Abstract

Switching to environmentally friendly products can help minimize adverse environmental impacts and provide health benefits. Consumers buy organic food because they consider it safer than conventional food. This research aims to explore the influence of Attitudes Towards Green Products, Social Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control on Intentions to Purchase Green Food Products. The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) provides a theoretical framework for predicting and understanding consumer behavior, accounting for three factors—attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control—and integrating them into a conceptual model. This theory implies that consumer behavior is a clear expression of their intentions.cQuantitative research methods were used to collect data from a representative sample of the population of Semarang. The sample for this research consists of consumers who use environmentally friendly food products in Semarang and were selected through screening questions. A total of 125 respondents participated in this research. The data obtained will be tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results are expected to provide insight into the importance of Attitudes Towards Green Products and Perceived Behavioral Control in forming beliefs and intentions to buy environmentally friendly food products, while social norms cannot influence a person's intention to buy environmentally friendly food products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer interactivity on influencer trust through emotional attachment. In the current era, consumers increasingly seek credible sources of information, particularly through social media, where influencers play a crucial role in shaping consumer trust. However, limited research has focused on the role of social media interactions in fostering consumer trust toward influencers. This research employs a quantitative, causal approach to examine the relationships among the variables. Using purposive sampling with specific criteria, a total of 133 respondents participated in this study. The results indicate that influencer interactivity has a direct impact on both emotional attachment and influencer trust. The findings further demonstrate that emotional attachment partially mediates the effect of influencer interactivity on influencer trust. These results suggest that emotional attachment emerges as a mechanism influenced by influencer interactivity. Consumers are more likely to trust the information provided by influencers once emotional attachment is established. The study's implications highlight that enhancing influencer interactivity can foster consumer trust, as interaction encourages consumers to develop trust.

Abstract

Brand loyalty is crucial in the highly competitive smartphone market, where consumer preferences rapidly evolve. There are still not many studies that link brand loyalty to consumer risk aversion, so further research is needed. This study aims to examine the effect of risk aversion and customer attitudes on brand loyalty, with brand trust as a mediating factor, among Samsung smartphone users in Semarang, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting survey data from 217 respondents using purposive sampling. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using SmartPLS 4.1. The results of the study show that risk aversion, customer attitude, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. In addition, risk aversion and customer attitude have been proven to have an effect on brand loyalty through brand trust. These findings underscore the critical role of brand trust in fostering loyalty. Smartphone companies should prioritize trust-building strategies, such as consistent quality, reliable after-sales service, and interactive social media engagement, to enhance consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Community service aims to provide assistance to doctoral students through research article writing seminars. The purpose of this service is to enhance the understanding and skills of doctoral students in writing high-quality research articles that meet academic standards. The methods employed in this service include organizing seminars on research article writing, in which doctoral students participate. The seminars cover various important aspects of research article writing, such as article structure, introduction writing, theoretical frameworks, research methodologies, data analysis, and conclusions. Additionally, evaluation criteria and practical tips for producing quality articles are also discussed. The results of this community service indicate that the research article writing seminars offer significant benefits to doctoral students. Participants enhance their understanding of the essential components of research article writing and have the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas with fellow doctoral students and experienced speakers

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembudidaya ikan lele di Desa Ngapus, Kabupaten Blora, melalui pelatihan keragaman produk olahan. Strategi ini dipilih sebagai respons terhadap fluktuasi harga lele segar dan rendahnya nilai tambah yang diperoleh pembudidaya. Pelatihan difokuskan pada pembuatan berbagai produk olahan seperti bakso lele, siomay lele, dan frozen lele, serta dilengkapi dengan materi sanitasi pangan, pengemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama Maret hingga Mei 2025 dengan peserta sebanyak 25 pembudidaya yang berasal dari Desa Ngapus, Kabupaten Blora. Pelatihan disusun berdasarkan prinsip manajemen, meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, pemahaman kewirausahaan, serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi peserta dan keluarganya. Selain itu, pelatihan turut memperkuat kelembagaan kelompok dan membuka peluang pemasaran yang lebih luas melalui platform digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk lokal dan memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor perikanan desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived security dan perceived ease of use terhadap continuance usage e-wallet melalui trust. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh ketatnya persaingan yang semakin antara e-wallet dan layanan mobile banking, serta masih terbatasnya pemahaman mengenai beberapa faktor yang mendorong pemanfaatan ulang e-wallet. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel serta jenis penelitian kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 184 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif e-wallet. Analisis data mempergunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance usage baik secara langsung maupun tidak melalui trust. Sementara itu, perceived security hanya berpengaruh langsung terhadap continuance usage, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap trust. Temuan riset ini mempunyai implikasi bahwa kemudahan penggunaan tidak hanya meningkatkan penggunaan ulang, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan terhadap e-wallet. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan perceived security tidak membentuk trust, sehingga mengindikasikan perilaku penggunaan e-wallet hanya dipergunakan pada transaksi dengan jumlah nilai yang terbatas. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa penyedia layanan e-wallet disarankan untuk mengutamakan pada penyederhanaan fitur dan peningkatan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and technology support on student satisfaction through student perceived value. Research in Indonesia has yet to extensively investigate service quality in the education sector using the Higher Education Service Quality (HESQUAL) framework, which provides a more accurate measurement for higher education settings. Previous studies have often utilized SERVQUAL indicators, which are not fully suitable for evaluating quality in the context of higher education institutions (HEIs). Moreover, the role of technology support in shaping student perceived value within HEIs has not been thoroughly explored in prior research. A quantitative approach was adopted in this study, employing a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample consisted of 246 postgraduate students from a public university in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that service quality, as measured by HESQUAL, has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction, but does not significantly influence student perceived value. In contrast, technology support has a positive and significant impact on both student perceived value and student satisfaction. These results highlight the critical role of service quality in enhancing student satisfaction within HEIs. The novelty of this study lies in its application of the HESQUAL framework as a context-specific instrument for measuring service quality in higher education, thereby addressing a methodological gap in Indonesian educational research where this approach has been scarcely utilized.

