Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find where the supply of fish in Duricame from, Duri City is a city with poor water conditions resulting in a lack of fish supply originating from the area itself, while people's demand for fish exceeds the supply of supplies originating from the Duri area. Therefore, to meet the needs of the community in consuming fish, the distribution of fish from outside the region was carried out so that the fish supply in the Market of Duri was able to meet the demands of the community. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, the method used in this study is the survey method, the data collected includes primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from collector traders through direct interviews using prepared questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from related agencies. Fish marketed in Denai are imported market from various regions including sea water fish supplied in the Denai market came from the Aceh region, Sibolga, TanjungBalaiKarimun, Riau Islands, and West Sumatra. While freshwater fish supplied in the Denai market come from Maninjau, TalukKuantan, Kampar, KampungPatin. The fish supplied in the Denai Market consist of sea water fish such as sarai, big fish, tuna, tuna, ray fish, gambolo fish, belida fish, baung fish, selais fish. Whereas freshwater fish consists of cork fish, tilapia, eel, gouramy fish, sepat fish, siamsepat fish, catfish, catfish and betok fish. The fish supplied in the Denai market are imported every day with amount of 5,31 tons every day.Keywords: Fish Supply, Distribution, Denai Market, Mandau District

Abstract

Pengaruh ketebalan benda uji terhadap keretakan pada beban statik telah banyak dilakukan. Kajian biasanya dilakukan dengan menganggap plastisitas ujung retak, yaitu kondisi tegangan dekat ujung retak, berada pada kondisi regangan dan tegangan bidang. Tulisan ini melaporkan hasil kajian numerik dan eksperimental pengaruh kondisi tegangan pada rongga yang menyatu akibat pulsa intensitas tegangan. Durasi pulsa yang digunakan adalah 20, 40, dan 80 μs. Pengamatan terhadap permukaan yang patah memperlihatkan adanya beberapa rongga di daerah inklusi dimuka ujung retak. Rongga utama tersebut terbentuk dari menyatunya rongga-rongga kecil. Hasil pengamatan juga menunjukkan bahwa lokasi rongga utama tidak dipengaruhi oleh durasi impuls, dan ukuran rongga utama akan mengecil dengan menurunnya durasi pulsa. Simulasi metode elemen hingga menunjukkan bahwa normalisasi tegangan hidrostatik di muka ujung retak tidak dapat menjelaskan hasil-hasil dari percobaan. Sebagai contoh ketangguhan retak spesimen dengan tebal 10 mm ternyata lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan ketangguhan retak spesimen dengan tebal 3mm. Contoh lainnya adalah daerah terbentuknya rongga yang tidak bergantung pada tebal spesimen.

Abstract

Banana fruit is one of main product of Lampung Province. Banana is commonly utilized as raw material of banana chip production and its peel can be converted into bioethanol. The Objectives of this study were to find out the optimum treatments of  hydrolysis and fermentation for producing bioetanol.  Two steps, namely  hydrolysis and fermentations, were carried out in this study. In the hydrolysis step, two treatments - H2SO4 consentration and hydrolysis duration – were implemented.  The H2SO4 concentration treatment consisted of five level (0, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, and 0,100 M); and the hydrolysis period treatment consisted of two level (15 dan 30 minutes). Bioethanol fermentation was carried out at room temperature for 72 hours with Saccharomyces cerevisiae as starter at concentration of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% (w/v).  The treatments were arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications.  Before and after hydrolysis, the cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin contents of  banana peel were determined. The reducing sugar concentrations were measured after hydrolysis, and bioethanol concentrations were measured after fermentation. The  data of the cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, reduced sugar, and bioethanol were tabulated and analyzed descriptively.  The results of this study showed that the optimum treatment for hydrolysis was H2SO4 solution at a concentration of 0.050 M at 1210C for 15 minutes.  The treatment yielded reduced sugar at a concentration of 11,26mg/100 mL.  The optimum treatment for fermentation was a starter concentration of 10% (w/v) which produced bioethanol at a concentration of 0.03% (v/v). Abstract

Bintaro fruit is a tropical plant that is widely grown in Indonesia, but it has not been utilized optimally.  Seed of bintaro fruit contains saponin steroids and fatty acids such as palmitat, stearat, oleat, miristat, linolenat, and linoleat fatty acid.  Kernel of bintaro fruit contains saponin and polifenol that are toxic for the pests and insects.  Kernel and seed of bintaro fruit may contain antibacterial activity.  Fatty acid content of bintrao fruit was influenced by level of its maturity, more mature contains more fatty acid.  The purpose of this research is to determine the most suitable solvent to produce the best extract which has activity of anti bacteria and find out the level of anti bacteria activity which is produced from seed and kernel extracts from the bintaro fruit by using difusi agar method.  This research was arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design, two factorial with four replications.  The first factor was different part of the fruit: seed and kernel.  The second factor was different type of solvent: ethyl acetate, hexane and aquades.  The data were analyzed using Bartlett test for homogeneity and Tuckey test for additivity.  The data then were analyzed using Anova to see the differences between treatments and tested further using LSD of 5% level to determine the best treatment. The result of this research indicated that the kernel of bintaro fruit extracted with ethyl acetate produced the extract which has the highest resistant zone activity of anti bacteria (about 10,95 mm), categorized as an average activity of antibacterial, while bintaro seed extraxted with hexane has less active of antibateria (about 8,43 mm).  The most sensitive bacterium againts seed extracts and kernel of bintaro was Staphylococcus aureus.Keywords : antibacteria, bintaro fruit, extraction, and organic solvents

