Abstract

Government is an important element in the development of a country, In Islam, a country's policy must encompass life in the world and the hereafter, this can be reviewed through the perspective of sharia maqashid. Therefore the purpose of this study is to look at Indonesian government programs in the Maqashid Syariah review. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the data source used is Library Reseacrh. The results showed that the Indonesian government was able to make government policies in the form of various programs to solve problems and improve the welfare and development of Indonesia. From many of these programs, this research only discusses government programs that are in accordance with Maqashid Syariah. The results showed that Indonesia through its policies and government programs succeeded in maintaining 5 elements of Islamic maqashid namely hifdzun in (Religion), hifzhun nafs (Jiwal), hifdzul 'aql (Reason), hifzhun nasl (Descendants) and hifzhul maal (Wealth) where means that the Indonesian people are able to have the opportunity to achieve the good of the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

The impact of the corona virus makes it difficult for teachers and students to adjust learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze as well to investigate the phenomenon of teaching English online amidst the re-emerging pandemic situation forcing the teaching learning process to be re-implemented online. The subjects were 10 cross-level English teachers situated in Java and Sumatra. Qualitative approach utilizing semi-structured interview method in obtaining the necessary data was chosen as the best method and approach in the study. The participants mainly agreed with the online learning system, though they faced challenges like limited subsidiary quotas, students' poor conditions, students' misbehavior and lack of better equipments. Besides various approaches and solutions in facing the challenges, it was also known that writing was considered the most challenging to teach among the four basic skills. The implication of this study endeavor the insights on tackling down the challenges of teaching amidst a pandemic. Synergy among so many elements like cross-level teachers, students, parents and policy makers was badly demanded to make the progress of online learning comes to betterment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Non-Performing Financing, Third Party Funds, Financial To Funding Ratio, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer on the liquidity of Islamic Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2018. 2019. The research design used is a quantitative approach. The data analyzed is secondary data in the form of quarterly banking financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to 1st and 2nd quarters of 2019, data for each bank. The population in this study were 15 Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List during the study period, with a sample of 12 Islamic banks during 4 quarters of observation, so that the final sample was 48 observational data. The results of the study show that the variables of Non Performing Financing, Financial To Funding Ratio have an influence on the liquidity of Islamic banking. While other variables, namely Third Party Funds, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, have no effect on the liquidity of Islamic Banking. Liquidity management in banking institutions is one aspect that becomes a top priority. Liquidity is a condition where banks are able to meet their obligations as they fall due and banks are able to meet the demand for funds by customers. Banks must be able to maintain their liquidity level in a safe and optimal position in accordance with the bank soundness level parameters set by Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction in Islamic banking in Lampung Province. The CARTER dimensions influence on Islamic service quality consists of sharia compliance, assurance, reliability, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. In this study, collecting data using a questionnaire was given to 100 samples using regression analysis. The analysis results prove that simultaneously the CARTER dimension has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In contrast, reliability, sharia compliance, and responsiveness partially significantly affect customer satisfaction in Islamic banking in Lampung Province. Meanwhile, assurance, tangibles, and empathy do not considerably affect customer satisfaction in Islamic banking in Lampung Province.Based on the value of Adjusted R Square, the magnitude of the influence of Islamic service quality using the CARTER dimension on customer satisfaction in sharia banking in Lampung Province is 73.8%, so simultaneously, the CARTER dimension affects the quality of Islamic services. Therefore, to maintain and improve this quality, the quality of Islamic banking must be further enhanced through the dimensions of assurance and empathy, namely the bank's ability to give sincere attention and individual or personal care to its customers, as well as commitment and certainty of customer satisfaction, such as showing easy procedures, good bank reputation, the number of front liners, security, and facilities and infrastructure provided is even better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find and analyze the handling of complaints against customer loyalty at PT. BPRS in the Province of Lampung. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire data collection tool that is distributed to customers of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The sample used in this study was 100 customers, with a purposive sampling data collection technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression data analysis. The results found that the handling of complaints can affect customer loyalty of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The magnitude of the effect of handling complaints on loyalty is 49.3%. Therefore, to maintain customer loyalty PT. BPRS in Lampung Province can make various options such as improving service quality, increasing satisfaction, perceived value, E-Servqual and using mobile banking.

