Abstract

North Aceh is one of the districts in Aceh province that has great potential in the marine and fisheries sector. Many capture fisheries resources have become superior commodities, because some parts of North Aceh are suppliers of capture fisheries products. As for the problem in this study, there are several sub-districts in North Aceh district experiencing a shortage of fishery products supply due to their location far from the coastline, causing high logistics costs for the supply chain of fishery products. Therefore, an optimization model for planning the supply chain of fishery products is needed. The purpose of this study is to create a supply chain optimization model for capture fisheries using the mixed integer linear programming method. The steps involved in this research are compiling research instruments and literature review, collecting and analyzing data, determining parameters and decision variables, formulating objective functions and model constraint functions, designing optimization models, testing and modeling simulations. This model can minimize the operational costs of the fishery product supply chain from suppliers to consumers. Testing and simulating this model using the lindo program, with the result that the maximum value of the objective function is 36 in the 15th iteration.

Abstract

Ikan merupakan komoditas mudah rusak yang memerlukan penanganan segera setelah dikeluarkan dari laut. Untuk ikan segar dapat dilihat jika tidak diberikan pengolahan khusus yang tepat, kualitas ikan akan menurun dengan hitungan jam. Setiap orang ingin membeli ikan yang halal, aman, sehat, dan berkualitas tinggi. Selain itu juga perlu mengetahui perbedaan ikan yang segar dan tidak segar, terkadang ada pedagang nakal, ikan yang tidak segar masih dijual. Sehingga produk menjadi tidak aman saat dikonsumsi dan dapat merugikan konsumen. Untuk mengetahui akurasi dan performansi algoritma pendeteksi kesegaran ikan di Yolov4 menggunakan metode convolutional neural network (CNN), penelitian ini membuat sistem pendeteksi ikan segar secara realtime. Seiring waktu, orang mengembangkan pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk mendukung dan memfasilitasi pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan 118 data citra untuk pelatihan dan 13 data citra untuk pengujian, dengan pelatihan berlangsung selama 6000 epoch. Proses YOLOv4-CNN adalah hasil dari data yang telah dideteksi oleh YOLOv4 akan diklasifikasi modelnya oleh CNN dimana sebelumnya citra akan di resize sehingga seluruh data citra memiliki ukuran yang sama untuk memudahkan proses konvolusi, dilanjutkan dengan fungsi aktivasi, pooling layer, fully connected layer dan diakhiri dengan proses klasifikasi objek. Kemudian hasil klasifikasi akan diimplementasikan kembali pada YOLOv4 untuk mengetahui pendeteksian ikan segar telah terdeteksi dengan baik atau tidak. Hasil dari pendeteksian kesegaran ikan menggunakan algoritma YOLOv4-CNN dapat dinilai bekerja dengan baik. Pengujian sistem pada Yolov4-CNN memperoleh MAP sebesar 93.75%, dengan presisi 1.00%, recall 0.93%, f-Score 0.96% dan juga rata-rata nilai IoU sebesar 74.17%.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi berdampak besar pada kemajuan media sosial, mengubah cara kita berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, berbagi informasi dan terhubung dengan orang lain melalui jejaring sosial. Youtube, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, dan Telegram adalah platform media sosial populer dengan banyak pengguna aktif. Performa sebuah website menjadi faktor penting untuk kenyamanan pengguna. Analisis pengujian kinerja situs web pada platform media sosial menggunakan perangkat lunak pengujian otomatis, Pagespeed Insight, Google Lighthouse, dan GTMetrix untuk mendapatkan perbandingan. Metode observasi non partisipan digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi. Matriks uji yang digunakan sebagai pembanding adalah FCP (First Contentful Paint), LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift), dan TTFB (Time to First Byte). Dari hasil pengujian performa Instagram memperoleh nilai performa tertinggi yaitu 85% pada tool Pagespeed Insight, WhatsApp 51% pada tool Google Lighthouse, dan Telegram mendapatkan nilai performa sebesar 94% pada GTMetrix.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi nasional dan upaya untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan energi merupakan salah satu permasalahan saat ini. Salah satu yang masih menjadi problematika adalah kelangkaan gas yang terjadi pada tiap daerah berbeda, dimana tidak semua daerah mengalami kekurangan gas ada juga daerah yang kelebihan stok gas LPG. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi pemetaan lokasi distribusi gas elpiji berbasis android. Pada plikasi ini menerapkan algoritma ant colony untuk mencari rute tercepat lokasi pangkalan gas yang ada pada wilayah Kecamatan Medan. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan pada skema sistem ini yaitu: input lokasi, Algoritma Ant Colony, rute terpendek, menampilkan pemetaan lokasi distribusi. Algoritma Ant Colony merupakan algoritma yang paling sering digunakan dalam pemetaan lokasi distribusi. Penelitian ini berhasil membuat aplikasi pemetaan lokasi distribusi gas elpiji 3 kg dengan menggunakan Algoritma Ant Colony berbasis android pencarian jalur tercepat dengan menggunakan algoritma Ant Colony. Berdasarkan uji coba, semakin kecil jumlah kota yang diinputkan maka semakin cepat aplikasi menampilkan rute terpendek pada map.

