Abstract

This research is based on the absence of effective modules, so that learning is still teacher-centered and has not yet been created for students to learn independently. Therefore, teaching materials are needed that support the learning process in utilizing technology, one of which is by using e-modules which are accessed via the web. This study aims to produce a valid and practical e-module in basic electricity and electronics subjects for class X TOI at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. This study uses a 4-D development model, namely with four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The subjects of this research trial were students of class X TOI at SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. Data were collected using a validity and practicality questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which had been validated by an instrument expert lecturer. Data analysis using percentage techniques. The results of e-module development research on distributing e-module validity questionnaires to three respondents consisting of two Electrical Engineering lecturers of UNP and one teacher of Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects obtained an average percentage result on valid criteria. For distributing e-module practicality questionnaires to respondents two teachers of Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects obtained the average percentage results on very practical criteria and e-module practicality questionnaires to respondents 25 students got the average percentage results on very practical criteria. From the research data described, it shows that the development of e-modules made for Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects has been judged to be valid and practical, so that they can be used as teaching materials in the learning process.

Abstract

Vocational high school requires students to be competent in every learning that is carried out, according to the curriculum 2013 which has characteristics in mastering concepts as a whole and hones the abilities of students. The fact that happens is that the learning process of basic electricity and electronics that is carried out has not been able to improve the competence of students. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of students showed that there were still many students who were not competent in learning. This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective assessment essay that can improve students' competence in basic electrical and electronics competencies. This type of research is a research and development (research and development) using a 4-d model which consists of the stages of define (define), design (design), develop (development), and disseminate (spread). The research instrument was validated first by five validators before being used to collect data. the data collected in this study include data validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis which is presented in graphic form. the results showed that the assessment essay based on the creative problem-solving model developed was very valid), to increase the competence of students, as seen from the knowledge competency, attitude competence, and skills competency in basic electrical and electronics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of the context, input, process, and product components in the PLI program at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Padang State University. The type of research used in evaluation research with a quantitative approach. This study uses the CIPP context, input, process, and product evaluation model developed by Daniel Stufflebeam with a population of 79 students majoring in electrical engineering who have carried out PLI. The data collection of this research is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are data verification, data classification, and data processing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PLI program in the Department of Electrical Engineering has been categorized as good, but there are several indicators that must be improved in the future. In the context evaluation, the PLI program objective indicator obtained a respondent's achievement level of 90.54% categorized as very good, the PLI program environmental indicator with a respondent achievement level of 86.75% categorized as good. The input evaluation consists of five indicators, namely supporting facilities with 88% of respondents categorized as good, indicators of sources of funds with 60.8% of respondents being categorized as adequate, program relevance indicators with 85.8% of respondents being categorized as good, indicators of direction, and guidance from majors and industries, the achievement level of respondents was 81.9% categorized as good, and in the Student HR indicator, the achievement level of respondents was 81.4% categorized as good. Process evaluation, indicators of preparation for the implementation of the PLI program with the level of achievement of respondents 84.6% categorized as good, indicators of implementation of the PLI program at the level of achievement of respondents 87.6% categorized as good, indicators of monitoring the implementation of PLI with the level of achievement of respondents 53.5% categorized as not good, and indicators barriers to the implementation of the PLI respondents' achievement level of 83.5% is categorized as good. Product evaluation obtained a respondent's level of achievement of 88.01% which was categorized as good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the google classroom media on the subject of electric lighting installation at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Student learning outcomes are still low because students cannot do learning directly. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research with the application of google classroom learning media to see the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive research. This study tries to provide a systematic description of the facts and true nature of a particular population. The subjects of this study were students of class XI TITL Electrical Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 5 Padang who were registered in the 2021/2022 academic year and totaled 30 students. The data collection used in this study was in the form of providing material in 2 meetings with one basic competency and providing an evaluation. After learning, students will be given post-test questions to find out whether the learning is effective or not by comparing the results of the post-test scores with the KKM in the school. Based on the post-test data analysis of 30 students, the average post-test score was 82.83, 27 students completed, and 3 students were below the KKM. Based on this score, 90% of students scored higher than the KKM, and obtained classical mastery of students in the very effective category. So in terms of classical completeness, online learning using the Google Classroom application is categorized as very.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current situation. Where at this time the world is being hit by an outbreak of the COVID-19 disease which has resulted in activities / learning processes being carried out online for all levels of education. During the development of education in the 4.0 revolution era, it required the entire community, especially teachers and students, to take advantage of the development of digital technology in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Google Classroom in improving student learning outcomes in Basic Electrical Electronics subjects at SMK 1 Padang. This research uses a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were class X DLE subject teachers, and class X TITL students at SMK 1 Padang. Based on the results of the study, the results of the media validation were in a valid category, and material validation was in a valid category. The validators considered that learning using Google Classroom was valid. Due to time constraints, the research on the effectiveness of using google classroom which consists of 6 basic competencies only focuses on one basic competency, namely basic competence, namely KD 3.9 Applying electric current and voltage. the practicality test by the class X TITL students stated that this research was in the very practical category. The effectiveness test states that this research is in the effective category. So it can be concluded that the use of Google classroom can be applied in the online teaching and learning process, especially in Basic Electrical Electronics subjects and can affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Listrik sudah merupakan menjadi kebutuhan sekunder manusia, yang dimana segala segi kehidupan manusia sudah terkoneksi ke listrik. Maka dari itu pada pendistribusian energy listrikke konsumen harus slalu terjaga ke stabilannya. Padasaat pendistribusian energy listruk, gangguan yang sering terjadi adalah gangguan ketidakstabilan beban pada trafo, gangguan ini akan megakibatkan mangalirnya arus pada penghantar netral, dan lebih parah akan mengkibatkan kerusakan pada transformator itu sendiri. Maka oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat suatu alat monitoring beban trafo berbasis mikrokontroler berbasis web, sehingga jika terjadi ketidak stabilan beban akan bisa dengan cepat dapat dideteksi. Dan ini akan menghemat waktu dalam pemonitoringan beban transformator yang masih dilakukan secara langsung ke tempat transformator tersebut dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Sensor sct013 yang dipasang pada trafo tersebut akan membaca arus dan sensor zmpt101b akan membaca tegangan dari trafo tersebut, dan hasil pembacaan tersebut akan di diolah oleh arduino mega 2560, hasil dari pengolahan tersebut akan di tampilkan dalam lcd berupa tanggal, tegangn, arus, dan daya. Selain itu hasil dari pembacaan sensor yang telah di olah arduino ini dikirim ke database yang telah dibauat. Proses pengiriman data dari arduino ini dilakukan oleh modul esp8266-01 yang telah di konfigurasi dengan arduino. Sehingga pemonitoringan beban trafo bisa di lihat kapan pun di website alinasution.epizy.com.

