Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang hidup dimuka bumi ini secara bersama-sama dengan berbagai latar belakang etnis, bahasa, budaya, adad-istiadad yang beraneka ragam serta berbagai permasalahan yang menemani kehidupan sosial tersebut disetiap harinya. Sehingga rentan sekali akan timbulnya masalah sosial, masalah sosial sendiri merupakan suatu kondisi dimana jika di dalam kehidupan sosial antara elemen satu dan elemen lainnya tidak melaksanakan fungsi dan peranannya sesuai dengan nilai dan norma sosial yang berlaku, maka keadaan tersebut masalah sosial. Pendidikan IPS merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang dibagun dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial. Di kehidupan manusia banyak sekali masalah yang dihadapi dan manusia selalu ingin memecahkan permasalahan tersebut yang sedang dihadapinya. Namun kenyataan pada umumnya masih banyak orang-orang yang belum mampu melakukanya dengan baik. Baik itu permasalahan dalam lingkup yang besar maupun kecil seperti ketimpangan ekonomi, penggusuran, konflik antar etnis, agama, budaya, pemanasan global, isu-isu sosial dan sebagainya. Problem solving skills adalah suatu keterampilan atau proses mental dan intelektual dalam menemukan masalah dan memecahkan berdasarkan data-data dan informasi yang akurat, sehingga dapat diambil sebuah kesimpulan yang tepat dan cermat (Hamalik.1994). Di dalam model pembelajaran problem solving skills ini peserta didik dituntut aktif untuk dapat menggali secara mandiri sebuah permasalahan yang ada disekitar meraka dan berusaha memberikan solusi atau jalan keluar yang sesuai dengan pemikiran peserta didik sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatan kepekaan terhadap masalah sosial mahasiswa-mahasiswa IPS IAIN Tulungagung terhadap fenomena-fenomena sosial, permasalahan sosial, yang mungkin saja sedang terjadi disekitar lingkungan tempat mereka berada. Mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki kepakaan terhadap masalah sosial atau fenomena masalah sosial yang sedang terjadi di sekitar kehidupan mereka di masyarakat. Mahasiswa diharapkan mampu untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan terhadap fenomena atau masalah sosial yang sedang terjadi dengan analisis berdasarkan data yang mereka kumpulkan secara mandiri. Dari hasil penelitian dengan judul “Model Pembelajaran Problem Solving Skills Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kepekaan Masalah Sosial Mahasiswa IPS IAIN Tulungagung Mata Kuliah Ilmu Sosial Dasar”. Hasil jawaban dari 100% responden bahwa 94 % menyatakan tahu mengenai model pembelajaran problem solving sklills dan 82% menyatakan mahasiswa IPS IAIN Tulungagung Mata Kuliah Ilmu Sosial Dasar mampu untuk menemukan masalah sosial sehingga bisa dikatakan mahasiswa cukup peka terhadap masalah yang sedang terjadi di sekitar mereka. Sebanyak 91 responden atau sebesar 87.5% mahasiswa menyelesaikan masalah yang di temukan dengan solusi atau jalan keluar yang diberikan mahasiswa dalam model pembelajaran problem solving skills yaitu dengan tanggapan tertinggi adalah mampu. Sebesar 94% menyimpulkan mahasiswa IAIN Tulungagung jurusan IPS dengan mata kuliah ilmu sosial dasar adalah sangat terbantu dengan adanya model pembelajaran problem solving skills dalam pembelajaran. Banyak masalah-masalah sosial yang ditemukan oleh mahasiswa IPS IAIN Tulungagung dan menarik untuk ditindak lanjuti. Masalah tersebut berada di lingkungan masyarakat seperti: Miras dikalangan remaja, Rusaknya moral masyarakat akibat tempat karaoke, kegiatan Judi dan Maraknya sabung ayam di masyarakat, Kerusuhan dan pertikaian antar 2 kubu pencak silat, Tingginya tingkat perceraian tkw, Fenomena game online mobile legend di kalangan remaja dan masyarakat, Lunturnya nilai tata krama anak muda terhadap orang yang lebih tua di masyarakat, dsb.

Abstract

The research which was done by the research was aimed to discuss the characterization in Pak Guru novel written by Awang Surya and the lesson plan for SMA. The purposes of this research were to describe the characterization in the novel, the character types, the character personality, the character potrayal technique, and to describe the lesson plan for SMA. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data were the text in Pak Guru novel. The result of this research was in the form of characterization which were: the character personality, the character types, and the character potrayal technique in Pak Guru novel and the lesson plan for SMA.Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis membahas penokohan dalam novel Pak Guru karya Awang Surya dan rancangan pembelajarannya untuk SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan penokohan yang di dalamnya terdapat jenis-jenis tokoh, watak tokoh, serta teknik pelukisan tokoh dan mendeskripsikan rancangan pembelajarannya untuk SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah teks novel Pak Guru. Hasil penelitian ini berupa penokohan yaitu watak tokoh,jenis tokoh, dan teknik pelukisan tokoh yang terdapat dalam novel Pak Guru dan rancangan pembelajarannya di SMA.Kata kunci: tokoh, watak tokoh, teknik penokohan, jenis tokoh.

