Abstract

Self-adjustment of high school students is a process / effort carried out by individuals in dealing with new environments, new friends, new teachers with the aim of being accepted by others as in the previous school environment (SMP). This Online Implementation is a service process carried out by BK teachers to their students who have problems related to adjustment during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, all students are required to participate in all online learning activities (on the network). The purpose of holding this service is so that students can solve problems and get solutions related to self-adjustment assisted by BK teachers, and other students, one of which is by discussing, asking questions, via Whatsapp Group, researcher uses instruments in form interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study students feel helped and can adapt well, so that the service process held at SMAN 1 Cipongkor can be carried out smoothly.Keywords: Self-Adjustment, Group Guidance, Online

Abstract

In the current curriculum, Curriculum 2013, the text becomes the main concept which develops the learning material. As for one of the material taught in the 2013 curriculum is the text of a film / drama review. The film / drama’s review texts discussed in the 2013 curriculum require the students be able to produce the review texts which suitable with their language structure and rules. Therefore in this study the author observes the analysis of structure and rules, especially among the sentences in writing of a film / drama review text by a class XI student. It uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods.The data source in this study is based on document. It is a collection of text reviews of films / plays by students of class XI. The objects of research are class XI or second grade of senior high school. This research using documentation and questionnaires as a data collection technique. The data is collected by using a test technique. The test is carried out with the same film for all students, a film from a TV drama entitled " Aku Malu Bapakku Badut ". All student are able to write review texts. In the analysis of the structure of text reviews as the work of class XI or second grade students with total of 36 student works, all students are able to write text structure review. While in conjunction between sentences, out of the 36 students, only 31 students used inter-sentence conjunctions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the application of the think, pair, and share models to the skills of writing saga texts. The method used when researching experimental methods is to determine the application of the think pair and share learning model in the experimental class with the ordinary learning model in the control class. Collecting data using pre-test and post-test in the control and experimental classes. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 24 application by looking at the scores obtained by the students, the normality test to determine whether the class was usually distributed, and finally, the t-test to determine the application of the think, pair, and share model to determine the students' scores. The mean score of the control class in the initial test was 77.53 and the final test was 79.97. The result of the average value of the experimental class in the initial test was 79.94 and in the final test. get 82.28. Based on the results of the normality test obtained 0.200 data indicates that the distribution is normal. The t-test obtained data 0.000 0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected and Haa accepted, so implementing the think, pair, and share model on the skills of writing saga texts was affected.

Abstract

Powtoon-based animation media is a component of learning resources that can help students learning process to observe an object that contains a collection of images that are processed in such a way as to produce movement and are equipped with audio that helps students understand the material delivered easily in guidance and counseling services. The purpose of this study is to determine the product development process, determine the feasibility of the product according to experts and practitioners, determine student responses and product effectiveness. The research method used is Research and Development (RD). The participants in this study were media experts, material experts, BK practitioners and students of SMP Negeri 1 Batujajar. The results show that the product that needs to be developed in SMP Negeri 1 Batujajar students is animation based on Powtoon on students learning motivation, the product developed is very feasible to use with percentages according to media experts 100%, material experts 91,96%, and BK practitioners 93,75%, then the product developed obtained a very good student response with a percentage of 88,87% in the model trial and 90,77% in the usage trial, and the product developed was effective on student learning motivation with a pretest percentage of 85,5% and posttest 91,2%.Keywords: Animation Media, Powtoon, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Motivation has a very big influence in learning activities that can support students in achieving good learning outcomes, if students do not have learning motivation, students will not be optimal in carrying out learning activities. This description makes it important to understand learning motivation for students in general and in particular for class VII students at SMPN 9 Cimahi. This study aims to produce animated video media products to provide a concrete understanding of increasing learning motivation. The research method used is research development (RD) with development procedures referring to Borg Gall which are simplified by the Puslitjaknov Team into five stages. The subjects in this study included 1 material expert, 2 media experts, 1 school counselor practitioner, 10 students, and 34 students. The data obtained in this study are quantitative data that refers to the acceptability criteria of the material and the criteria of learning media which are analyzed by descriptive statistics, as well as qualitative data in the form of comments and suggestions on the product. The results obtained based on product validation from material experts reached 96%, media experts at 100%, and school counselor practitioners 96%. Meanwhile, 87% of students' responses were limited and 91% of students' responses were wider in scope. Based on the results of the study, this research can produce a product in the form of an animated video which is empirically proven to be used as a medium for guidance and counseling services. Keywords: Animated Video Media, Animaker, Learning Motivation

Abstract

The development of an information service media about website-based career selection needs to be developed, because the times are developing, the technology is growing too, so researchers develop a website media to help guidance counseling teachers in providing services to students so that it is easier to understand and implement by students. learners. The method used by the researcher is research and development, so that the researcher tests the effectiveness of a product to be developed in guidance and counseling services. The results of the research conducted at SMA N 1 Margasih showed that the development of an information service media product about website-based career selection obtained a result of 89.5% which indicates the research product has a feasibility of very good interpretation or is very suitable for use in guidance and counseling services. .Keywords:Media Development, Website, Career Selection

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the self-control description of class X IPS students at SMAN 1 Cisarua. Self control is an activity of controlling behavior, controlling behavior implies making considerations before deciding something to act. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 36 students. The measuring instrument used in this study is a questionnaire derived from self-control theory (Tangney et al., 2004) which consists of 18 items. Can be concluded that. the results of the study were 12 students (33.3%) in the high self-control category and 24 students (66.6%) in the low category. Keywords:Self Control, Students

Abstract

The problems to be revealed: 1) How is the process of developing career guidance guides to improve the career maturity of XI level high school students, 2) How is the feasibility of developing career guidance guides to increase career maturity of XI level high school students, 3) How are students' responses in developing career guidance guides to increase the career maturity of high school students level XI, 4) How effective is the development of career guidance guides to improve the career maturity of high school students level XI. The method used is Research and development (R & D). This study uses analysis of student needs in the form of a career maturity questionnaire, data collection by distributing questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were 1) an assessment sheet on the career guidance guide from media, material and practitioner experts, 2) a career maturity questionnaire, 3) a student response questionnaire to the career guidance guide.

Abstract

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, students are a generation that is very close to the touch of technology. Therefore, teachers can not only rely on traditional-based media, but can also take advantage of technology-based media that are packaged attractively, creatively, and innovatively in order to achieve learning competencies. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials in the form of  the Benime White Board Animation android application  that can be accessed through student devices. This study also aims to determine the influence of android-based learning media on students' ability to determine the structure and linguistic characteristics of procedural texts. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method  which describes data on the  influence of Benime White Board Animation's android-based learning media  on students' ability to write procedure texts. The subjects in this study were 36 grade XI students of SMKN 1 Soreang. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. After research, The Benime White Board Animation android application  was successfully developed so that it can be accessed flexibly. In addition, the quality of this application is rated very decent / very good based on the average score carried out by validators, which is 85.59%. Each assessment was a media expert 83.77%, a material expert 85.00%, and a teacher Indonesian 88.00%. Then, students responded to the application during the trial by giving an excellent rating of 87.24%. Therefore, the Benime White Board Animation  application has implications for learning that can be used as teaching materials so that it can improve writing skills, especially procedure texts.
