Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis lumut dan faktor abiotik di Kawasan Air Terjun Sungai Numan Kecamatan Padang Ulak Tanding Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dengan metode jelajah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 8 spesies lumut yaitu Marchantia polymorpha L., Dumortiera hirsuta, Riccia sorocarpa, Philonotis hastata, Phaeoceros leavis, Hyophila javanica, Jungermannia sp, dan Ectropothecium folciforme yang tergolong ke dalam 4 Kelas yaitu Marchantiopsida, Bryopsida, Anthocerotopsida, dan Jungermanniaopsida. Seluruhnya dari 6 Ordo yaitu Marchantiales, Bryales, Notothyladales, Pottiales, Jungermanniales, dan Hypnales,  8 Famili (Marchantiaceae, Dumortieraceae, Ricciaceae, Batramiaceae, Notothyladaceae, Pottiaceae, Jungermanniaceae, dan Hypnaceae), dan 8 Genus (Marchantia, Dumortiera, Riccia, Philonotis, Phaeoceros,  Hyophila, Jungermannia, dan Ectropothecium). Hasil pengukuran faktor abiotik, di bagian atas yaitu memiliki pH 4.5, suhu 31°C, dan kelembapan 40-60%, sedangkan bagian bawah memiliki pH 6.8, suhu 29°C, dan kelembapan 70-98%.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini untuk menjelaskan bentuk penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di perusahaan OTO Multiartha Medan, hambatan yang terjadi dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di perusahaan OTO Multiartha dan proses pelaksanaan penarikan objek fidusia setelah adanya putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa bentuk penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan jaminan Fidusia di PT OTO Multiartha Kota Medan adalah dengan menghubungi debitur dan/atau mengunjungi lokasi domisili debitur dengan tujuan untuk mencari penyelesaian secara negosiasi, jika negosiasi yang dilakukan tidak berhasil dan debitur tetap tidak ingin melakukan pembayaran atau tidak memiliki itikad baik, maka kreditur akan melakukan penarikan objek fidusia tersebut. Hambatan yang dialami oleh pihak OTO Multiartha Medan dalam melakukan penyelesaian wanprestasi perjanjian pembiayaan adalah objek Jaminan tidak berada dalam penguasaan debitur. Berdasarkan keterangan dari pihak PT. OTO Multiartha, salah satu debitur bernama Livia Yofanny melakukan wanprestasi dengan alasan bahwa objek tersebut tidak bisa digunakan karena sedang dalam pemeriksaan barang bukti. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tidak menggugurkan kekuatan eksekutorial perusahaan, jika debitur tidak menyerahkan objek jaminan fidusia, maka dapat dilakukan eksekusi secara paksa melalui pengadilan namun pihak OTO Multiartha belum melakukan penyelesaian melaluipengadilan. Disarankan kepada PT OTO Multiartha Kota Medan untuk melakukan survei dari pihak atau kerabat debitur guna menghindari terjadinya kehilangan jejak saat debitur melakukan wanprestasi dan saran kepada debitur untuk tidak menghindari penagihan walaupun telah melakukan wanprestasi.Kata Kunci: Wanprestasi, Perjanjian, Pembiayaan, Jaminan Fidusia

Abstract

Klaten is a Regency that promote the economy development through small and Medium Businesses (SMEs), where one of them was an attempt in the fields of textile, namely woven fabric striated. Characteristics of making of the striated weaving in the region are striated woven fabric made using traditional tools or often called ATBM (Loom not machines). This research aims to determine the industry's development strategy as superior product areas in the Klaten Regency. The location of the research products are striated in Klaten. this research Approach uses qualitative descriptive.Method of data collection using the interview and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). While data analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that superior product development strategy of weaving striated in Klaten Regency with SWOT analysis retrieved 7 4 power factor of factors of weakness, 9 factors odds and threat factors 9.Next the necessary strategies to enhance strengths and minimize weaknesses, exploit opportunities or opportunities as well as minimizing threats, so that it can formulate strategies in 12 developing a superior product from the Center a small industry of Striated ATBM in Klaten Regency in order to increase its competitiveness.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Effect of Regional Financial Management, Regional Financial Accounting System and Internal Control System Government on Regional Government Perfomance. The methodhology used in this research is the quantitative. The population used is all employee of BKD Boyolali. In this study a sample of 54 employees. While for the technique of data collection is done by using questionnaires. To facilitate problem solving, this study was conducted using multiple linear regression models with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Based on the second partial test, shows that the Regional financial Accounting System variable has a significant effect on on Regional Government Perfomance. Based on the third partial test, shows that the Internal Control System Government variable has a ignificant effect on on Regional Government Perfomance. Based on the results of the simultaneous data test,be concluded that simultaneously or together the variables of the Effect of Regional Financial Management, Regional Financial Accounting System and Internal Control System Government is a factor that effect the Regional Government Perfomance. Abstract