Abstract

ALDI M, Tahun 2018. Pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Suzuki Satria F 150 pada PT. Sinar Galesong  Pratama Makassar. Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Suzuki Satria F 150 pada PT. Sinar Galesong  Pratama Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory kuantitatif. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan PT. Sinar Galesong  Pratama Makassar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Untuk menjelaskan deskripsi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis : Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji t (Parsial).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk uji signifikansi uji tmenunjukkan bahwa variabelKebudayaan (X1),Pribadi (X3) dan Psikologis (X4) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapKeputusan Pembelian produk Motor Suzuki Satria F 150 pada PT. Sinar Galesong  Pratama Makassar, dan variabel Sosial (X2)secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Suzuki Satria F 150 pada PT. Sinar Galesong  Pratama Makassar. Pribadiadalah variable yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian berdasarkan standardized coefficients dengan nilai beta yaitu 0,511 atau 51,1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan bahan baku. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada CV. Citra Sari di kota makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan dan laporan persediaan bahan baku tahun 2016 yang diperoleh dari karyawan bagian keuangan dan bagian produksi kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Economic Order Quantity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 16.125.139 dengan biaya pemesanan sebesar Rp. 6.880.500 dan biaya penyimpanan Rp. 6858.951.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office in Barru District partially. This research data was collected from 30 respondents who worked at the Tanete Rilau District Office in Barru District. Respondents were obtained using total sampling techniques or saturated samples. Questions are given using a questionnaire. Respondents' responses to the questions were then analyzed quantitatively which included validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the t count value of 4.034 greater than t table 2.052 and the significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of t count of 1.107 smaller than t table 2.052 and the significance value of 0.278 is greater than 0.05. The most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees at the Office of Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency is the organizational culture with a beta value of 0.605 greater than the beta value of the working environment variable 0.166.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Bengo Branch Watampone. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Bengo Branch Watampone, the research population is all customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Bengo Branch Watampone Unit, which was met at the time of the research, where the population was 500 customers while the sample size was determined using incidental sampling technique, which was 84 respondents. Data collection uses descriptive statistical techniques, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis obtained t count of 7.669 while t table amounted to 1.98932, so the t test hypothesis variable service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. From the calculation of SPSS obtained R = 0.646, with R2 = 0.418 or 41.8%, the amount of customer satisfaction has been explained in the service quality data. While the rest, which is 0.582 or 58.2%, information about the amount of customer satisfaction cannot be explained by these independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and effectiveness of the management of Zakat Fitrah in South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained in this study are the potential of Zakat Fitrah in South Sulawesi Province is very large. This is evidenced by the number of zakat fitrah collected, from the regency, city and provincial level, namely the amount of zakat fitrah collected during the Ramadhan yesterday in the May 2019 period. Specifically, the data available at the National Board of Education of the South Sulawesi Province BAZNAS is around Rp. 139,595,500 collected from the individual Muzakki and Muzakki Institution data. As for the total amount of zakat fitrah collected throughout the South Sulawesi Province, both at the Regency and City level, which is registered in the existing system at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of South Sulawesi Province is around Rp. 29,896,902.304, -. While the effectiveness of zakat fitrah management in South Sulawesi Province is still in the effectiveness phase.

Abstract

Joint beam-columns are the main structural components that function to support other structural loads. The beam-column relationship area is a critical area that needs to be designed to be truly accurate so that it can dissipate energy properly well in the event of an earthquake happen. As a structural component with the role and function, column joint beams occupy important positions in the building. The ability of column joint beams to deform cyclic loads in the inelastic region provides a good structure, so as to minimize damage caused by earthquake shaking. The failure of column joint beams directly affects other structural components associated with it. The purpose of this study was to study the ability of building structures on concrete column beam joint elements to resist cyclic load with reinforcement reinforcement in accordance with SK SNI T-15-1991. Test specimens amounted to 1 (one) with a concrete quality of 19.17 MPa. The beam measuring 120 x 30 x 40 cm, column measuring 30 x 30 x 200 cm using reinforcement 8, 13.4 mm with a melting voltage (fy) 310,03 MPa and stirrup reinforcement Ø9.8-100 mm with melting stress (fy) 374,59 MPa. The test was carried out by giving a cyclic load to the end of the beam with 0.75 mm, 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm, 12 mm, 24 mm and monotonic loading, until the specimen was destroyed. The results achieved in this study are the use of reinforcement reinforcement according to SK SNI T-15-1991-03 the capacity of the cyclic load produced is higher, namely 6,97 tf (press) and 5.09 tf (tensile).