Abstract

Abstrak Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mempunyai peluang dan tantangan dalam pembelajaran di SMK dengan mengutamakan kebutuhan peserta didik salah satunya melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Capaian pembelajaran fase F menuntut siswa memiliki kompetensi dalam pengelolaan arsip digital. Namun, kenyataannya, kompetensi digital lulusan SMK masih rendah. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) SMK se-Jawa Tengah adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran arsip berbasis digital dan arsip berdiferensiasi. Guru masih belum optimal dalam serta merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama. Tahap pertama adalah tahap persiapan, yang meliputi penyusunan materi, penyiapan sarana dan prasarana, serta pemilihan peserta pelatihan, yaitu sebanyak 42 guru MPLB dari SMK di berbagai wilayah Jawa Tengah. Tahap kedua adalah pelaksanaan, yang dilakukan dalam dua bagian yaitu pemberian materi dan praktik pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis MS Access. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan lanjutan terkait implementasi media dan pembelajaran arsip berdiferensiasi. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi, yang mencakup penilaian terhadap kemampuan peserta dalam membuat media, kualitas media yang dihasilkan, keaktifan peserta selama pelatihan, serta tingkat kehadiran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru memperoleh peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran arsip berbasis digital yang sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru, sekaligus mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK melalui penggunaan media digital yang inovatif. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru; media pembelajaran; arsip; multi sistem;pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Abstract The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum presents both opportunities and challenges in vocational high schools (SMK), emphasizing student needs through differentiated learning approaches. Phase F learning outcomes require students to be competent in digital archive management. However, in reality, the digital competencies of SMK graduates remain low. A major issue faced by Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) teachers across Central Java is the lack of knowledge and skills in developing digital-based and differentiated archive learning media. Teachers have yet to fully implement differentiated learning, from planning to execution and evaluation. This community service activity was carried out in three main stages. The first was the preparation stage, which included material development, logistical arrangements, and the selection of 42 MPLB teachers from various SMKs across Central Java. The second stage was implementation, conducted in two parts, delivery of instructional materials and hands-on practice in creating archive learning media using Microsoft Access. This was followed by mentoring sessions to assist teachers in applying digital media and differentiated learning practices. The final stage was evaluation, which measured participants’ ability to create learning media, the quality of their output, engagement during the sessions, and attendance. The results showed improved teacher understanding and skills in developing digital archive learning media aligned with differentiated learning principles. This initiative significantly contributed to enhancing professional teacher competencies and supported the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in SMKs through the use of innovative digital media Keywords: teacher competence; learning media; archives; multi-system; differentiated learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kalisidi dalam bidang pemasaran digital sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di tingkat desa. Masalah utama yang dihadapi UMKM setempat adalah keterbatasan dalam mengakses teknologi digital, rendahnya literasi digital, serta kurangnya pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran modern. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan bentuk pemaparan materi dan group coaching yang melibatkan 44 pelaku UMKM, dengan fokus pada teknik branding, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta penggunaan aplikasi koperasi digital sebagai platform promosi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital serta mampu menggunakan aplikasi koperasi digital secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini juga menekankan pentingnya aspek peningkatan literasi digital dan penguatan infrastruktur desa untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM melalui pemasaran digital. Pengabdian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi serta kolaborasi antar pelaku UMKM dan mitra eksternal untuk mewujudkan ekosistem ekonomi desa yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: UMKM; pemasaran digital; koperasi digital; SDGs Desa. Abstract This community engagement initiative aims to build the digital marketing capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kalisidi Village as part of broader efforts to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level. Local MSMEs face key challenges, including limited access to digital technologies, low digital literacy, and a lack of familiarity with contemporary marketing strategies. The program was delivered through a combination of instructional sessions and group coaching involving 44 MSME participants, with a focus on branding, effective use of social media, and the adoption of a digital cooperative platform for collective promotion. The results show that participants improved their understanding and skills in digital marketing and demonstrated the ability to use the digital cooperative application independently. The program also emphasizes the importance of enhancing digital literacy and strengthening rural infrastructure to support the long-term sustainability of MSMEs through digital channels. Furthermore, it highlights the critical role of collaboration between MSMEs and external partners in fostering an inclusive and resilient local economic ecosystem. Keywords: MSMEs; digital marketing; digital cooperatives; rural SDGs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of educational quality on student satisfaction through student experience among postgraduate students at public universities. Few studies have focused specifically on the learning experience of postgraduate students, indicating the need for further research in this area. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data were collected through a survey of 213 postgraduate students from public universities selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that educational quality has a significant effect on student experience, and student experience significantly affects student satisfaction. Furthermore, student experience was found to mediate the relationship between educational quality and student satisfaction. This study highlights the importance of student experience for postgraduate students. The implications emphasize the need for higher education institutions to improve the technical aspects of educational quality such as learning resources and facilities as well as technology infrastructure to enhance the learning experience of postgraduate students
