Abstract

The Balinese, wherever they live either individually or in groups, will always carry out their lives as in the ancestral area of ​​Bali Island. Implementation of the livelihood arrangements that have been regulated and inherited by Balinese ethnic ancestors apply to both men and women. Of course this adds a role for Balinese women, especially to those who work. Balinese ethnic women who work are faced with fulfillment of obligations in various roles. This condition if it can not be aligned, can lead to conflict Conflict that arise can be a work-family conflict that can impact on job satisfaction and life satisfaction.     This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict of family work on job satisfaction of ethnic Balinese women who work and analyze the influence of conflict of family work to life satisfaction of Balinese ethnic women who work .. The paradigm used in this research is a positivist paradigm with quantitative method as the right design for achieve research objectives. Through this approach the researcher distributed a structured questionnaire aimed at obtaining data to be analyzed. to 149 Balinese women respondents in Mataram working, All data were analyzed using Partial Least Squre (PLS). The result of the research shows that the conflict of family work negatively and significantly influence the work satisfaction of the working ethnic Balinese women and the conflict of family work have a negative and significant effect to the satisfaction of life of Balinese ethnic women who work.

Abstract

The growing potential of large Moslem tourists has not been fully worked out by Indonesian tourism actors. This opportunity has been anticipated by several neighboring countries by developing seriously halal tourism. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop halal tourism destination in addition to existing public tourism destinations to attract tourists and foreign tourists. The potential of foreign tourists who have not been optimized is a homework that needs to be solved together by tourism stakeholders. This research is intended to examine the structural relationship between the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourist destination, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The study was conducted in Lombok Island which has been awarded as a halal tourism destination in 2015. Data collection was done through the spreading of questionnaires to 150 tourists who visited the island of Lombok during the period of research conducted. The research findings show the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourism destination affecting the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists who visit it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention, analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction on work stress, and analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention on contracted health workers in the Mataram City Regional General Hospital. Population of this study is all health workers with contract employment status on duty at the Mataram City General Hospital, amounting to 492 people with a total sample of 216 health workers determined based on the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5%. Collecting data in this study using survey research methods, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Sampling techniques using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS software. The results showed that workload and work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention, workload had a significant positive effect on job stress, while job satisfaction had a significant negative effect on turnover intention and work stress. Hospital management is expected to pay attention to facilities and infrastructure in supporting work as well as guaranteeing safety and comfort in work so that health workers do not feel their workload is high and can reduce the level of turnover intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine factors that can influence performance. This research aims to empirically test happiness at work on performance through job satisfaction. This research uses primary and secondary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents, who are BPS employees of NTB Province. The population in this study were all employees at BPS NTB Province. This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 47 employees which was determined based on saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on performance, happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect between happiness at work and performance.
