Abstract

The aim of this research is 1) to find out how high the job satisfaction of tutors is in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 63 PKBM tutors in Pekanbaru City aged 25-45. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling is a method of drawing from a population or universe in a certain way so that each member of the population or universe has the same opportunity to be selected or taken, using the Slovin formula, the sample is 54 tutors aged 25-45 years. Data collection method in research This is in the form of a questionnaire. The research instrument goes through several stages, namely: 1) reviewing all theories related to the variables to be studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) compiling a grid, 4) compiling statement items and establishing a measurement scale, 5) trialling the instrument , 6) analysis of question items by testing the validity and reliability of each statement item. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. With a total research sample of 54 people, the trial was carried out at PKBM Pekanbaru City with 30 tutors aged 25-45 years. The money was used as a trial sample, validity test with a value of rtable = 0.361 obtained from 30 tutors aged 25-45 years. Based on descriptive analysis, the mean value of job satisfaction was obtained based on each indicator it is at a mean value of 3.78 which is is at a high level. The highest indicator is colleagues with The mean value of 3.91 is in the high interpretation, then namely Bosses/Leaders with a mean value of 3.78 are in the high interpretation, wage/salary indicator with a mean value of 3.72 and indicators that have The lowest mean value is promotion with a mean value of 3.70 in the interpretation tall. The conclusion of this research explains that based on indicator, then the job satisfaction of PKBM tutors in Pekanbaru City gets a score The mean is 3.78 in the high interpretation, meaning job satisfaction for PKBM tutors in the city Pekanbaru is already relatively high.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a product for the development of learning media for the introduction of traditional Riau food in Class IV Elementary School, which carried out feasibility and practicality tests on the media. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (RD) development method with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model development stage consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages. The media developed by researchers has been validated by 2 experts, consisting of a media expert and a material expert. Then, to test the practicality of the media, it can be seen from the response questionnaire from students and class teachers which was carried out in large group trials. The data collection techniques used by researchers consist of interviews, observations and questionnaires. Based on the results of media validation, the percentage obtained was 81.82% in the very suitable category for media expert validation, and 98.44% in the very suitable category for material validation. Then a small group trial was carried out reaching a percentage of 88.75% in the very practical category and a large group trial reached a percentage of 91.98% in the very practical category. Meanwhile, the percentage of teacher responses reached 93.75% in the very practical category.

Abstract

Community service in Desa Maredan Barat, Tualang District, Siak Regency, aims to improve access to information and the quality of education with two main activities: digitizing village libraries and compiling village monographs. The existing village libraries will be updated with a digital library system to make it easier for the community, especially students, to access educational materials online. In addition, village monographs are compiled to comprehensively describe the village's social, economic, and academic potential. This program is implemented through the stages of identifying needs, developing training materials, implementing training, and monitoring and evaluation. The main targets are village officials and library managers. It is hoped that with the digitization of libraries and village monographs, village education and resources management can be more effective and provide an accurate basis for village development planning. Thus, Maredan Barat Village is expected to become a fostered village of FKIP Universitas Riau, which is developing in education and village resource management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas V SDN 17 Pekanbaru yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran (KKTP). Hal ini terjadi mungkin saja karena metode pembelajaran sering kali dilakukan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, sehingga siswa menjadi pasif dan kurang terlibat dalam proses belajar. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kolaboratif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk pembelajaran PPKn pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesiaku untuk kelas V adalah model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning type Group Investigation (GI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 17 Pekanbaru, dengan sampel kelas VA berjumlah 28 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pra-eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes berbentuk soal pilihan ganda. Hasil Peneltian ini dilihat dari hasil belajar dengan rata-rata pretest 57,86 dan rata-rata posttest 84,79 yang menunjukkan hasil belajar setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran cooperative learning type group investigation mengalami peningkatan. Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran group investigation, berdasarkan uji t (Paired Samples Test) bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan sig (2-tailed) <0,001 yang mana kecil dari 0,05 dengan uji N-Gain skor 0,6397 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan N-Gain persen 63,97% yang termasuk kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

The use of learning media in the teaching and learning process is important to increase the effectiveness and involvement of students in understanding the material. One of the learning media that can be used in learning Civics in grade V is the learning media of Indonesian diversity snakes and ladders (utagasia). This research aims to develop a valid and practical learning media of Indonesian diversity snakes and ladders (utagasia) in elementary schools. This media was developed using the R&D research method with the 4D model. Research data were collected by means of observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Product validation was carried out by two experts, namely media experts and material experts with an overall average score of 88.01% with a very valid category. The results of product trials conducted on 16 students obtained an overall average score of 90.43% with a very practical category and a teacher response of 95% with a very practical category. Based on the results of validation and trials, it can be concluded that the learning media of Indonesian diversity snakes and ladders (utagasia) is suitable for use in learning.
