Abstract

Banyaknya sektor di bisnis online, membuat pelaku usaha yang ingin berinvestasi perlu menerka-menerka bisnis-bisnis online apa saja yang popular dan menguntungkan di era pandemi covid 19 saat ini, seperti e-commerce, edutech dan kesehatan. sektor-sektor bisnis startup yang justru karena pandemi ini mengalami kenaikan bisnis yang signifkan dimana platform-platform kesehatan online seperti Halodoc menjadi populer karena membantu publik yang hanya ingin mengkonsultasikan dan diagnosis kesehatan secara online. Bisnis e-commerce juga menjadi kebutuhan utama publik dalam bertransaksi di masa pandemi ini, mengingat masyarakat takut berbelanja secara langsung sehingga untuk pembelian beberapa kebutuhan dilakukan secara online melalui platform-platform e-commerce. Selain platform-platform bisnis e-commerce nasional yang sudah mapan, saat ini juga bermunculan platform-platform e-commerce lokal terutama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kebutuhan pokok. Anak-anak muda di beberapa kota membuat platform-platform e-commerce lokal untuk membantu proses pembelian barang dari konsumen ke pasar. Berikutnya ada bisnis startup collaboration tools seperti aplikasi Zoom dan GotoMeeting yang menjadi populer di era pandemi covid 19. Peluang di sektor ini diambil oleh perusahaan-perusahaan asing mengingat di Indonesia sendiri masih sedikit atau bahkan tidak ada pelaku yang memanfaatkan peluang di bisnis startup collaboration tools. Masyarakat semakin menghindari tempat umum dan toko ritel offline, sehingga penjualan online untuk beberapa sektor meningkat. Dilansir dari neilpatel.com, conversion untuk sektor makanan, kesehatan, dan farmasi meningkat signifikan. Sektor makanan mengalami peningkatan 55%, kesehatan 19%, dan farmasi 11%. Di Amerika Serikat sendiri, penjualan online diprediksi akan mengalami peningkatan hingga 12% dari total spending-nya di tahun 2020. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dibalik bisnis online e-commerce banyak manfaatnya ternyata masih banyak dampak bagi para pembisnis offline lainnya yang tidak menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana bisnisnya.

Abstract

The provision of employee reward for the best performance and achievement of duty is required to do by the organization/institution as the form of recognition and appreciation for the employees and as part of the organizational goal achievement process. This research aimed to develop a decision support system (SPK)) using TOPSIS method with PHP programming language and MySQL database to choose employees receiving rewards in Universitas Serang Raya. The data used derived from 2 groups namely educational employees consisting of lecturers and non-educational ones consisting of official employees. The criteria applied in the educational employees are 10 that are length of employment, dp3 value, percentage value of work attendance, percentage value of the lecturing attendance, value of the lecturer’s functional position, value of research deeds , value of community devotion , value of the questionnaire result by students, value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The criteria applied in the non educational employees are 5 that are length of employment, dp3 value, percentage value of work attendance, value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The result of this research is an information system program as a support decision tool for choosing employees receiving rewards

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, especially computers that have entered various types of fields, one of them is the field of information using E-Learning learning. The internet is a way to get and deliver learning information quickly, wherever and whenever. This can be best utilized in the teaching and learning process using the E-Learning class method for an educational institution to minimize delays in the delivery of information, and as a basis for providing the best service for the quality of learning for students. In order to realize learning achievement, a development must be carried out in the process of learning activities for students to master the teaching materials provided by the teacher in school. In its improvement, it takes the development of learning methods and supporting decision-making in learning outcomes that can develop improvements in catching power, ways of learning, thinking of students, and the catching value of the material they get from the teacher, where this is found in the development of E-Learning class learning models . Students can learn and interact about instructional materials, difficulties that occur in schools using web-site media in pleasant internet access, flexible time, and students have a high appeal for the interest in learning to use E-Learning classes. The method chosen to solve problems with many criteria is SAW Simple Additive Weighting, one method that can be used to solve existing problems. This method is chosen because it can determine the weights for each attribute, followed by an alternative ranking that will be used as a decision making for student learning outcomes using E-learning.

Abstract

The birth of technology which until now is increasingly developing in all fields makes human work easier. Where services in the field of e-commerce and entrepreneurship can get information from a technology. However, there has been no development of a service information system for beginner entrepreneurs in obtaining information about entrepreneurship. So, the purpose of this research is the presence of a Virtual Assistant by building a chatbot to provide information to entrepreneurs through data that is already stored on the website system. In addition, experienced entrepreneurs can share information on the system. This design produces a chatbot prototype using AIML (Artificial Intelligence Markup Language) translated by ALICE (Artificial Linguistic Internet Computer Entity). This AIML function is so that the Chatbot is able to integrate the input results received in the form of text input so as to produce a conversation between the user and the program. The use of chatbots that are equipped with various information in the form of audio makes it easier for users to get information from a database system that is informed to prospective entrepreneurs. The Agile SDLC development method with the Scrum framework in this study helps system planning to run smoothly and is adjusted to the presence of artificial intelligence which makes entrepreneurs meet the information in starting the right business. The end result of this research, the system is able to motivate entrepreneurs, get information from an entrepreneur forum, and other tutorials about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Blockchain is the core technology used to create cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin. As one part of the fourth industrial Revolution since the invention of steam engines, electricity, and information technology, blockchain technology has begun to be applied in areas such as finance, judiciary, and trade. Blockchain technology uses decentralized, distributed and transparency techniques for data security. This research aims to determine the implementation of blockchain technology in the field of education, especially in the Data Security section. The study uses two methods namely the mind mapping method and literature review. The results of this study showed that with the presence of blockchain technology, the data is more secure from attacks from both inside and outside because it passes through two levels of security, namely encryption and decentralized data.

