Abstract

Scientific work is defined as the results of published research that contribute to the development of science. This study aims to explore the importance of scientific work in the context of higher education through a systematic literature review method. The method used in this study involves the collection, evaluation, and analysis of relevant articles from various academic databases. The findings indicate that scientific work plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education, facilitating further research, and strengthening collaboration between institutions. The discussion highlights the challenges faced in the publication and accessibility of scientific work, as well as the implications for the development of higher education curricula. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating scientific work into the teaching and learning process to produce competitive and innovative graduates. The results show that integrating scientific work into the higher education curriculum can increase the relevance of education to the needs of industry and society. The conclusions of this study emphasize the need for better strategies in supporting the publication of scientific work, as well as the importance of strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and the industrial sector to maximize the impact of scientific work in education.

Abstract

The high sensitivity of investors to stock trading activities raises concerns that more and more investors are at risk of not understanding when is the right time to sell and buy stocks. This study introduces a new approach to comprehensively examine how male and female investors in Indonesia make better and more informed decisions by utilizing their understanding in the context of the digital era, especially during bearish and bullish markets. The central role of Gender will play an important role in facilitating the relationship between digital stock trading literacy and capital market discipline. An empirical online survey with a sample of 343 respondents in Indonesia is used as valid data in this study. Using the PLS-MGA model, our findings show the moderating role of Gender significantly found that digital stock trading literacy is able to influence market discipline in male and female investor groups, although male investors show a stronger influence than female investors. Male investors who have higher levels of digital stock trading literacy tend to be more disciplined in the market, while female investors, despite having high literacy, do not show the same market discipline due to other influencing factors.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia-based microfinance institution that plays a role in providing financing to the community, particularly micro-entrepreneurs, to help them avoid reliance on loan sharks. This study focuses on the implementation of the murabahah contract at BMT As'adiyah Sengkang, using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the murabahah contract is implemented based on the principles of Islamic justice, involving transparency in pricing and profit margins while ensuring that transactions are conducted voluntarily. The financing mechanism includes customer eligibility surveys, financial capacity analysis, and the determination of fair profit margins. This murabahah contract significantly benefits the local economy by facilitating access to interest-free financing without late payment penalties. In conclusion, the implementation of the murabahah contract at BMT As'adiyah Sengkang aligns with sharia values, supports the economic empowerment of the Muslim community, and contributes to the growth of sharia-based financial inclusion at the local level.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate is an indicator of health status and is one of the health problems in the world. Brebes Regency is one of the contributors to the highest maternal mortality rate in Central Java. In 2021, the Bumiayu Regional General Hospital contributed to the Maternal Mortality Rate in Brebes Regency by 15 cases. The purpose of this research is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The case study carried out is in the form of comprehensive midwifery care that examines pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning with Varney's 7-step midwifery management and SOAP. The results of the pregnancy were found to be anemia and CED, delivery by caesarean section, the newborn was normal, during the neonatal period physiological jaundice was found, then appropriate management was carried out so that it could be resolved, during the postpartum period no problems were found, the mother used MOW KB. The conclusion obtained was that care had been carried out in accordance with midwifery service standards and the problem of anemia and CED had not been resolved

