Problem solving is identical to learning mathematics because every student learning inevitably prompted work onreserved to measure the student's ability. The purpose of this research is to know the student's problem solving abilities. The method used is descriptive qualitative methods Researchers acted as observer, giving the question of tests and question form on the students. Test instrument in the form of descriptions and question form Habits Of Mind (habits). The subject of research that is grade VII. Researchers using an indicator of problem solving: understanding the problem, devise a plan of resolution, carry out the plan of settlement, check back. From the results of the tests given. Habits Of Mind affects the student's problem solving ability and the students is hampered in its execution completion indicators and check back for answers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student learning interest on mathematics learning. The research method used in this study was to use the survey method. The sample size was 30 students, the researchers conducted a statement of questionnaire regarding student learning interest with the number of statements 15 positive and negative questionnaire statements. Based on the results of the questionnaire data calculation, students are more likely to dislike learning mathematics and have the results of acquisition data with a percentage of 60%. The effect of the causes of students not liking mathematics is the learning time factor that is nearing the time of going home from school so that it influences the concentration of students' mathematics learning during class hours. But students have an interest in working on math questions given by the teacher with the results of as much as 42%.

One way for students to get meaningful learning is to provide Student Worksheets (LKS) based on theapproach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of Student Activity Sheets that have been made before actually being used during the learning process. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative, with a sample of 33 students in one of the West Bandung District Junior High Schools. The instruments prepared were Student Worksheets (LKS) based on theapproach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), validation questionnaires for material experts, linguists, media experts, and student response questionnaires. The results of the study are questionnaire material expert validation by 75%, linguists by 72%, media experts at 84.25% and student questionnaire responses at 78.63%. It can be concluded that students are interested in working on LKS, and the teacher must be a facilitator so that students do not misinterpret the contents of the LKS. Student Worksheets (LKS) based on theapproach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can be used in mathematics learning because students will feel more meaningful learning

The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning difficulties of mathematics in terms of students' mathematical communication skills. The nature of this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. While the subjects in this study were 10 students from the Bina Insan Bangsa (BIB) Vocational School Ngamprah. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, tests and interviews, while data analysis techniques in this study are data collection with observations and then processing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study that the difficulties of students in learning mathematics are 2, namely; (1) the difficulty of the concept, and (2) verbal difficulties. This study aims to determine the mathematical communication skills based on learning interests of SMK students. The method in this study uses a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was in one of the West Bandung Vocational Schools and the number of samples was 32 students with heterogeneous abilities. The instrument in this study was in the form of a descriptive test of communication skills with six soles and non tests in the form of a learning motivation scale consisting of 20 statement scales. The results of this study obtained that mathematical communication skills based on interest in learning had a positive effect of 30.5%. While 69.5% is influenced other than the students' interest in learning.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning difficulties of mathematics experienced by students in terms of mathematical communication skills. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 29 seventh grade 1 Junior High School students. The data collection technique in this study uses a question instrument that is given in the form of a written test, while the data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data processing, data presentation and conclusion drawing. So the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that there are 2 difficulties in learning mathematics students, namely; (1) the difficulty of the concept, and (2) verbal difficulties. The causes of these difficulties are due to students' low mathematical communication skills.

This study aims to determine about "The relationship mathematical critical thinking skills and Self-Regulated Learning of Cimahi High School students". This research is an experimental study with one sample class, namely the experimental class. The population in this study were all high school students in Cimahi City, while the selected sample was class X as the experimental class. The instruments in this study include, instrument tests consisting of 5 items of mathematical critical thinking and 30 items of Self-Regulated Learning questionnaire. The research method used is a method of correlation with quantitative approaches. Data analysis techniques used normality test and correlation test to find out the relationship between critical thinking and student Self-Regulated Learning. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in critical thinking skills mathematically by using the Self-Regulated Learning of Cimahi High School students. The results are seen that the value of Pearson correlation is 0.802 indicating the strength of the relationship between students' critical thinking mathematically and student Self-Regulated Learning, because of the Sig. for 0,000 less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the strength of the relationship between students' critical thinking mathematically and student Self-Regulated Learning is significant.

ABSTRACTComic books as learning can be made using the Comica application downloaded on the play store and can be done through students' android phones, making it easier for students. Based on this, a research was conducted that aims to describe the learning process through the Comica medium of Indonesian language subjects with job application letter material and to find out student responses to the media at SMA Negeri 1 Telukjambe Barat. As an alternative learning media during the Covid-19 period, the Comica application can be used to train language skills (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) properly and correctly. The method used is descriptive qualitative with verbal data. The research subjects were 23 students of class XII Mathematics and Natural Sciences 1 Academic Year 2021-2022. Data acquisition is done by observation and questionnaires. The results of this study resulted in learning in the form of comics and showed that Comica media in Indonesian language learning materials for job application letters was well received by students. ABSTRAKKomik sebagai pembelajaran dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Comica yang diunduh di play store dan dapat dilakukan melalui ponsel android siswa sehingga memudahkan siswa. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran melalui media Comica mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan materi surat lamaran kerja dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap media tersebut di SMA Negeri 1 Telukjambe Barat. Sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif di masa Covid-19, aplikasi Comica dapat digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan berbahasa (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik) dengan baik dan benar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data verbal. Subjek penelitian adalah 23 siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan pembelajaran dalam bentuk komik dan menunjukkan bahwa media Comica pada materi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia surat lamaran kerja diterima dengan baik oleh siswa. Responden menyatakan bahwa Comica dapat dengan mudah membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa.

The goal to be achieved in this study is group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to improve the discipline of class VIII students. The approach in this study uses quantitative research with experimental methods. The design used in this study was pre-experimental with the type of one group Pre-test and post-test design. This study used 7 subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cipatat T.A 2020/2021. The type of instrument used is a student discipline questionnaire. The results of the study on the final pretest score showed a score of 519 with a percentage value of 62%. While the posttest results showed a final score of 717 with a percentage value of 85%, thus an increase in students after being given treatment. The results of the calculation of the normality test using SPSS 20.0 for windows using a pretest value of 0.200 and a posttest value of 0.200. So it can be shown that the significant value of the pretest is 0.200 0.05 and the posttest is 0.200> 0.05. So it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed (effective). Thus the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted which reads "Group Guidance Services with Effective Sociodrama Techniques, Due to the Positive and Significant Influence on Improving Discipline of Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 1 Cipatat for the 2020/2021 Academic Year". The purpose of this study was to describe the learning motivation of class XI students at SMAN 1 Gunung Halu. The study participants consisted of 15 students who had low learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method, where data collection is through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research from the distribution of the student learning motivation score questionnaire showed that most of the students were still classified as moderate at 51.09% where students get bored quickly when getting assignments, 54.53% on student resilience when facing problems and 56.88% of children are less able to defend their opinions . Based on this data, it can be concluded that student learning motivation still needs to be improved by changing teaching methods to be more varied and innovative so that students do not feel bored. It is also hoped that students will be more active and enthusiastic in accepting, looking for and meeting new things in lessons.Keywords: motivation learning, students