Abstract

 Giving rewards for good performance and achievement of tasks needs to be done as a form of recognition and appreciation by the organization/institution to employees, as well as being part of the process of achieving organizational goals. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System that uses the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity (TOPSIS) method with the PHP programming language to select reward recipients at University. The data used came from 2 groups, namely educational staff (lecturers) and non-educative staff (employees). Determination criteria applied to the educative group are 10 things, namely: tenure, DP3 value, the value on the percentage of work attendance, value on the percentage of teaching attendance, value on lecturer functional position, value on research implementation, the value on implementation of community service, value on the results of the questionnaire by students, the value of employment status, and the value of sanctions. There are 5 determinant criteria used in the non-educative group, namely: tenure, DP3 value, percentage of work attendance, the value of employment status, and value of sanctions. The results of this study are in the form of an information system program as a decision-making tool for the process of selecting reward recipient employees.

Abstract

In quantitative research there is a method called path analysis that examines chronological cause and effect among variables. Since cause and effect play an important role guideline in which the analysis is applied, showing the path analysis components with applied corelation analysis among variables based on their chronological effect would give description how important the path analysis is to be acknowledged by reserachers. It’s objective is to examine direct and indirect effect a set of variables, as the cause variables towards other variables as the effect variables. The purpose this article is to enrich research methods that may be used to analysis the relation patern among the variables. Problem formulation of this article focuses on the question is path analysis effective for educational research and can it answer issues in educational research. Literature reviews and researchs using path analysis reveal that it is very effective and needs to be developed in educational research. ABSTRAKDalam suatu penelitian kuantitatif, suatu metode yang mengkaji urutan sebab akibat antara sejumlah variabel dalam suatu model penelitian disebut metode path analysis(analisis jalur). Dikarenakan pemikiran sebab akibat memainkan peranan atau aturan yang sangat penting di mana path analysistersebut diaplikasikan, maka dengan menampilkan unsur-unsur path analysisdengan menerapkan analisis korelasi di antara sesama variabel berdasarkan urutan pengaruhnya, akan memberikan gambaran betapa pentingnya analisis jalur ini untuk diketahui oleh peneliti. Tujuan analisis jalur adalah menerangkan akibat langsung dan tidak langsung seperangkat variabel, sebagai variabel penyebab, terhadap variabel lainnya yang merupakan variabel akibat. Selain itu tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menambah khasanah modelmodel penelitian yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel. Rumusan masalah dalam tulisan memusatkan perhatian apakah analisis jalur sangat efektif digunakan dalam penelitian pendidikan dan menjawab pertanyaan permasalahan penelitian dengan baik. Hasil penelusuran literatur dan contoh-contoh penelitian yang menggunakan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa analisis jalur sangat efektif dan perlu dikembangkan dalam penelitian pendidikan.