Abstract

The capital market is one of the investment models that is currently growing so rapidly because there are more and more digital-based investment platforms that can be accessed using mobile smartphones. The amount of interest in investing makes many people who experience losses due to not understanding the investment risks. For this reason, it is necessary to have the ability to analyze technically based on historical data. The object of this research is LQ45 shares in three companies, Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR), and Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM). The method used in this research is the Triple Exponential Smoothing method which is a prediction method that utilizes the statistical analysis method. The variables used in this study are historical prices ranging from Open, High, Low, and Close prices. The stages used are the collection of 125 historical data, where the data is taken through the Google Finance financial database. Then the Triple Exponential Smoothing calculation process is carried out, the data is stored in the database and presented in the form of graphs and tables. By using the parameter values = 0.13 and = 0.87 in the end it produces a Mean margin error level of Open price -0.10681%, High price -1.1156%, Low price 1.4616%, and Close price -0.2504%. The results of the study mean the margin of error is between -0.1% to 1%. The application of Triple Exponential Smoothing can be applied to predict stock prices. This research is to help investors analyze stock price movements.

Abstract

Edge detection is often used in image processing to find the edge boundaries of image objects and this is important for selecting the edges of image parts. The image edge detection used in this study counts coins in an image, so that it can easily pass through the human eye but not by a computer. In a computer system, it is necessary to provide programs and test data so that the computer can read and count coins like a human. The purpose of this study is to count coins in an image using Canny edge detection and Gaussian filtering methods. The images used in this study are in the form of *jpg and tested using the Visual Studio Code application using OpenCV and Python. The results of this study indicate that the results of the number of coins read from the images inputted to the system can be read properly, with a data accuracy of 90%. Abstract

Wastafel merupakan salah satu alat penting yang berfungsi sebagai tempat cuci tangan, piring dan keperluan lainnya, dalam penelitian ini wastafel yang difungsikan sebagai tempat cuci tangan dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonic dan menggunakan aplikasi blynk dan cloud untuk melakukan monitoring. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana cara mencuci tangan secara otomatis untuk menjaga kebersihan tangan sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat sistem pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 atau Omicron dilingkungan Jurusan Informatika Universitas Malikussaleh dengan menggunakan wastafel cuci tangan berbasis Internet of Things. Penerapan sistem wastafel berbasis aplikasi blynk dan cloud untuk memonitoring air sabun. Inovasi penelitian ini dengan membuat sebuah alat monitoring air sabun pada wastafel berbasis aplikasi blynk dan cloud dengan menggunakan mikrocontroller wemos D1R1 atau esp8266 dan Arduino uno. Kondisi cairan air sabun dengan rentang nilai 3 cm sampai dengan 30 cm, pengurangan air akan terpantau ketinggian air sabun disetiap besaran pengurangan serta memberikan peringatan jika cairan air sabun hampir habis berdasarkan deteksi objek sensor ultrasonik. Hasil pengujian sensor ultrasonik bisa bekerja dengan baik dalam penelitian ini, berdasarkan hasil uji sensor sabun mendeteksi jarak objek dengan jarak sensor 20 cm sampai dengan 3 cm pompa sabun baru hidup, adapun sensor air mendeteksi jarak objek dari 20 cm sampai dengan 3 cm pompa air akan hidup dan sensor ketiga (air sabun) yang berfungsi untuk monitoring cairan air sabun dari 3 cm sampai dengan 30 cm, selanjutnya data akan dikirim ke aplikasi blynk dan cloud secara realtime. Sistem Aplikasi wastafel ini dapat diaplikasikan pada Jurusan Informatika Universitas Malikussaleh dengan persentase keberhasilan mencapai 90%.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a rapid impact on the CIVITAS Academic environment, especially in Aceh. The website has become a major requirement for state universities (PTN) as a fast, actual and reliable information distribution medium in supporting lecture activities in the Digital Era 4.0. The purpose of this study was to obtain results from the PIECES method test on the website in terms of its effectiveness as an information distribution medium. Therefore, the presence of website performance analysis research using the PIECES method is very important in measuring website effectiveness. PIECES uses the variables Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The importance of this research is to provide information in analyzing the use of websites at universities (PTN) in Aceh, as well as analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each website. The research step begins with the distribution of questionnaires on the variables Information, Economics, Efficiency, and Service responded to by respondents online. Then perform a website performance analysis using Google Page Speed Insight (GPSI) and GTMetrix online tools. In variable control, use Qualys SSL Lab and SECURi. The results showed USK Information with a value of 4.26, Economic 4.13, Efficiency 4.4, and Service 4.36. UINAR obtained 4.26 in the subject Information, Economic 4.13, Efficiency 4.3, and Service 4.36. UNIMAL obtained Information 4.26, Economic 4.23, Efficiency 4.3, and Service 4.15. UNSAM with the Information subject obtained 4.1, Economic 4.13, Efficiency 4.19 and Service 4.15 and UTU Information subject 4.24, Economic subject 4, Efficiency 4.19 and Service with a value of 4.21. The GPSI and GTMetrix tests showed significant results with the highest score of 97 UNSAM on GPSI. Results from Qualys SSL Lab and SCURi, all websites are safe to access.

Abstract

Cards of Main Actors in the Maritime and Fisheries Sector (KUSUKA) is a card for key players in the marine and fisheries sector, plays a vital role in supporting the industry's growth. To enhance the effectiveness of aid distribution through KUSUKA, this study uses a Support Vector Machine (SVM) method in a web-based application for evaluation, considering factors such as income, ownership status, primary and additional professions, and business experience. Data is divided into training (320 samples) and testing (80 samples) sets with an 80:20 ratio. The developed model shows high classification accuracy: 90.299% for training data and 93.181% for testing data. The application classifies KUSUKA holders into two categories: 80% eligible and 20% not eligible for aid. The confusion matrix records 90.31% for training data and 88.75% for testing data. Precision is 88.65% for training data and 87.67% for testing data, while recall reaches 98.13% for training data and 100% for testing data. Income is the most influential factor in determining aid eligibility, followed by work experience and additional professions as supporting factors in the eligibility assessment process.