Abstract

English language proficiency has an important role in communication, daily life, and academic pursuits. English language proficiency opens up future opportunities such as employment and higher education, which often require proficiency standards such as TOEFL or IELTS. Even though it is a compulsory subject in school, many have difficulty learning English. The four main skills to be developed are reading, writing, listening, and speaking, all of which are essential for communicative competence and vocabulary mastery. In response to these challenges, educators are increasingly using technology such as the Rosetta Stone app. This app is known for its Dynamic Immersion and TruAccent features that make learning interactive and effective. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Rosetta Stone application on the vocabulary mastery of grade VII students at Al Azhar Islamic Junior High School Tulungagung. The experimental research method was used by dividing the research subjects into two groups, namely the experimental group that used the Rosetta Stone application and the control group that did not use it. The results showed that students' vocabulary scores increased significantly from 73.20 to 90.80 after using this application. Statistical analysis with paired sample t-test confirmed the effectiveness of the application in improving students' vocabulary mastery and interest in learning English. The study confirms the positive impact of technological interventions such as Rosetta Stone in improving English language skills, validating their efficacy through rigorous statistical analysis and practical results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan kompetensi penelitian tindakan kelas bagi mahasiswa calon guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di IAINU Kebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 mahasiswa, 60 guru, 60 kepala sekolah SD/MI hingga MTs di kabupaten Kebumen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek mampu meningkatkan kompetensi PTK 75% mahasiswa calon guru PAI di IAINU Kebumen. Ketrampilan mahasiswa tampak dari kemampuannya dalam memilih tema dan judul penelitian, menyusun proposal penelitian, melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif dengan guru di sekolah atau madrasah hingga penyusunan laporan dan artikel jurnal penelitian sebagai salah satu bentuk diseminasi hasil penelitian. Simpulan, berdasarkan deskripsi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi penelitian tindakan kelas mahasiswa sebagai kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik ketika menjadi guru.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method and starts from the title “The Role of Human Resource Management in Improving the Quality and Productivity of Cow’s Milk: A Literature Study”. This study aims to examine in depth how human resource (HR) management plays a role in improving the quality and productivity of cow’s milk through a literature review. Effective HR management, such as employee placement according to workload, ongoing training, and competency development, has been shown to increase production efficiency and the quality of cow's milk. In addition, factors such as health management, technology utilization, and work environment management are also important aspects in supporting dairy farm productivity. This literature study found that the synergy between HR management and optimization of internal resources, such as finance, technology, and physical, contributed significantly to the development of dairy farming businesses and the achievement of sustainable milk production standards. Thus, an integrated HR management strategy is needed to answer the challenges and demands of the ever-growing market in the dairy farming sector.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method to analyze the optimization of digital branding strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic banks in the digital economy era. Changes in consumer behavior, advancements in information technology, and increasing competition in the banking sector are the main factors driving the importance of digital branding as a modern marketing strategy. Islamic banks are required not only to comply with Sharia principles but also to adapt to digital transformation dynamics to maintain their relevance. This study explores various elements of digital branding such as digital visual identity, social media interaction, and brand narratives based on Islamic values that help shape positive consumer perceptions. The findings reveal that Islamic banks that consistently implement digital branding strategies are more likely to build customer loyalty, increase brand awareness, and create strong differentiation from conventional competitors. These findings affirm that digital branding is not merely a promotional tool but a strategic instrument in building public trust and brand image in the rapidly evolving digital transformation era.

Abstract

Depression in adolescents, especially high school students, is a serious mental health problem with significant impacts on psychological well-being, academic performance, and social life. Risk factors such as academic pressure, family conflict, negative mindset, and social media addiction contribute to the increasing prevalence of depression. Early detection in the school environment is a critical step to prevent adverse effects such as self-harm and suicidal ideation. Depression in adolescents is multifactorial and requires a holistic approach. Early detection through symptom screening, mental health education, and school-family-professional collaboration are essential preventive strategies. Recommendations include the integration of mental health modules into the school curriculum and teacher training for early risk identification.

Abstract

This study employs a literature review and qualitative method to explore and analyze the economic thought of Abu Ishaq al-Shatibi, a prominent classical Islamic scholar known for his seminal work Al-Muwafaqat fi Usul al-Shari’ah. The research begins by examining his profile, including a brief biography, social background, and the intellectual environment that shaped his ideas. It further investigates his educational journey and leadership within the scholarly landscape of Andalusia. His core economic ideas, particularly related to the principles of maslahah (public interest) and maqasid al-shariah (objectives of Islamic law), are discussed as foundational frameworks for constructing a justice-based Islamic economic system. The study also explores the impact of al-Shatibi’s thought on social and fiscal policies during his era, emphasizing the strategic role of scholars in guiding moral and normative aspects of the economy. Ultimately, this research highlights the contemporary relevance of al-Shatibi’s ideas in addressing modern economic challenges, especially in terms of wealth distribution and protecting public rights within the structure of today’s economic systems.