Abstract

This research aims to discover how the shadow teacher program works as a learning companion for inclusive/special needs children. This research method uses literature study by collecting from various reading sources such as e-books, journals or examination of online literature. The accompanying teacher or also known as the shadow teacher plays a very important role in the classroom because it bridges the gap between the classroom teacher's instructions and student behavior, helps them stay focused, helps them learn, play, interact with their peers, and serves as a conduit of information between parents and classroom teachers to help children teach lessons that are behind schedule.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh respectful engagement terhadap task performance dan affective commitment yang dimediasi oleh job engagement pada KBQ Baburayyan Takengon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai intrumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan KBQ Baburayyan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa respectful engagement secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance dan affective commitment. Kemudian ditemukan juga bahwa job engagement secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap task performance dan affective commitment. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa respectful engagement berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator ialah job engagement, sehingga job engagement mampu menjadi mediator pada respectful engagement terhadap task performance dan affective commitment.

Abstract

Not all BUMDes go well and some even walk on the spot. Quality human resource skills are needed in the development of BUMDes programs. This research aims to analyze the development of BUMDes and what are the businesses carried out by BUMDes in Melati II village, Perbaungan Subdistrict. The location of this research is in Melati II Village perbaungan subdistrict. Determination of the number of samples using sampling quota with the sample number of 36 people. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis. The results showed that when viewed in terms of economic dimensions showed that as many as 69.4% of respondents rated that BUMDes in Melati II village were going very well. This is proven by the management of irrigation saluraan into the agricultural tourism sector, so that the condition of rice fields becomes more well organized. It can be concluded that the development of BUMDes in Melati II village is relatively good. Abstract

This research aims to describe the impact of using TikTok social media on the ethics and behavior of the younger generation using the literature study method. Data is collected from various sources, including journal articles, books, and other scientific publications. The results of the analysis highlight that the use of TikTok can lead to a decrease in ethical and inappropriate behavior among the younger generation. Unethical content such as exposing, violence, and discrimination can be found on these platforms, affecting moral values ​​and social norms. Proposed solutions include increased awareness of digital education, a more active role for parents, as well as technology companies' responsibility in content moderation. This research provides important insights into the negative impacts of TikTok and identifies steps that can be taken to overcome these challenges in improving the ethics and behavior of young people.

Abstract

Learning media has a very important role in the educational process. The problem of learning media in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects is that it is less varied. The reason is due to a lack of learning facilities, educators find it difficult to offer a variety of learning resources. Additionally, there is a scarcity of reading materials and teachers find it difficult to innovate effective teaching solutions. The solution that is considered appropriate to overcome this problem is to utilize varied media. Utilization of varied media in making progress through students searching for and finding ideas with or with help. This article can help with the problem of less varied learning media because you can see the strategies and their implementation. The purpose of writing this article is to describe (1) the causes of less varied social studies learning media (2) solution strategies (3) application of learning strategies (4) variations in social studies teaching materials.

Abstract

This community service has been carried out in Sukorejo village, Wonosari District, Klaten Regency in order to strengthen love for the country and raise community awareness in caring for the village environment, especially public facilities. The problems currently faced are not yet maximally maintaining and beautifying the use of public facilities such as land for exercise as a means of establishing intense social relations as a form of strengthening national values. The method used in this activity is mutual cooperation to care for the environment in order to strengthen national values. The aim to be achieved in this community service is to provide a model of understanding and education to the surrounding community regarding the importance of caring for and beautifying the environment as an effort to foster shared responsibility for the blessings of gratitude that Almighty God has given to the Indonesian people, especially in the Sukorejo village environment.

Abstract

Lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at secondary school level is a serious challenge in developing students' knowledge and skills in society, nation and state. The basic concepts of social science, which include aspects such as social processes, social interaction, and social contact, are an important foundation in Social Sciences (IPS) in schools. The interdisciplinary approach to social studies covers various points of study, such as basic concepts of sociology, history, geography, economics, anthropology and political science. However, along with the complexity of the material, there are factors that cause students' lack of understanding of basic social science concepts at the secondary school level. Causative factors include teaching methods that are less effective, such as using only discussion methods without adequate explanation of the material.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the importance of accountability as a principle in the financial management of educational institutions. As for this research, the method used is a non-research method, namely using literature or library research, by collecting some information from various sources such as journals, proceedings, or examination of online literature. The results of this study indicate that accountability is an effort that must be made by an institution in being accountable for activities or reporting in detail and systematically to certain parties. This also applies to educational institutions, accountability is needed as a form of reporting, especially accountability in the financial management of educational institutions. Parties responsible for managing educational institutions' finances must be able to account for and report financial conditions in detail to certain parties, especially education customers. The financial management of educational institutions must be carried out regularly so that they can be utilized and allocated according to the needs of the school. with clear financial accountability of educational institutions, a sense of trust will grow automatically by educating customers
