Abstract

Abstrak Laboratorium Elektronika Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Lampung merupakan tempat bagi para mahasiswa dalam melakukan studi, praktikum maupun penelitian dengan listrik sebagai kebutuhan utamanya. Tanpa listrik, kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut akan terhenti. Sebagaimana diketahui, listrik di Indonesia dilayani oleh Perusahaan Listrik Indonesia yang merupakan satu-satunya  perusahaan terbesar  yang menyediakan listrik untuk Indonesia. Sehingga ketika terjadi pemadaman akibat adanya perawatan, tidak ada suplai daya cadangan yang  dapat melayani. Kalaupun ada, itu berupa genset yang melayani listrik secara terbatas. Selain itu perlu peran manusia dalam mengoperasikannya. Pengoperasian oleh manusia memiliki banyak kelemahan. Untuk itu, perlu adanya sebuah alat atau mekanisme yang dapat menggantikan kerja yang dilakukan secara manual oleh manusia menjadi otomatis.  Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) merupakan salah satu solusi pemecahan masalah ini. ATS ini akan menggantikan peran operator genset yang harus siaga saat terjadi pemadaman pada sumber utama listrik yaitu PLN. Pekerjaan yang digantikan oleh ATS dari operator di antaranya  menyalakan genset saat terjadi pemadaman (starting  genset), memantau kondisi operasi genset hingga normal dan siap menyuplai daya, memindahkan  saklar beban utama dari sumber listrik PLN ke genset maupun sebaliknya serta mematikan genset saat sumber listrik PLN sudah kembali menyuplai daya. Kata kunci : Genset, PLN, Beban, ATS Abstract An Electronica’s Laboratory in Electrical Engineering University of Lampung is a place for students to study, practice and making some  reasearch with an electricity power as the main requirment. Without electricity power, anyother activity will be stopped. As we know, Indonesian electricity supplied by Perusahaan Listrik Negara as the only one the largest electricity company in Indonesia. Then, when it stopping the services, there is no one can supplied back up electricity. Moreover,  local generator can give the eletricity but it’s limited. But, when it’s running also need  to controlling. So, we need some tools or mechanism that changing human work from manual to automatic. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is one of the solution in this case. ATS can changing human work as a genset operator that have to standbye when electricity down from the main source, thats PLN. Some work should handled by ATS such as get local generator running when electricity was down (genset setarting), monitoring local generator till it’s get normally running and ready to supply the electricity, changing the main switch of load from PLN electricity source to localy generator or return and also get local generator running off when PLN come to supplied the electricity back. Abstract

AbstrakPaper ini memaparkan hasil penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa jenis daging menggunakan metode rerata intensitas warna terpisah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah daging Anjing, daging Babi, daging Celeng, dan daging Kambing karena dengan kasat mata, beberapa jenis daging tersebut tampak serupa. Sampel-sampel tersebut ditangkap menggunakan kamera android. Kemudian setiap citra yang dihasilkan, disegmentasi untuk memisahkan citra daging dari latar belakangnya. Kemudian dihitung nilai persentase dari Red, Green, dan Blue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rentang nilai persentase Red dari 50,78% sampai 53,87% dapat menjadi ciri daging Anjing, rentang nilai persentase Green dari 29,11% sampai 31,43% dapat menjadi ciri daging Babi dan daging Celeng, dan rentang nilai persentase Blue dari 25,33% sampai 28,22% dapat menjadi ciri daging Kambing.Kata kunci: daging serupa, segmentasi citra, rerata intensitas warna terpisah, karakterisasi citra AbstractThis paper reports our research about identifying some kinds of meats using separate color intensity average. Samples used in this research are Dog meat, Pork, Boar meat, and Lambs because these types of meat seen similar in plain view. Those sample images were acquired by the android camera. Then each image was segmented to separate from the background. After that, the values of Red, Green, and Blue percentages were calculated. The results show that Red percentage range of 50.78% to 53.87% can be the characteristic of Dog meats, Green percentage range of 29.11% to 31.43% can be the characteristic of Pork and Boar meats, and Blue percentage range of 25.33% to 28.22% can be the characteristic of Lambs.Keywords: similar meat, segmented image, separate color intensity average, image characterization

Abstract

Ikan teri (Stolephorus sp) merupakan sumberdaya alam yang melimpah di Indonesia. Seperti halnya produk ikanasin lainnya, mikroba merupakan faktor utama penyebab kerusakan dan menjadi permasalahan yang harusditanggulangi. Sebagian besar produsen ikan teri kering tidak memperhatikan cara penjemuran yang higienis.Oleh karena itu dibuat TLD yang mempunyai spesifikasi dimensi 4 m x 7,5 m, menggunakan dua sistem bloweryaitu turbin ventilator dan exhaust fan. Hasil pengeringan menggunakan TLD kadar air ikan teri 33,47%,kapasitas pengering 60kg. Selisih hasil pengeringan sebesar 40kg/hari, jika dalam satu bulan (20 hari kerja),maka selisihnya 800kg/bulan. Untuk harga netto ikan teri kering Rp 10.000,00/kg, maka dalam satu bulan terjadipeningkatan pendapatan sebesar Rp 8.000.000,00. Selain terdapat peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 100%,penggunaan TLD lebih higienis.

Abstract

Cardiovascular is a disease that often causes death. One of the cardiovascular diseases that often cause death is the risk of Hipertensi. The highest risk factors for premature death and disability in the world are caused by smoking habits, high systolic blood pressure, and increased blood sugar levels. This death factor is because people with Hipertensi generally do not experience any symptoms until their blood pressure is too high which can cause death. Efforts that can be made are by utilizing information technology in the form of a medical expert system to Kelasify the risk of Hipertensi. This study aims to develop a medical expert system in a different way using rule-based weighting methods and profile matching. The weighting method is used to determine the risk weight based on patient variables, while the profile matching method is used to calculate the risk Kelasification based on the core factor and secondary factor variables on the risk of Hipertensi. System evaluation is carried out by comparing asset data taken from the Pima Indian Hipertensi Data (NHANES) with results from the system. The results of the comparison show that the accuracy of the proposed system is 96.67%. The proposed system is also compared with other Kelasification methods such as decision tree, Random Tree, Decision Stump, KNN, Naïve BaYa, Deep Learning, and Rule Induction. Based on the comparison results, the proposed system has a better level of accuracy, therefore the system developed can be used to Kelasify risks for other types of diseases.

Abstract

In this research, it was designed a temperature controller and monitoring system of  two automatic chicken eggs incubator. Based on references, hatched chicken eggs require temperature 38oC-40oC and relative humidity about 55-65%. The temperature sensor used is LM 35 and humidity sensor used is DHT 11. Temperature controller uses microcontroller ATmega 328 P. The temperature is controlled by switching on/off method on incandescent bulbs used as heating tool and DC fan as cooling tool. Monitoring system uses a computer with LabVIEW software and LCD 16x2 for incubator. Wheel shelf of eggs will automatically rotate egg on 06.00 A.M. at 0o and 18.00 P.M. at 60o using servo motor. Communication used by two incubator to transmit data to computer is uses I2C method. LM35 temperature sensor is calibrated by using thermometer and the obtained error is 0.285714%, while DHT 11 humidity sensor is calibrated by Hygrometer and the obtained error is 1.5%. The result of system test shows that the average stability of temperature on incubator 1 and 2 is 39.01oC and the average humidity is 60%. Incubator monitoring system of temperature and humadity is displayed with real time uses  LabVIEW software. Keywords: eggs incubator, controlling, monitoring, temperature, ATmega 328P

Abstract

Proses identifikasi jenis daging di masyarakat umum masih dilakukan dengan cara manual. Penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi jenis daging secara otomatis dengan teknologi pengolahan citra digital. Proses pengolahan citra daging dilakukan pada mikrokomputer Raspberry Pi 3 menggunakan perangkat lunak Python 2.7 dan didukung dengan library OpenCV, sedangkan untuk pengambilan citra dengan menggunakan Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2. Proses identifikasi jenis daging menggunakan nilai presentase komponen warna RGB dan hasilnya akan ditampilkan pada LCD. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh nilai presentase komponen warna Red (R) untuk daging babi 42,35 – 44,12 persen, daging celeng 45,21 – 48,87 persen, daging sapi 44,03 – 45,76 persen, daging kambing 45,08 – 46,60 persen. Nilai komponen warna Green (G) untuk daging babi 28,43 – 29,13 persen, daging celeng 24,71 – 26,54 persen, daging sapi 26,34 – 27,15 persen, daging kambing 27,05 – 27,75 persen. Nilai persentase komponen warna Blue (B) untuk daging babi 27,41 – 28,55 persen, daging celeng 26,39 – 28,27 persen, daging sapi 27,86 – 28,87 persen, daging kambing 26,31 – 27,21 persen.

Abstract

This research was carried out to evaluate the electrochemical performance of a galvanic cell using seawater as an electrolyte. The cell was designed to have a volume of 200 mL and equipped with Zn as an anode and Ag-coated Cu as a cathode (Cu(Ag)-Zn system) in order to suppress the corrosion of Cu. As a comparison, the same experiment with the use of uncoated Cu as a cathode (Cu-Zn system) was also conducted. To conduct the experiment, a system was assembled by connecting 20 cells in series and placed in a closed container filled with seawater. The experiment was run for 72 hours, divided into three 24-hour cycles, by replacing the seawater every 24 hours. The performance of the system was evaluated in terms of open circuit voltage, close circuit voltage, current, light intensity, internal resistance, and power. The experimental results show that the corrosion rate of Cu coated with silver was smaller than that of uncoated Cu. Compared to the performance of the Cu-Zn system, it was also found that the Cu(Ag)-Zn system produced higher power and light intensity, which is in accordance with its smaller internal resistance. The overall experimental results indicate better performance of Cu(Ag)-Zn system and this better performance is attributed to the significantly lower corrosion rate of Cu(Ag) cathode which signifies the role of Ag layer to protect the Cu from attack by seawater. As a result, the Cu(Ag)-Zn system maintained the cathode corrosion rate with a ratio of 0.19. The percentage decrease of the OCV of the Cu(Ag)-Zn system was 6.14%, the CCV on the third day was 0.99%, the current was 36.68%, and the power was 37.83%.

Abstract

Lampung Heritage Virtual Reality Tour was developed as a tool to educate the importance of Lampung’s historical heritage. It represents eight Lampung historical heritage sites in the virtual reality world, namely the Lampung Museum, Thay Hin Bio Vihara, Al-Anwar Mosque, Lampung Siger Tower, Krakatau Monument, Kerti Bhuana Temple, Nuwo Sesat Traditional House, and the Japanese Caves. Functional features of the Lampung Heritage Virtual Reality Tour are visiting virtual tourist spots and viewing information on virtual tourist attractions. Digital tourists can select a virtual tourist spot with the location panel. The user perception and satisfaction require a qualitative measurement to understand its impact on educating Lampung's historical heritage. Using usability, we should understand the quality of the Lampung Heritage Virtual Reality Tour. The tools to measure the usability level of the application are the User Acceptance Test and the System Usability Scale. There were 15 questions User Acceptance Test (UAT) with a composition of five questions affordance, four questions signifier, and six questions feedback. According to the SUS standard, we asked ten questions on the System Usability Scale (SUS). The result for UAT was an average of 95.75%, which consist of 95.00% affordance, 94.79% signifier, and 97.45% feedback. The result of SUS was Good, based on a score of 83.39. The Lampung Heritage Virtual Reality Tour meets good usability standards, making the application suitable.

Abstract

Secara umum, masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar masjid terdiri dari berbagai tingkat ekonomi. Sebagian mereka mampu berbagi kepada sebagian lain yang membutuhkan. Mempertemukan kedua kebutuhan ini, yakni berbagi dan menerima, kadang tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. Selain karena faktor wabah yang mengharuskan social distancing, juga karena faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kenyamanan dalam memberi dan menerima. Peran masjid dalam hal ini menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan masjid dalam menjembatani kedua pihak pemberi dan penerima, khususnya dalam berbagi kebutuhan pokok beras dengan menyediakan ATM Beras. Keberadaan ATM ini dapat membantu mengatasi masalah-masalah yang timbul dengan kontak langsung seperti wabah Covid-19 dan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan ketidaknyamanan antara pemberi dan penerima. Cara kerja dari ATM Beras ini tidak sama dengan ATM konvensional yang digunakan dalam perbankan. Setiap penerima beras yang didata oleh pengurus masjid, akan diberi kartu RFID. Setiap pemegang kartu ini hanya dapat mengambil beras 2,5 kg perhari. Pengurus masjid akan menjamin ketersediaan beras pada ATM yang diperoleh dari donasi para pemberi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jembatan garam terhadap laju korosi elektroda Zn pada Sel volta. Pasang elektroda Cu (Ag)-Zn digunakan untuk menghasilkan tegangan dan arus dalam sel dengan elektrolit air laut. Variasi jembatan garam menggunakan agar yang dilarutkan dengan 0,1 mol NaCl, 0,1 mol KCl, 1 mol NaCl, dan 1 mol KCl. Sel volta terdiri dari 20 sel yang tersusun secara seri, masing-masing sel diisi ± 300 ml air laut. Sel volta terhubung ke beban LED 3 watt 12 volt selama satu hari, dan 30 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jembatan garam NaCl 1 mol menghasilkan karakteristik listrik yang lebih tinggi dan laju korosi yang lebih tinggi pada elektroda Zn.http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/aec.v4.i2.2019.p50-58