Abstract

Sinkronisasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan energi listrik yang besar dari generator dengan cara memparalelkannya. Adapun syarat dari sinkronisasi generator adalah nilai frekuensi, sudut fasa, urutan fasa-fasa dan tegangan sama. untuk sinkronisasi ini digunakan dua buah generator yangmana generator 1 (utama) dianggap sebagai set point yang akan disesuaikan oleh generator 2 (parallel) untuk menyamakan nilai syarat sinkronisasi. dalam penyamaan tegangan, digunakan metode boost converter yang merupakan jenis DC-DC converter yang menaikkan tegangan DC melalui pengaturan PWM. Untuk sistem kendalinya, kontroller akan menampilkan nilai syarat generator 2 (paralel) dengan generator 1(utama). Untuk sudut fasa, alat akan menyesuaikan otomatis dengan cara mengulang penghidupan generator dengan kendali close loop hingga di dapatkan nilai sudut fasa yang sama. Saat nilai syarat sinkronisasi kedua generator sama, kontroller akan mengaktifkan kontaktor sehingga terjadi sinkronisasi generator.

Abstract

Proses tempe tradisional butuh waktu 30 sampai 36 jam, untuk mengubah kedelai mentah menjadi tempe jadi. Lamanya proses pengolahan tempe dapat mempengaruhi waktu pemasaran serta mempengaruhi ragi tempe yang mudah menghitam jika terlalu lama masa fermentasi tempe. Maka muncul sebuah ide untuk membuat sebuah alat yang bisa memonitoring dan mengontrol proses fermentasi tempe menggunakan internet. Alat fermentasi ini bekerja pada rentang suhu 30oC - 35oC. Pada rentang suhu tersebut, waktu fermentasi tempe kedelai mentah akan menjadi tempe jadi butuh 16 jam. Pada alat proses monitoring tempe menggunakan sensor DHT 22. Alat ini dikontrol dengan mikrokontrolker NodeMCU. Pada alat ini dilakukan monitoring suhu melalui sensor DHT22, jika suhu lebih rendah dari set point maka NodeMCU akan melakukan perintah ON pada lampu dan jika set point suhu tinggi dari yang ditentukan maka NodeMCU akan melakukan perintah OFF pada lampu, dan sampai pada batas set point waktu yang ditentukan. Hasil pembacaan dapat dipantau menggunakan aplikasi blynk yang terhubung ke internet.

Abstract

Alat Pelontar Bola Tenis dapat mempermudah pelatih dalam menerapkan ball feeling pada atletnya. Pelontar bola tenis di kontrol oleh mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 menggunakan bahasa pemograman C, yang dikontrol adalah motor DC, motor stepper beserta rangkaian lainnya. Pengaturan kinerja motor agar bekerja sesuai yang dibutuhkan digunakan beberapa komponen seperti Push Button, Switch, dan Potensiometer. Alat ini juga menggunakan 2 buah sensor yaitu ACS712 sensor arus, dan Sensor Tegangan ZMPT101B yang digunakan dalam pembacaan arus beserta tegangan pada motor. Hasil dari Alat pelontar bola tenis adalah dapat melontarkan bola tenis dari arah kiri, kanan, atas, tengah dan bawah.

Abstract

Alat pada tugas akhir ini disuplai dengan tegangan 5 VDC digunakan untuk mensuplay tegangan NodeMCU, motor servo dan sensor ultrasonik. NodeMCU digunakan sebagai pusat proses data yang digunakan pada tugas akhir ini, motor servo digunakan untuk membuka dan menutup pintu air. Pada saat supply di hidupkan sensor ultrasonik akan membaca ketinggian air, jika mencapai pada tinggi tertentu maka mikrokontroler NodeMCU akan mengirim status ketinggian serta siaga 1 atau 4 pada aplikasi android. Pada saat supply di hidupkan sensor ultrasonik akan membaca ketinggian air, jika mencapai pada tinggi tertentu maka mikrokontroler NodeMCU akan mengirim status ketinggian serta siaga 1 atau 4 pada aplikasi android. Saya membagi menjadi dua kondisi pada penampungan pertama yaitu ketika ketinggian air mencapai 12 cm, motor servo akan membuka 45 dan pintu terbuka setengah serta mengirimkan status Siaga 4 dan kemudian jika air sudah mencapai ambang batas yaitu ketinggian 17 cm motor servo akan membuka pintu 90atau seluruhnya maka air akan mengalir ke penampungan selanjutnya dan mengirimkan notifikasi pada Telegram yaitu Siaga 3.