Human resources are a very important aspect for the journey of an organization, both private organizations and government organizations, to achieve the goals of the organization. Employee Performance Appraisal is an important part of all employee performance. Work Performance Assessment must be carried out formally based on criteria that are applied rationally and objectively and documented systematically, so that the interests of the employees and the company can be met. The form of this research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique and used 70 respondents as the sample. Primary data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies in the form of relevant books, journals and previous research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and instrument test. The results of the study show that performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value for the work performance variable is 9.353 with a significance of 0.026. Meanwhile ttable at α=0.05 is 1.995. This shows that tcount (9.535) > ttable (1.995) and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted so Ho is rejected. With a good work performance assessment, it will improve employee performance to work at CV Lima Citra Perdana Medan.

Abstract

Bazaar Jakarta Fest is an event that is open to the public, where everyone has the opportunity to come and enjoy a variety of shopping, culinary and entertainment experiences presented in a lively and lively atmosphere. Held at Center Point Medan, Medan City. There are several factors that influence the decision to visit including facilities and promotion mix. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of facilities and promotion mix on the decision to visit the Jakarta Fest Bazaar. Data collected through questionnaires and observations. Then it will be analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially the facilities and promotion mix have a positive and significant influence on the decision to visit the Jakarta Fest Bazaar Event. Simultaneously the facilities and promotion mix have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit and all the variables of the facilities and promotion mix affect the decision to visit by 81.9% and the remaining 18.1% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Currently, people in buying fashion products prioritise ongoing fashion trends and generally like simple and casual fashion styles. In addition, in shopping, people prefer to buy local brand products rather than global because of the movement to love domestic products and local brand products are considered capable of rivalling the quality of international brands, this statement is a phenomenon in this study. One of these local fashion brands is Erigo. Erigo is widely known by the public and has even become the first rank of people's favourite local fashion brand. In Erigo products, there are several factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions, such as price, promotion, customer review, brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorsers. However, this study only examines the effect of brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Erigo fashion products in Medan City. This study uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research types which include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests (t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis tests). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 data processing programme with 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires via google form and literature study. Based on the research results, that brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorsers simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The determination test results show that the brand image, product quality, and celebrity endorser variables are able to explain 60.2% of the influence that occurs on the purchasing decision variable, while the remaining 39.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. In this study, the variable that has the most influence on purchasing decisions is celebrity endorser with a regression coefficient value of 0.308.

Abstract

Preserving mangroves in coastal areas is the key to maintaining environmental resilience, local economy and sustainability of coastal ecosystems. Plus, Buruk Bakul village, Bengkalis Regency has quite a large coastal area, so it needs conservation and awareness from the community in the mangrove planting movement on the coast so that the mangrove ecosystem is well maintained. Planting activities were carried out involving a combination of students and community organizations to preserve the natural coastal environment. The method used during the service was planting and maintenance using the mollenda and reiser method, namely ADDIE (analysis-design-developing-implement-evaluate) which had a big influence on planting mangroves in Buruk Bakul village.

Abstract

Sawerigading Hospital is located in the middle of Palopo City where the location is very strategic and easy to reach by the community, so it is not surprising that Sawerigading Hospital is in great demand by the people of Palopo City to get health service facilities. The method used in this community service activity is a group discussion with an interactive question and answer session between helpers and mothers for 40 minutes. The mothers are all postpartum mothers at Sawerigading Hospital, Palopo City, with a total of 30 mothers. Before the educational activity, a pre-test was carried out and after the activity a post-test was carried out using a questionnaire containing 10 questions about the importance of the kangaroo method. This activity was carried out at Sawerigading Hospital, Palopo City. Kangaroo Method Treatment (FMD) is skin contact between mother and baby early, continuously and combined with exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of mothers and mothers of.

Abstract

Breast milk has many benefits, including reducing the risk of infectious diseases such as digestive tract infections, respiratory tract infections and ear infections. Breast milk can also prevent non-infectious diseases such as allergies, obesity, malnutrition, asthma and eczema. This research aims to determine the knowledge and attitudes of mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding at the Silau Laut Community Health Center, Sea Glare District in 2023. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design. The population is all pregnant women at the Silau Laut Community Health Center, Sea Glare District in 2023 as many as 38 people. The number of samples uses total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. Based on the chi square test results, there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and giving exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.002 < 0.05, there is a relationship between maternal attitudes and giving exclusive breastfeeding with a P value = 0.005 < 0.05. There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended for mothers to be more proactive in seeking information to increase mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, that giving breast milk to children can prevent breast cancer.
