Abstract

The service-dominant logic paradigm underscores the significance of consumer participation in co-creating value. Co-creation serves as a source of competitive advantage for companies, even those oriented towards public services. This study aims to analyze the factors motivating public transportation users to engage in co-creation behavior, intending to foster the development of their citizenship behavior for the benefit of other stakeholders. To address the research questions, an electronic survey was conducted among MRT Jakarta users, employing purposive sampling techniques and successfully gathering 201 valid samples. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to test the relationships between variables in the study. The findings indicate that co-creation behavior is influenced by users’ identification with MRT Jakarta brand and their positive attitude. Subsequently, this co-creation behavior motivates users to engage in consumer citizenship behavior, representing going the extra mile. This study encourages service providers to establish more open communication channels between service providers and passengers, including empowering passengers to provide input, suggestions, or even participate in service development programs.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the retail sector has led to the emergence of various online shopping applications that facilitate consumer transactions. However, the successful adoption of these applications is highly influenced by user perceptions. This study aims to analyze the impact of effort expectancy, perceived usefulness, and digital literacy on the intention to use retail shopping applications. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 200 respondents who are users of shopping applications in urban areas. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly affect the intention to use. Effort expectancy has a positive effect, meaning that the easier the application is to use, the higher the user's intention to use it. Perceived usefulness also shows a strong impact, indicating that perceptions of the application's benefits play a crucial role in shaping the intention to use. Additionally, digital literacy proves to be an important supporting factor that enables users to understand and maximize the application's features optimally. This study provides contributions to application developers and retail industry players in formulating digital marketing strategies and enhancing user experience.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop hypotheses regarding factors that influence employee turnover, with a particular focus on the land transportation sector in Indonesia. The land transportation industry is characterized by high employee mobility and operational demands, making turnover a critical issue that directly affects service quality, safety, and organizational sustainability. Understanding the underlying factors is therefore essential for designing effective human resource policies and reducing workforce instability. Methodology: This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review. Descriptive qualitative studies aim to systematically synthesize and interpret findings from previous research without relying on statistical data analysis (Creswell & Poth, 2018). Comparative analysis was used to identify patterns and relationships across multiple studies. The data were collected from academic sources such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Q2–Q4 Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta 2–5 Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Copernicus, and digital reference books. Results: The review identifies ten key findings: work engagement, remuneration, and leadership directly affect both career path and turnover; career path itself strongly influences turnover; and work engagement and remuneration indirectly affect turnover through career path. Conclusions: Employee turnover depends on engagement, leadership, and career opportunities; strengthening these reduces turnover and enhances workforce stability in transportation. Limitations: Future research should include transportation data to strengthen findings. Contribution: This study enhances understanding of employee turnover by examining work engagement, remuneration, leadership, and career path.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the logistics sector, particularly in last-mile delivery services, plays a strategic role in improving efficiency, transparency, and consumer trust. In Indonesia, increasing awareness of halal products underscores the importance of halal traceability systems to ensure product compliance from upstream to end consumers. However, small and medium-sized last-mile delivery companies still face limited understanding, digital readiness, and implementation of technology-based halal traceability. This community service program aims to enhance halal literacy and digital capacity of partner companies affiliated with the Indonesian Halal Logistics Association (AHLI) through socialisation and assisted application of halal traceability principles. The program consisted of preparation, interactive training, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The materials covered halal traceability principles, the SIHALAL system, segregation of halal and non-halal products, and the development of SOPs in accordance with current PPH and SJPH regulations. The program is expected to support the implementation of digitally enabled halal logistics, strengthen Muslim consumer trust, and promote a sustainable and inclusive halal supply chain aligned with the Indonesian Sharia Economy

Abstract

This study aims to identify the key factors that influence consumers' intention to adopt parcel locker services in last-mile delivery, using Service-Dominant Logic to explain how value is created between consumers and service providers. The research was conducted in Jakarta using a quantitative approach. Data were collected from 412 e-commerce users through a structured survey using stratified random sampling across five administrative cities. The Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with appropriate statistical software. The study concludes that consumer adoption of parcel lockers depends more on collaborative experiences and personalized interactions than on environmental concerns. Value Co-Creation plays a central role as the main pathway driving adoption.

Abstract

Abstract : Although socialization of the risk of hazardous materials has been carried out in every area and mode of transportation that stores and transports these goods, both on signs and labels, it is still found that many people need to be more familiar with the potential dangers. Initial understanding of Hazardous Materials Identification was provided to students of Darul Ma'arif Logistic Vocational High School (SMK) located in North Jakarta as a Community Service (PKM) activity. This was done due to the lack of knowledge about the potential dangers of hazardous materials. Therefore to transform knowledge, the socialization method was carried out face-to-face. The aim of this PKM is to improve the knowledge and skills of SMK students in handling hazardous materials safely. The results of the pretest and posttest showed an increase in the final understanding of the participants by 17 points from 40 participants, with a high category of 0.718 in N Gain, and this socialization was declared quite effective with a Gain % of 71.8%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to changes in people’s lives, including the increased use of telemedicine services. Extending the UTAUT framework, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence behavioral intentions towards the adoption of telemedicine platforms and investigate the role of e-trust in promoting the use of telemedicine. A non-probability sampling approach was used to select a research sample of 204 respondents. The SEM-PLS model was used in this quantitative research. The population of this study is Halodoc users. The study found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and e-trust all had significant, direct, and positive effects on respondents’ intentions to use telemedicine. The findings also revealed that social influence influences e-trust in online healthcare systems. No significant relationship between social influence and behavioral intention was found. The present study suggests a positive attitude toward technology can increase user intention in healthcare systems.
