Abstract

Pasar merupakan suatu tempat pertemuan antara penjual dengan pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak terhadap menurunnya transaksi penjualan dan omzet penjualan mencapai 30%. Tujuan utama pemberdayaan Pasar Bebandem adalah untuk menghindari mayarakat terpapar covid 19 pada saat melakukan transaksi, meningkatkan kunjungan dan transaksi serta meningkatkan omzet penjualan pedagang di pasar Bebandem. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan, pembuatan sekat plastik dan rekaman protokol kesehatan yang diperdengarkan dengan speaker setiap pukul 07.00 dan 10.00. Pembuatan sekat plastik dan rekaman suara untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dapat memberikan rasa nyaman, penerapan protokol kesehatan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, tidak ada baik pembeli dan pedagang terpapar covid 19, serta dapat meningkatkan pengunjung dan omzet penjulan mencapai 15 %

Abstract

This study intends to examine the relationship between workplace conflict, stress, and employee performance. The Slovin technique was employed to determine the sample size for this study, and a margin of error of 10% was used, resulting in the usage of 60 individuals as the research sample. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used, and the SPSS program is used. According to the study's findings, employee performance is impacted by work conflict, stress, and job satisfaction all at once. Work conflict, stress, and job satisfaction are all shown to have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

In general, South Kuta District has agricultural land that is quite extensive and has the potential to be utilized as business development, in the field of dry land agriculture and processed agricultural products. One of the agricultural products in Kutuh Village is Bligo fruit. Bligo fruit is a vine that is grown because the fruit is edible and is considered a vegetable. Bligo fruit or often referred to as kundur fruit (Benincasa hispida Thunb Cogn) this fruit is often consumed by people in Kutuh Village processed as vegetables for their own consumption, this fruit is widely available in Kutuh Village. Therefore, this service activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in processing bligo fruit-based products. As well as to initiate and motivate the emergence of business ideas based on processed bligo fruit. Community service activities are carried out in Kutuh Village, South Kuta District, Badung. This activity was carried out on August 8 2023. A total of 24 (twenty four) participants attended this activity, each consisting of 16 (sixteen) members from the PKK of Kutuh Village, 4 (four) people from the KWT of Kutuh Village and 4 (four) people from the village apparatus. The method used to solve the problem is to carry out socialization activities, training and mentoring for the diversification of bligo fruit-based products, namely pie, sweets and chips as well as product packaging. The results of this dedication are that (1) bligo fruit can be processed into various products such as pies, sweets, and chips. (3) packaging and labeling. Participants stated that this activity was by the needs of partners, namely being able to empower the community, especially village women, to be able to motivate and encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of program participants.

Abstract

Panjer village has 30 jaje offering business units (ceremonies). The objectives of the Beginner Community Empowerment activities are described as follows: (1) Availability of jaje uli & begine dryers as an effort to increase production; (2) Availability of slicing tools to increase jaje uli production; (3) Partners have knowledge and skills in product packaging; (4) Partners have knowledge and skills in product innovation; (5) Partners have knowledge and skills in using social media as promotional media. The methods used to increase production and marketing of the Jaje Uli and Begina businesses in Panjer Village are counseling, training and mentoring. Solutions to problems faced by partners are carried out through training and mentoring that uses science and technology according to the priorities and targets of Empowering Beginner Communities covering production and marketing aspects. During holidays, orders can reach 10,000 pieces in 2 days, due to limited production equipment, so only 5,000 can be fulfilled during the summer, but during the rainy season, they cannot fulfill them because there is no production. With a slicing machine, businesses produce 6 kg which takes 6-10 hours if they are not focused and with a slicing machine they can finish it in just 3 hours. 1kg produces 200pcs of jaje so 6kg will produce 1,200pcs. By carrying out technological innovations in production, product innovation and marketing content creation in order to be competitive, not only within the region but also outside the Panjer Village area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor Cabang Melati Denpasar. Dalam penelitian ini sampel ditentukan dengan metode probability sampling (simple random sampling), sehingga dengan menggunakan rumus slovin jumlah sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 75 orang karyawan. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji F di peroleh Fhitung 66.192 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor Cabang Melati Denpasar. Dari uji t-test didapatkan hasil t-hitung1 kecerdasan emosional sebesar 5.979 dengan nilai 0,000 < α (0,05) dan kecerdasan intelektual sebesar 5.054 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < α (0,05), yang berarti variabel variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor Cabang Melati Denpasar.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu fungsi perusahaan harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan seperti modal, metode dan mesin tidak bisa memberikan hasil yang optimum apabila tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai kinerja yang optimum yang saling berkaitan dan terhubung satu dengan yang lainnya. Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia harus dikelola dengan baik, mengingat sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian dari fungsi perusahaan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk menunjang efektivitas dan efisiensi dari perusahaan, sehingga tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. kinerja karyawan/pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama jumlah sempel penelitian adalah 30 oramg. Penentuan sempel menggunakan metode penelitian sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sempel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karywan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama sebesar 0,663 dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama sebesar 0,384. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t Kompensasi adalah 0,663, hasil uji t komitmen organisasi adalah 0,384.

