory digital citizens within the Indonesian education system.

Abstract

Pola asuh otoritatif ditandai dengan kepedulian dan penghargaan yang tinggi terhadap kebebasan anak, pola asuh ini bergantung pada pemberian bimbingan dan pemahaman orang tua dengan anak. Di sisi lain, pola otoritatif melibatkan upaya pemberian hak dan kewajiban yang setara pada anak dengan tujuan menciptakan struktur pengasuhan yang saling melengkapi. Pemberian dukungan kepada anak dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dan pelatihan disiplin anak menjadi mandiri dan bertanggung jawab, serta mampu mengendalikan emosi dan tindakannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memfasilitasi sosialisasi yang bermanfaat bagi petugas LPKA yang berperan sebagai orang tua asuh. KPM dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan program sosialisasi dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah: (1) Pelaksana kegiatan memberikan materi sosialisasi tentang pengasuhan anak yang dilakukan serta dinilai layak untuk direkomendasikan kepada LPKA. (2) LPKA Klas II Banda Aceh memberikan support terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan Tim PKM sebagai bagian dari pengembangan pembinaan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Pemasaran berbasis digital (digital marketing) terhadap pemanfaatan hasil olahan etnobotani  jenis tumbuhan rimpang sebagai obat berkhasiat dari alam memberikan manfaat dalam konservasi tumbuhan di lingkungan sekitar masyarakat Gampong Meunasah Papeun Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Keigatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam memanfaatkan jenis tumbuhan rimpang yang berpotensi dapat menjadi obat berkhasiat bagi masyarakat serta dapat dipasarkan ke masyarakat luas sebagai upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat kelompok PKK selain itu, dapat masyarakat dapat memasarkan produk melalui media sosial misalnya facebook, Instagram, tiktok, youtube dan media sosial lain sebagainya. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan pada permasalahan masyarakat di lapangan yaitu kurangnya kemampuan masyarakat dalam melakukan pemasaran produk, serta masih kurangnya pemahaman dalam menggunakan handphone (gadget). Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu: pengabdian dilakukan dengan bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat kelompok PKK gampong meunasah papeun, Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di gampong meunasah papeun terdiri dari ketua dan anggota bertindak sebagai instruktur dan fasilitator dalam memberikan instruksi pada pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan ragam kegiatan diantaranya: melakukan pelatihan branding produk yang dapat menarik minat beli hasil olahan tumbuhan rimpang, melaksanakan pelatihan pemasaran online serta melakukan program pendampingan dalam pembuatan akun media sosial. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam hal pengemasan produk olahan etnobotani tumbuhan rimpang yang lebih baik dan menarik bagi konsumen, masyarakat memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menggunakan gadget untuk kegiatan produk secara pemasaran online, serta adanya dorongan bagi masyarakat kelompok PKK untuk mengatur usaha dari hasil olahan etnobotani tumbuhan rimpang sebagai obat yang berkhasiat.
