The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the administrative behavior of educational staff using an e-office as a paperless office at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. This research method is survey research. The population in this research is the educational staff of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa. The results showed that of the three factors as a whole, the Enabling Factor (supporting factor) had the highest contribution (41%) in the administrative behavior of educational staff in the use of e-office as a form of paperless office at the Unesa Faculty of Economics and Business. Effective and efficient administrative behavior will affect the dynamics of the organization in realizing the goals that have been set before. Educational staff is one of the actors (administrative staff) in the administrative work of an educational institution. So the urgency of this research is to find out how the administrative behavior of the educational staff is in the use of e-office as a form of paperless office at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University.

The occurrence of fraud can have detrimental effects on the integrity, efficiency, and credibility of public institutions. Therefore, it is crucial to thoroughly examine factors that can help mitigate its impact. This study aims to investigate the role of perceptions about internal control in preventing fraud, with anti-fraud awareness as a moderating variable. The research was conducted in the Probolinggo district of East Java, involving 28 regional government organizations. A representative sample of 150 respondents was collected using cluster sampling. Data was collected through an online questionnaire. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (SEM-PLS). The findings of the study indicate a significant positive influence of perceptions about internal control on fraud prevention. However, it was observed that anti-fraud awareness did not enhance the impact of perceptions about internal control on fraud prevention. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for stakeholders involved in fraud prevention, including the regional government organizations in Probolinggo Regency and others.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi, termasuk faktor psikologis yang bersifat bias yang dapat membuat investor menjadi irrasional. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa pengaruh bias, yaitu self-attribution bias, mental accounting, dan familiarity bias terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti beberapa komunitas investasi di Kota Malang karena mahasiswa mewakili investor muda yang potensial untuk berkontribusi dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal. 288 kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan diuji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah self-attribution bias, mental accounting, dan familiarity bias berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Kepercayaan atas kemampuan diri, pertimbangan biaya dan manfaat, serta tingkat keakraban menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong pengambilan keputusan investasi.

This study examines whether concept map and power point influence learning motivation. This study is a quantitative research using a quasy experiment method. The population used in this study is all students in SMKS Kepanjen 2017/2018. simple random sampling is used to obtain 32 students of class X AK 4 to apply mind mapping and 32 students of class X AK 1 to apply power point. Methods of data collection using a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test are employed to analyze the data. The purpose of this study is to build a performance measurement model which appropriate with the characteristics of the RSJ. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results showed that the RSJ used the BSC performance measurement, while the BSC was limited to four perspectives. So that there is an important aspect that has not been included in the BSC, namely the aspect of care. Nurse care for patients, organizational care for employees and patients as well as additional spiritual healing to accelerate patient recovery. The performance measurement model proposed by the researcher is directly based on the organizational goals of RSJ, it is expected that the performance measurement model that is directly executed from the goal will directly impact the achievement of targets without neglecting the values that have been adopted by RSJ.

This study aims to determine the values of Islamic education in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis. This research with a qualitative approach with the concept of content analysis research. Based on the problem formulation, this research focuses on what are the values of Islamic education contained in the short story Robohnya Surau Kami by A.A. Navis. In collecting data, the hermeneutic analysis was used to research and examine short stories, to obtain data to determine the values of Islamic education in the short story. The collected data are grouped and then described. The data that has been collected will be identified, analyzed, and described, which the author then interprets according to the research objectives. The results of this can be used as initial data for future researchers in examining different issues related to this context. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam cerpen Robohnya Surau Kami karya A.A. Navis. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan konsep penelitian analisis isi. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah, penelitian ini berfokus pada apa saja nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam cerpen Robohnya Surau Kami karya A.A. Navis. Dalam pengumpulan data, analisis hermeneutika digunakan untuk meneliti dan mengkaji cerpen, guna memperoleh data untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam cerpen. Data yang terkumpul dikelompokkan kemudian dideskripsikan. Data yang telah terkumpul akan diidentifikasi, dianalisis dan dideskripsikan, yang kemudian penulis tafsirkan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai data awal bagi peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengkaji berbagai permasalahan terkait konteks ini.

Introduction: Efforts to enhance the agribusiness sector, particularly in dairy farming, require integrated development alongside other local potentials. This study aims to establish a model for dairy cattle agribusiness development integrated with the village's superior potential, utilizing the Business Model Canvas (BMC). Methods: The research involved mapping the dairy cattle agribusiness in Kalipucang Tutur Pasuruan Village using the BMC framework. The study analyzed the fulfillment of the nine BMC element blocks and identified strategies for enhancing productivity through SWOT analysis. Results: The mapping revealed that the dairy agribusiness in the village offers animal husbandry educational tours and satisfies the BMC element blocks. However, there is a need for strategic enhancements to boost productivity. The strategic analysis also identified the potential for developing agroedutourism due to the advantageous location near tourist spots. Conclusion: The integration of dairy cattle agribusiness with local potentials, as outlined in the BMC mapping, presents opportunities for further development. Strategic recommendations derived from the SWOT analysis provide insights for optimizing productivity and leveraging the area's potential for agroedutourism.

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pandangan filsafat Positivisme, Progresivisme, Humanisme, dan Pancasila dalam praktik pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan metode tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis peran masing-masing filsafat dalam membentuk sistem pendidikan yang inklusif dan adaptif. Positivisme memberikan kerangka kerja berbasis data empiris untuk evaluasi dan kurikulum yang terukur, sementara Progresivisme berfokus pada pembelajaran berbasis siswa yang fleksibel dan relevan dengan kebutuhan individu. Humanisme menekankan pengembangan potensi holistik siswa mencakup aspek intelektual, emosional, sosial, dan spiritual. Pendekatan Pancasila mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moral dan kebangsaan untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang religius, demokratis, dan toleran. Gabungan pendekatan ini menciptakan keseimbangan antara modernisasi pendidikan dengan penguatan nilai-nilai lokal, meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti ketimpangan sumber daya pendidikan dan kurangnya pemahaman mendalam oleh pendidik. Studi ini merekomendasikan sinergi berbagai filsafat pendidikan untuk menciptakan sistem yang komprehensif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masa depan.