Abstract

Educational measurement, including measurement of learning outcomes include a variety of fields, depending on the object of learning what to measure. Therefore, the problem in this paper are: 1) whether the item response theory or theories of modern tests can cover weaknesses that exist in classical test theory, 2) how the item response theory implementations in addressing issues of national exams so that no advantaged groups and disadvantaged groups as a result of measurement that is not fair? The purpose of writing this article is to explain the implementation of item response theory in a cover up weaknesses in classical test theory and address the issues of national examinations, so that no group is disadvantaged or advantaged as a result of measurement that is not fair. Item response theory is an alternative option that aims to break away from dependence on a given test with a sample of test participants. In this case, although the questions are done by a brilliant student or students who are less intelligent, an indication of the level of difficulty of a problem remains unchanged. There are three assumptions that must be met in item response theory, namely: 1) unidimention; 2) local independence, and 3) invariance. While there are three characteristic points, namely: 1) the item difficulty, 2) the different grains, and 3) the level of true coincidence in point. To measure the ability of the test participants are very diverse in the premises, such as the National Examination, should be used is also an examination or test different levels of difficulty because, to be fair and accurate results. Participants test or exam is working on a test or exam because of different levels of difficulty, it can be compared to his ability, provided the questions in the exam are derived or extracted from a question bank that has been calibrated with the concept of item response theory. ABSTRAKPengukuran pendidikan meliputi pengukuran hasil belajar dari berbagai bidang, tergantung objek hasil belajar apa yang ingin diukur. Oleh karena itu, yang menjadi permasalahan dalam artikel ini: 1) apakah teori responsi butir atau teori tes modern bisa menutupi kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada pada teori tes klasik; 2) bagaimana implementasi teori responsi butir dalam mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan ujian nasional sehingga tidak ada kelompok yang diuntungkan dan kelompok yang dirugikan akibat pengukuran yang tidak adil? Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah menjelaskan implementasi teori responsi butir dalam menutupi kelemahan yang ada pada teori tes klasik dan mengatasi permasalahan ujian nasional, sehingga tidak ada kelompok yang dirugikan maupun diuntungkan akibat pengukuran yang tidak adil. Teori responsi butir merupakan alternatif pilihan yang bertujuan melepaskan diri dari ketergantungan tes yang diberikan dengan sampel peserta tes. Dalam hal ini walaupun soal-soal tersebut dikerjakan oleh siswa yang pandai atau siswa yang kurang pandai, indikasi tingkat kesukaran suatu soal tetap tidak berubah. Ada tiga asumsi yang harus dipenuhi dalam teori response butir, yaitu: 1) unidimensi; 2) independensi lokal; dan 3) invariansi sedangkan karakteristik butir ada tiga, yaitu: 1) taraf sukar butir; 2) daya beda butir; dan 3) tingkat kebetulan betul pada butir. Untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta tes yang sangat beragam di Indonesia, seperti Ujian Nasional, seharusnya digunakan juga ujian atau tes yang berbeda tingkat kesukaran soalnya, supaya adil dan juga akurat hasilnya. Peserta tes atau ujian yang mengerjakan tes atau ujian yang berbeda tingkat kesukaran soalnya, tetap bisa dibandingkan kemampuannya, asalkan soal-soal dalam ujian tersebut berasal atau diambil dari bank soal yang sudah dikalibrasi dengan konsep item response theory.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is intended to explain the various methods of detecting the existence of Differential Item Function (DIF) in items of national exam with classical test theory. While the specific purpose of writing the article is intended to explain: 1) the various methods that can be used to detect the presence of DIF in items of national exam based on classical test theory, and 2) the advantages and disadvantages of each method used and find out which method is most sensitive in detecting the presence of DIF items the national exam. Problems of this study are: 1) what methods can be used to detect the presence of DIF in items based on the national exam classical test theory? 2) which method is most sensitive in detecting the presence of DIF in items such national exam based on classical test theory. The methodology used is to review literature from books, journals and study the results of research that has been done. There are many ways to detect item bias and bias test the scores achieved by the theory of classical scores, namely: single group validity, differential validity, itemdiscrimination procedure, the delta plot method, methods of standardization, Scheuneman chi-squaredapproach, Camilli chi-square approach, Mantel-Haenszel method, a standard procedure which has been developed by Dorans and Kulick, and item bias estimation method with Confirmatory factor Analysis.ABSTRAK Tujuan umum kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan berbagai metode pendeteksian keberadaan Differential Item Function (DIF) pada butir-butir soal ujian nasional dengan teori tes klasik. Tujuan khusus penulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan: 1) berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan DIF pada butir soal ujian nasional berdasarkan teori tes klasik (classical test theory); dan 2) kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode yang digunakan dan mengetahui metode mana yang paling sensitif dalam mendeteksi keberadaan DIF butir soal ujian nasional. Permasalahan kajian ini adalah: 1) metode apa saja yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan DIF pada butir soal ujian nasional berdasarkan teori tes klasik?; 2) metode mana yang paling sensitif dalam mendeteksi keberadaan DIF pada butir soal ujian nasional tersebut berdasarkan teori tes klasik. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah melakukan kajian pustaka dari buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal dan telaah hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Ada banyak cara untuk mendeteksi butir bias dan uji tesbias pada skor yang dicapai melalui teori skor klasik, yaitu: korelasi kelompok tunggal, korelasi diferensial, prosedur diskriminasi butir, metode plot delta, metode Standarisasi, metode Chi-square Scheuneman, metode Chi-square Camilli, metode Mantel-Haenszel, prosedur standar yang telah dikembangkan oleh Dorans dan Kulick, dan metode estimasi bias butir dengan Analisis Faktor Konfirmatori.

Abstract

Inovasi kontrak cerdas mungkin merupakan inovasi yang tidak terpakai yang terhubung dalam pertukaran online. Inovasi ini memiliki kemungkinan kesalahan dan tindakannya yang menyebabkan ketidakberuntungan bagi pembeli. Pemikiran ini diarahkan untuk melihat kepastian hukum bagi klien yang paham kontrak di bursa e-commerce di Indonesia. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi yuridis normatif. Cyberpreneurship merupakan langkah atau metode penggunaan teknologi online untuk mempromosikan suatu produk atau jasa. Usaha dan bisnis yang dipasarkan dalam hal ini menggunakan brosur elektronik yang dikenal dengan homepage di internet. Cyberpreneurship merupakan mentalitas wirausaha yang memanfaatkan media internet, dan dapat dijadikan sebagai nasehat bagaimana menemukan prospek bisnis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet. SEM adalah jenis analisis multivariat yang meneliti hubungan antara variabel rumit. Metode ini umumnya digunakan dalam penelitian dengan jumlah variabel yang banyak.
