Abstract

This research is descriptive and analytical, utilizing a quantitative approach. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 30 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and processed with SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, as evidenced by a t-value of 9.159 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, suggesting that improving service quality will increase the sales turnover of these traders. (2) The non-cash payment system does not have a significant effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, as shown by a t-value of 1.385 and a significance level of 0.177 > 0.05, indicating no influence of non-cash payments on sales turnover. (3) Service quality and the non-cash payment system collectively have a significant simultaneous effect on the sales turnover of creative cart traders in Denpasar City's MSMEs, with an F-value of 42.037 and a significance level of 0.000. The determination test results show that the variables of service quality and the non-cash payment system affect sales turnover by 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as price, product quality, and promotion.

Abstract

Fish cracker UMKM is an inseparable part of the fishermen's family, has an important role in the family economy. Increasing the role of women through the development of productive economic businesses is one of the efforts to empower women in utilizing fishery resources, which has implications for increasing the income of fishermen's households. With the involvement of women in supporting the family economy, difficulties in meeting the needs of life can be reduced. This community service activity aims to improve knowledge and skills in processing fish cracker products. Community service activities were carried out in Serangan Village, South Denpasar District. The total number of participants who attended this activity was 7 (seven) people. The method used to solve the problem was to conduct socialization activities, training and mentoring of fish crackers as well as packaging, product labeling and content creation. The results achieved were an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills of participants in the field of fish skin cracker production process and packaging, attractive labeling and content creation on Instagram social media. Partners stated that this activity was in accordance with the needs of partners, namely being able to empower the community, especially fish skin cracker business owners in Serangan Village.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM telah dilaksanakan pada usaha kerajinan tangan yang memanfaatkan karung goni, kain perca bermotif endek dan kulit sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan tas, topi, dompet, kotak dan kotak pensil yang terletak di kota Denpasar. Kelompok Usaha Namaste 21 Handmade belum memiliki mesin yang bisa membentuk pola serta menjahit bagian yang melengkung/bengkok sehingga tidak mampu memenuhi pesanan sandal amenitiers hotel (slippers) yang peluangnya rata-rata 1000 pasang pesanan. Pelatihan pemilahan bahan baku produk Namaste 21 Handmade mulai dari kain tenun, karung goni dan kulit, dalam pelatihan memilah kain sesuai lebar, motif dan warna. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini: (1) Pembinaan berupa diberikannya mesin jahit Totol (Postbed) digunakan untuk menjahit tas/dompet atau bagian jahit yang berbentuk melengkung/ bengkok, dengan mesin jahit biasa sulit dilakukan, sehingga produksi kerajinan tangan dapat ditingkatkan 50 %. (2) Pembinaan berupa diberikannya mesin plong untuk membantu memotong bahan kain atau kulit sesuai dengan pola produk dan akan membantu mempercepat proses pemotongan bahan tadi sesuai dengan pola plong masing-masing, sehingga produksi kerajinan tangan dapat ditingkatkan 50 %. (3) Pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat inovasi produk berupa sandal Eco-Friendly. (4) Pelatihan, pendampingan dan pembuatan konten yang menarik dan informatif untuk memasarkan produk Namaste 21 Handmade di media sosial

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors considered by tourists in visiting the Jaliluwih-Tabanan Tourism Object. Respondents in this study were 85 tourists. The method of determining the sample purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations. The findings of this study are, the factors considered by tourists visiting the Jatiluwih-Tabanan Tourism Object, there are 5 factors, namely the first factor, namely the location factor has an eigenvalue of 4.384 and with a defining percentage variance value of 25.790%. The second factor, namely the brand factor has an eigenvalue of 3.201 and a variance percentage value of 18.827% which determines the perception of tourists to visit the Jatiluwih tourist attraction in Tabanan Regency. The third factor, namely the supporting factor has an eigenvalue of 1.939 with a percentage value of 11.408% variance which determines the perception of tourists to visit the Jatiluwih tourist attraction, Tabanan district. The fourth factor, namely the service factor has an eigenvalue of 1.248 with a variance percentage value of 7.342% which determines the perception of tourists to visit the Jatiluwih tourist attraction in Tabanan Regency. The fifth factor, namely the excellence factor of having an eigenvalue of 1.019 with a percentage value of 5.994% variance which determines the perception of tourists to visit Jatiluwih tourism objects, Tabanan regency. Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of successor characteristics on the succession planning of family companies in Bali. This research was conducted at family companies on the textile and weaving industries in Bali, both small, medium and large scale, with the condition that it has done minimal succession in the second generation. Successor characteristics and succession planning were measured by a qualitative approach using a Likert scale. Then the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Path Modeling (PLS-PM). The results of the study found that the characteristics of successors had a positive and significant effect on succession planning. It meant that the better the successor's characteristics, the better succession planning would be. Willingness to take over the management of the family business will strengthen the commitment of all family members. Suggestions for further researchers, this family business research is limited to those engaged in the textile and weaving industry, so it needs to be expanded again for family businesses engaged in other business sectors.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to analyze Tik Tok media as the main consideration in purchasing decisions for culinary products and Tik Tok as a medium for promoting culinary products to purchase decisions. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with a sample of 120 respondents. The data was collected using Google Forms. Data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative using a Likert scale. Inferential statistical analysis was used to draw inference from the sample to the population and hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3.0. The study results found that the more informative the promotion with social media on the Tik Tok application, the more buying interest and ultimately convincing consumers to purchase. Purchase intention has a full mediation effect on the informative indirect effect on purchasing decisions for culinary products.

Abstract

The community service conducted by STB Runata in Blahkiuh Village aims to support the preservation of local culture and increase the competitiveness of business actors through creative and collaborative approaches. This activity includes three main focuses, namely: (1) the creation of promotional content in the Subak area as an effort to preserve cultural heritage and strengthen traditional agriculture-based tourism attractions; (2) product packaging assistance to Jaje Begina MSMEs to improve the visual quality and selling value of traditional processed products; and (3) a visit to the incense medium industry to identify the potential and challenges faced by local industry players in the aspects of production and marketing. The total number of participants who attended this activity was 80 (eighty) people. The method used to solve the problems was to conduct socialization activities, training and assistance in packaging, labeling jaje begine MSME products and creating content in subak. The results of the activities showed an increase in awareness of the importance of digital promotion, packaging innovation, and the potential for developing local products based on cultural and spiritual values. This service is expected to be the first step in strengthening a sustainable local business ecosystem based on local wisdom.
