Abstract

The corona virus (Covid-19) that occurred in Indonesia had a big impact on companies, especially in reducing human resources. This causing the burden of workers to be borne by employees increases, decreases in income and poor communication occurs in the company. This study aims to understand the impact of workload, compensation, and communication on job satisfaction. The company used as place of research is PT. Natural Nusantara (NASA) Yogyakarta in March 2021. This study is a type of quantitative research using a sample of 60 respondents. The technique used is saturated sampling, because the total of all the population is the sample. In collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The analytical technique used is multiple tinear regression analysis through the SPSS version 21.0 program for windows. The statistics found, prove that segmentally workload has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction based on the regression coefficient level of -0.304 < 0.05. Compensation can effect has a positive and significant on job satisfaction through the value of the regression coefficient as much sig 0.430 > 0.05. While communication can have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through the regression coefficient value of sig 0.289 > 0.05. The results of simultaneous testing (Test F) of workload, compensation, and communication can be proven through the Adjusted R Square value of 0.532 (53.2%) with the remaining 0.468 (4.68%) do to other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ruam popok dapat diartikan sebagai infeksi kulit karena paparan urine dan kotoran yang berkepanjangan ditambah dengan tekanan dan gesekan popok yang bersifat disposable. Di Indonesia sendiri 7-35% populasi bayi pernah mengalami ruam popok. Faktanya mayoritas masyarakat belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup tentang bahaya ruam popok. Solusi yang bisa dilakukan yaitu dengan adanya sosialisasi kesehatan. Sosialisasi sebagai wadah pengembangan kemampuan individu untuk bereaksi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan individu dalam hidup bermasyarakat, dan saling berbagi ketrampilan. Posyandu merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk, dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelanggraan pembangunan kesehatan guna memberdayakan masyarakat dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar/sosial dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Dusun Sentolo Lor yang bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan tentang bahaya ruam bagi balita. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi serta evaluasi program melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dalam wawasan Ibu-ibu posyandu. Kata Kunci: Ruam Popok, Sosialisasi, Posyandu  ABSTRACT Diaper rash can be defined as a skin infection due to prolonged exposure to urine and feces coupled with the pressure and friction of disposable diapers. In Indonesia alone, 7-35% of the baby population has experienced diaper rash. The majority of people do not have sufficient knowledge about the dangers of diaper rash. The solution that can be done is through health socialization. Socialization as a forum for developing individual abilities to react can increase individual knowledge in social life, and share skills with each other. Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized from, by, for, and with the community in the implementation of health, development to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health/basic social services. This community service activity was carried out in Sentolo Lor Hamlet which aims to increase knowledge about the dangers of rashes for toddlers. The implementation method used is lecture, discussion, question and answer, demonstration, and program evaluation through observation and interviews. The results of this community service show a very significant increase in the insight of posyandu mothers. Keywords: Diaper Rash, Socialization, Posyandu

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) adalah seperangkat pedoman untuk memutuskan suatu tindakan. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) adalah pedoman yang menjelaskan tata cara yang harus diikuti oleh pekerja atau petugas dalam melakukan tugasnya. Instansi pemerintah diharuskan untuk menerapkan SOP berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah dan Aparatur Negara No. 35 Tahun 2012. SOP penting dalam skenario ini untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan standar operasional prosedur pada bagian perekonomian Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Memahami bagaimana instansi pemerintah menginginkan SOP diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya, dan apakah SOP merupakan cara yang baik untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study has the effect of expertise, trust, attar ctiveness, familiarity, liking, and similarity of TikTok influencers on brand engagement. The research was conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2022. The population of this study were all TikTok users in Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is 140 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method and this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study obtained the following regression equation. The results of this study prove that expertise has a positive and significant effect on brand attachment, trust has a positive and significant effect on brand attachment, attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand attachment, familiarity has a positive and significant effect on brand attachment, liking has a positive and insignificant effect on engagement. brand, and similarity has a positive and significant effect on brand attachment. The results of the study of six independent variables have a simultaneous influence on buying interest. This study is explained by the adjusted R Square of 43.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta and analyze the factors that have a dominant influence on job satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta. The type of research used is quantitative research and this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population used in this study were all employees of Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta with a total sample of 80 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling method and data collection using methods such as observation and questionnaires. The variables in this study are leadership (X1), internal communication (X2), work motivation (X3) and job satisfaction (Y).             From the results of data processing carried out using the multiple linear analysis formula, the following regression equation was obtained: Y= 5,104 + 0,261 X1 + 0,274 X2 + 0,260 X3. It can be concluded from the results of this study that hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables studied all have a significant effect from the results which show that the Sig values ??are respectively 0.000 (X1), 0.004 (X2), 0.006 (X3). The F-test of the variables of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation have a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction of the employees of Toserba Mulia Godean Yogyakarta. This can be proven from the results of the F value of 35.137 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the Adjusted R2 test have a value of 56.5%, which means that 56.5% of the job satisfaction variables can be explained by the variables of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation, while 43.5% can be explained that other variables are not examined in this study. this research.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest in Scarlett Whitening products. This research was conducted in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java from October to November 2021. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 154 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probably sampling using snowball sampling and purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that partially celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Simultaneously celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention with a sig value of 0.000 indicated. The effect of celebrity endorser, consumer trust and consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest can be seen with the Adjusted R Square value of 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), transformational leadership, job insecurity and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This research was carried out at SuperDazzle, the population in this study were all SuperDazzle employees totaling 110 employees with Non Probability Sampling, sampling technique with purposive sampling method, this type of research used survey method using a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study using the t test, the results showed that the organizational commitment variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,027 < 0,05, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,018 < 0,05, the transformational leadership variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,032 < 0,05, the job insecurity variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,006 < 0,05 and the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees with a significance value of 0,003 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Social Media Marketing Elements on Brand Awareness on Instagram HMP Mathematics Education Study Program, Pgri Yogyakarta University. The research was conducted in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2022. The population of this study were all active students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling technique and using purposive sampling method taken from 120 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the data regression analysis showed the following regression equation: Y = 1.903 + 0.260x1 + 0.131x2 + 0.217x3 + 0.182x4 + 0.110x5. The results of this study prove that Entertainment has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Interaction has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Trendiness has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness, Customization has a positive and significant impact on Brand Awareness, and E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, direct compensation, work stress and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Indonesian Bamboo Craft. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.315 and a significance value of 0.025. Direct compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.295 and a significance value of 0.017. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of 0.342 and a significance value of 0.000. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a regression coefficient of -0.207 and a significance value of 0.028. Perceptions of job satisfaction, compensation, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000. therefore, all hypotheses are accepted.