Abstract

Fashion is considered not only as clothing industry but also shows a person's lifestyle in appearance and becomes part of the identity of a group of people. "Gamis" is the trend among Indonesian women especially in Bandar Lampung, in recent years, is an encouraging phenomenon. The fashion industry is supported by various technological advances and the development of sophisticated civilization then it produces several products for its users. This is supported by several sides, both in terms of local designers who are increasingly capable of improving economic levels to the retail sector which is growing significantly. Indonesia has the potential to develop and even become a center for Muslim fashion in the world. This study aims to examine whether Life Style and Islamic Branding can influence purchasing decisions in Muslim fashion. The type of research is field research, and the nature of the research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample is consumers who use Muslim clothing products using the Solvin formula totalling 100 people. The data is analyzed using the SPSS version 21 application. The results, variable X1 or Life Style have a significant number below 0.05, which is equal to 0.000, so the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is the independent variable, namely Life Style, has a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision (Y). This is in line with previous research and also the study of the theory of lifestyle on consumer decisions. The results of the research Variable X2 or Islamic Branding has a significant number below 0.05, which is equal to 0.003, so the hypothesis is accepted with the conclusion that the independent variable, namely Islamic branding (X2) has a positive effect on the dependent variable, namely, Purchase Decision (Y). The result is in line with previous research and also with the study of Islamic Branding theory.

Abstract

In this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy, risk preference and religiosity on generation z investment interest in the Islamic capital market. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, with qualitative descriptive research methods. Primary data in this study were obtained by using a questionnaire distributed via google form . The population in this study was generation Z who were students of the Islamic Banking Study Program at Uin Raden Intan Lampung class 2018-2019, totaling 483 people, with a total research sample of 48 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purvosive sampling. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: Financial literacy (X1) partially has no effect on investment interest (Y). Risk preference (X2) partially affects investment interest (Y). Religiosity (X3) partially has no effect on investment interest (Y). Financial literacy (X1), risk preference (X2), and religiosity (X3) simultaneously have no effect on investment interest (Y).

Abstract

The level of Islamic financial literacy and inclusion in Indonesia is still relatively low, data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2020 shows that the level of Islamic financial literacy is around 8.93% compared to the national index of 76.19% and the level of Islamic financial inclusion is around 9.9%. has not reached 10%. This low public access can be overcome by combining financial services and products with the latest technology. This is an opportunity for the Islamic finance industry to innovate digitally. The author examines digital product innovation to increase literacy and inclusion of Islamic finance, namely the "BSI Mobile Banking" application with 15 features of Islamic financial services owned by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. This study uses a qualitative analysis method that explains the suitability of 15 application features with the maqashid sharia concept (Dharuriyyah, Hajiyat and Tahsiniyat) and analyzes the implications of digital applications on Islamic financial literacy and inclusion. The results show that the digital innovation "BSI Mobile Banking" is in accordance with the maqashid sharia concept and can help increase the level of sharia financial literacy and inclusion and support halal needs according to sharia maqashid.

Abstract

The community requires financial literacy to manage finances in order to accomplish optimal goals and to make decisions about how to use financial institutions. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study, using a sample of 7 informants interviewed. Data is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The credibility technique is used in the data validity technique.Internal validity (internal validity), exterior validity (external validity), dependability (reliability), and trustworthiness (objectivity). According to the findings of this study, the degree of Islamic education in the United States is at an all-time high. The fishing community in Dusun Kuala Jaya still has a poor level of financial literacy. In the meantime, the level of Islamic financial inclusion in the fishing community in the United States has increased. Dusun Kuala Jaya is a fantastic restaurant. Account ownership and saving are indicators of this. and traditional financial entities' financing

Abstract

The influence of motivation and discipline of the Work Productivity of Educational staff in the UIN Raden Intan Lampung This study aims to find out the influence of motivation and discipline of the workplace productivity of educational staffs in the UIN Raden Intan Lampung as well as the partial simultaneously design and research using the survey design in a way to gather information from respondents with the statement (kuisioner) that structured and patterned according to the needs and the title refers to the research and examined the variables that motivation is a variable (X1), variable-disciplinary work (X2) and a variable work productivity (Y). The research was conducted specifically to the educational staffs in the UIN Raden Intan Lampung as many as 71 research respondents. Based on research results obtained significant F value of 0,000 was less than 0.05 level of significance means of discipline and motivation can have a significant effect on the productivity of Educational staffs.The influence that occurred between the motivation and discipline to work simultaneously work productivity (ryxj) with a regression coefficient of 0,681 with a coefficient diterminasinya (r2yxi) of 0.464, or 46.4% variable work productivity is influenced by the motivation and discipline of work. The influence of motivation on the partial work productivity is very significant that this can be seen from the significant value of t the 0,000 amounting to less than 0.05 significance level. Then the influence of the work discipline of the partial work productivity is very significant that this can be seen from the significance of 0,014 earned less than the 0.05 significance level. The conclusions of this study are : 1) work motivation and work diciplinne together to influence on significant to the productivity of education personel at State Islamic University Raden Intan Lampung (2) The influence of the work motivation of the partial work productivity have signeficant effect on labour productivity of labour force in UIN Raden Intan Lampung, (3) The influence of the work discipline of the partial work productivity have signeficant effect on labour productivity of labour force in UIN Raden Intan Lampung