Abstract

Profitability is one measure of bank health. However, banks are required not only to pursue profitability but also to be careful in managing risks. Banks must maintain liquidity in order to fulfill their obligations. Credit and capital risks are related to bank liquidity. The higher the credit risk, the bank needs to provide reserve funds. When liquidity decreases, it can be increased with additional capital. This research looked at 45 commercial banks operating in Indonesia in the 2017-2022 period. Interaction term is measured by the absolute difference of variables. The test results show that there is a trade-off between liquidity and profitability, especially in banks with high capital.).

Abstract

The distribution of national health insurance services has an effect on employee satisfaction and performance The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service sharing, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The design of this research is quantitative, is the relationship of causality between variables. The study was conducted at community Health centers Karangasem. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 175 employees. Data were analyzed by data analysis technique Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed there was a significant positive influence between the division of services to job satisfaction. This means that when the division of services increased, employee job satisfaction also increased significantly. There is a pattern of positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This means that if the motivation increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a significant positive influence between the distribution of services to the performance of employees. This means that when the division of services increased, the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a pattern of positive influence of motivation on employee performance. This means that if the motivation increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. This means that if job satisfaction increases then the performance of employees also increased significantly.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development. MSMEs have several advantages, including being able to overcome unemployment, namely being able to absorb labor, create new job opportunities, open new jobs, and also as a business solution for small communities. One of them is the Bali Giri Bamboo MSME which makes cutlery products using raw materials from bamboo, such as spoons, forks, glasses, tumblers, straws, bread knives, boxes for cosmetics and tissue holders. The solutions provided are (1) Procurement of machines/tools to increase the quantity and quality of production; (2) Training and assistance in using tools and making new products. The method used is providing technology in the form of tools and machines as well as providing training and assistance in using tools and making new products. The results of coaching for Bali Giri Bamboo MSMEs through the provision of tools in the form of lathe machines, drilling machines, complete packages of lathe holders, aluminum miter saws, magnetic drills, sitting planer machines, wood cutting table machines, wood profile machines, grinding machines, polishing grinding machines , round sanding machine, chuck set. Meanwhile, training and assistance makes, among other things: teapots, glasses, cosmetic containers, straws, bamboo speakers. By providing tools and training, it is hoped that Bali Giri Bamboo can improve product quality and quantity.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. UMKM memiliki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya dapat mengatasi pengangguran yakni mampu menyerap tenaga kerja, menciptakan kesempatan kerja baru, membuka lapangan kerja baru, dan juga sebagai solusi usaha untuk masyarakat kecil. Salah satunya UMKM Bali Giri Bamboo yang membuat produk kebutuhan peralatan makan dengan bahan baku dari bambu, seperti sendok, garpu, gelas, tumbler, strow (sedotan), pisau roti, box untuk tempat kosmetik, dan tempat tisu. Adapun solusi yang diberikan yaitu (1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mempromosikan produk melalui website, (2) Pelatihan, pendampingan dan pembuatan konten untuk memasarkan produk melalui social media instagram; (3) Pelatihan, pendampingan manajemen usaha yaitu perencanaan dalam bisnis yang dilakukan untuk mencapai target bisnis; (4) Pelatihan, pendampingan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tenaga kerja dalam proses produksi pembuatan peralatan makan berbahan baku bambu dan pembuatan laporan keuangan berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan untuk website, instagram, manajemen usaha dan laporan keuangan adalah pelatihan dan pembinaan. Hasil pelatihan dan pembinaan digital marketing pada UMKM Bali Giri Bamboo melalui penggunaan website, selling from Instagram, manajemen usaha serta laporan keuangan. Dengan melakukan digital marketing dan manajemen usaha diharapkan agar dapat bersaing, tidak hanya dalam negeri tetapi juga diluar negeri
