Abstract

With the existence of a strong organizational culture in the company and the high self efcacy of its employees, it will improve employee performance in the company. This study aims to reexamine the inuence of organizational culture variables and self efcacy on employee performance. The sample in this study were 65 employees at PT. Anugerah Agung Alami Wings Surya Klungkung. Determination of the sample using the method from Slovin. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture variables have a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a signicance value of 0.000. The self efcacy variable also has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a signicance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja para karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Mambal (TIM) Bali, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik dengan pengujian hipotesis, diantaranya uji F dan uji t. Uji F digunakan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh secara serentak variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang digunakan. Jika F hitung > F tabel, atau nilai p (probabilitas) < 0,5% (merupakan tingkat kepercayaan) maka dapat diambil keputusan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat atau menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Kesimpulannya adalah: (1) Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dalam keadaan Motivasi konstan; (2) Bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dalam keadaan Kedisiplinan konstan. (3) Bahwa ada pengaruh antara Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance. The study was conducted at Bali Mahogany Mumbul Hotel. The sample was all hotel employees amounting to 48 people. Data were collected by using observation method, interview with guidance of questionnaire; data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that work stress and work load in silmultan have positive and significant influence on employee performance at Bali Mahogany Mumbul Hotel and partially that work stress have negative effect but not significant to employee performance, while work load has siginificant effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

To achieve maximum work results and satisfy, empowerment is needed by an employee in carrying out their duties so that employee performance can be improved. In addition, the work climate also affects employee performance. An open organizational climate encourages employees to express their interests and dissatisfaction without fear of retaliation and attention. In addition to the work climate, job satisfaction also affects employee performance, job satisfaction as a pleasant or positive emotional state that arises results from research on a job. The sample under this study was 63 employees at the Transportation Office of Klungkung Regency. The determination of the sample used the slovin method. The method in this recent study is quantitave approach and the analytical instrument used was multiple linear regression analysis; multiple correlation, determination, t test and F test. The results showed that the empowerment variable had a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by the significance value of 0.026

Abstract

AbstractThis Study aims to analyse the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectualintelligence to the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor CabangMelati Denpasar. In this research sample is determined by the method probability sampling(simple random sampling),so by using the formula Slovin the number of samples of researchis as much as 75 people employees. The technical analysis of data used is Statistical Packagefor Social Science (SPSS). The data collection techniques used are interviews,documentation, observations, and questionnaires. Teknik analysis used is a double linearregression analysis, multiple correlation and analysis of determinations. The results showedthat the F test results in the obtained Fcount 66,192 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.This means that the variable of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence issimultaneously significant to the employee's performance at PT. Bank Mandiri TaspenKantor Cabang Melati Denpasar. The T-Test obtained the Emotional Intelligence T-hitung1from 5,979 with a value of 0.000 <α (0.05) and an intellectual intelligence of 5,054 with asignificant value of 0.000 < α (0.05), which means variable variables of Emotionalintelligence and intellect positively and significantly affect the employee's performance at PT.Bank Mandiri Taspen Kantor Cabang Melati Denpasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of independent variables such as physicalability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on the number ofcommunity satisfaction visits at the Bajera Village Office. This research is adescriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using aquestionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and the validity testused Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The variable ofphysical ability has a positive and insignificant effect on community satisfaction, it isobtained a sig.t value of 0.256 with a sig value of 0.799> α (0.05)meaning that H0 isaccepted. The guarantee variable has a positive and insignificant effect, where the sig.tvalue of 0.651 with a sig value of 0.517> α (0.05) means that H0 is accepted. Thesimultaneous test itself has a significant positive effect simultaneously (simultaneously)of physical ability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the results ofthe F-count value of 23.800and sig 0.000 on community satisfaction.Keywords: Public Service Quality, Community Satisfaction.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas seperti kemampuanfisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap jumlah kunjungankepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Desa Bajera. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah100 orang dan Ujivaliditas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linierberganda. Variabel dari kemampuan fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikanterhadap kepuasan masyarakat diperoleh nilai sig.t sebesar 0,256 dengan nilai sig0,799 > α (0,05) artinya H0 diterima. Variabel jaminan berpengaruh positif tidaksignifikan dimana diperoleh nilai sig.t 0,651 dengan nilai sig 0,517 > α (0,05) artinyaH0 diterima. Uji simultan sendiri terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan secara besamasama (simultan) dari kemampuan fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empatihasil nilai F-hitung sebesar 23,800 dan sig 0,000 terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Publik, Kepuasan Masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis This study aims to find out the influence of communication and work environmenton employee performance at CV. Denpasar Bread House. This research is a research ofdeskritif analysis using quantitative approach. Data collection using a coesioner. Thesample, in this study numbered 50 people and used census sample methods. Dataanalysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results found that: (1) Communicationhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig value. 0.015< 0.05 identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) The Work Environment hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig.t value of 0.000< 0.05 which identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Communication andWork Environment jointly give a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance. The contribution or simultaneous contribution of communicationvariables and work environment to employee performance was 85.3% while 14.7% wasdetermined by other variables not researched in this study. (2) Lingkungan Kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai Sig.tsebesar 0,000 < 0,000 yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3)Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultanvariabel komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 85,3%sedangkan 14,7% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) The effect of training on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, (2) The influence of HR development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, (3) The effect of training and human resource development on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people and used the census sample method. The validity test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that: (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value was 0.001 <0.050, indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. (2) HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value is 0.046 <0.050 indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Training and HR development together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

Sample determination used the Slovin method.The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis.Multiple correlation, determination, t test and test f.The results of the study showed that the empowerment variable had a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a significant value of zero point zero twenty six smaller than zero point zero five. Variable work climate has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a zero point value of four fourteen smaller than zero point zero five. variable job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee performance as indicated by a zero comma zero zero seven significance value less than zero point zero fiveKeywords : empowerment, work climate, job satisfaction, and employee performanceABSTRAKUntuk mencapai hasil kerja yang maksimal dan memuaskan diperlukan empowerment yang dimiliki oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya agar kinerja pegawai dapat meningkat.Selain itu iklim kerja juga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi yang terbuka memacu karyawan untuk mengutarakan kepentingan dan ketidakpuasan tanpa adanya rasa takut akan tindakan balasan dan perhatian. Selain iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja juga mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja sebagai suatu keadaan emosi yang menyenangkan atau bersifat positif yang muncul/dihasilkan dari penelitian terhadap suatu kerja pekerjaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 orang pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Klungkung.Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode slovin.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.026 < 0,05. Variabel iklim kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.014 < 0,05. Variabel kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.007 < 0,05.Kata kunci: empowerment, iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaires. The sample from this study was as many as 31 respondents and used the census sample method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results of the study found that: (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.t 0.000 < 0.05 identifying that H0 was rejected and H1 accepted. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.t 0.026 < 0.05 identifying that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.(3) Communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and employees obtained a value of sig.f 0.000 < 0.05 identifying that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
