Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze and prove: (1) the influence of product quality on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop (2) the effect of prices on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop (3) the influence of services on the brand switchingAxioo brand laptop. This type of research is causative research. Methodology -The population in this study were students from Universitas Negeri Padang who used Axioo brand laptops. The total sample of this study was 97 people who were taken using a purposive sampling method because the unknown population used a questionnaire. Finding - The results of this study indicate that (1) Product quality has a negative and significant effect on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on Axioo Brand Switching laptops (3) Service Quality has a negative and not significant effect on the Switching Brand laptop brand.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, Brand Switching

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising and perceived security toward intention to se e-payment system with attitude as intervening variable on societies in Padang City.The sample in this research is 120 respondents who already work andlives in padang and the age between 18 until 50u years old. The sampling technique use was purposive sampling.This research was analyzed with path analysis using SPSS program version 17 . The result of this research are: (1) Advertisingand Perceived security has positive influence and significant effect toward Attitude to use e-payment system on societies in Padang city. (2) Advertising and Perceived security has not Positve and significant effect toward intention to use E-payment system on Socities in Padang city.(3) Attitude has positive and significant affect toward intention to use e-payment system on societies in Padang city. Keywords: e-payment system, advertising, perceived security, attitude, intention to use

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze (1) the influence of Design Layout on Emotional Consumer (2) Influence atmosphere of Online Store on emotional Consumer. The population in this research is the students of Padang State University. The samples were selected using Non Probability Purposive Sampling where the total of the samples are 100 employees. The data were collected by using a survey with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research show (1) Design Layout has a negative and significant relationship on Emotional Consumer (2) Atmosphere of Online Store has a positive and significant relationship on Emotional Consumer. Keywords: Design Layout , Atmosphere of Online Store, Emotional Consument.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Effect of customer satisfaction on customer trust ofsimpati card users at Padang State University students, (2) Effect of switching barriers oncustomer trust of simpati card users at Padang State University students, and (3) Effect ofcustomer trust on customer retention of simpati card users at Padang State University students.A type of the research is causative. The study population was all students at Padang StateUniversity. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Total sample size of 100people. The data used are primary and secondary obtained by distributing questionnaires toselected students. The analytical methode used is descriptive and inductive through path analysis.The result showed that: (1) Customer satisfaction significant impact on customer trust of simpaticard users at Padang State University students, (2) Switching Barriers significant impact oncustomer trust of simpati card users at Padang State University students, (3) Customer trustsignificant impact on customer retention of simpati card users at Padang State University student,(4) Customer Satisfaction significant impact on customer retention of simpati card users atPadang State University student, and (5) Switching Barriers significant impact on customerretention of simpati card users at Padang State University student.Keywords: Customer Retention, Customer Satisfaction, Switching Barriers, and Customer Trust

Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this study are to analyze: (1) The effect of Service quality on Customer Satisfaction in customer Samsung, (2) The effect of Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction in customer Samsung, (3) The effect of Service quality on Repurchase Intention in customer Samsung, (4) The effect of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention in customer Samsung, (5) The effect of Customer satisfaction on Repurchase intention in customer Samsung, (6) The effect of Service quality on Brand trust in customer Samsung. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the college student of Padang who have use Samsung smartphone. The sample used was 100 respondent using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed offline and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.2.7 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (2) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (4) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (6) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand trust. Conclusion this analysis higlights of this study there is the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, there is the effect of brand trust on customer satisfaction, there is the effect of service quality on repurchase intention, there is the effect of brand trust on repurchase intention, there is the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, there is the effect of service quality on brand trust. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the attractiveness of advertising, prices, and electronic word of mouth on the interest of users of Grab online transportation services in the city of Padang. The type of research used in this study is descriptive causative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang City who have seen Grab advertisements and know information about Grab, but never used Grab's online transportation services in Padang City. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires, and sources of literature. Descriptive analysis tool using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable attractiveness of advertising and electronic word of mouth has a significant and positive effect on user interest, while the price variable does not significantly and positively affect the interest of Grab online transportation service users in Padang City.  Keywords: User Interests/Consumer Buying Interests, Advertising Attractiveness, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth
