Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to analyze and develop marketing strategies for imported products at PT Mitra Mulia Pertiwi Nusantara in the local market of Batam. The methods used include direct observation, in-depth interviews with company representatives, and documentation studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and distribution). The results of the analysis show that the company faces challenges in adjusting imported products to local consumer preferences, setting competitive prices, and optimizing promotion and distribution. Through this activity, marketing strategy recommendations have been developed, including improving market segmentation, utilizing digital media for promotion, adjusting prices based on competition, and optimizing distribution channels. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to increase the company's competitiveness and expand the market share of imported products amid increasingly fierce competition. This activity also provides academic contributions as a reference for the development of international marketing science and practical contributions for companies in formulating sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the factors influencing cross-border e-commerce consumers, particularly platform quality aspects such as information quality, system quality, and service quality, on purchase intention, with trust as a mediating factor.Method: This research employs quantitative methods. The measurement and structural models were evaluated using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS v.3.9 application to test the hypotheses based on data from a total of 280 respondents.Result: The study found that information quality, system quality, and service quality in cross-border e-commerce significantly influence trust and purchase intention. Customer trust mediates the effects of information quality and service quality on purchase intention, but it does not significantly mediate the effect of system quality.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research provides strategic insights for cross-border e-commerce companies to enhance platform quality and consumer trust, which can lead to market expansion, promote digital economic growth, and support global e-commerce development.

Abstract

Abstract

Global complexities and operational disruptions pose significant challenges to modern logistics networks, making efficient supply chain management critical to firm survival. This study examines the impact of supply chain digitalization on supply chain performance. While digitalization is vital, its direct value remains debated; this research uniquely investigates how organizational integration and resilience simultaneously channel and maximize these digital benefits within a unified framework. A quantitative design was employed, using a structured survey administered to 297 experienced supply chain professionals at medium- and large-sized manufacturing firms in Batam City. The empirical findings reveal that supply chain digitalization directly boosts performance and yields significant indirect impacts through partial mediation. Specifically, digital adoption enhances supply chain integration, which in turn strengthens supply chain resilience, thereby ensuring operational stability and recovery capacity during crises. Implicationally, digital tools do not act in isolation but function as a technological backbone that requires integrated structures and resilient designs to unlock optimal value. It is highly recommended that logistics managers prioritize connective, cloud-based technologies and strategic partner collaboration rather than deploying isolated software solutions.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of supplier relationships, trust, and communication on supply chain performance, with continuous procurement as a mediating variable. The main problem faced is the low performance of the supply chain caused by the lack of cooperation between companies and suppliers, where awareness in maintaining relationships such as good communication and trust is lacking. The performance of the supply chain is greatly influenced by good cooperation between suppliers and their companies, thus it will support the improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness. Strong relationships as well as a high level of trust and effective communication with suppliers can create a positive impact on sustainable procurement which ultimately improves the performance of a company's supply chain. This research method uses a quantitative method with a survey questionnaire to collect data from companies involved in the supply chain. Recommendations for future research are to explore more deeply about sustainable procurement practices across industries and their impact on long-term performance. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for companies in managing relationships with suppliers and implementing sustainable procurement to improve supply chain performance.
