This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction of employees at cooperative and micro enterprises office Palembang which amounts to 56 employees. This research uses quantitative approach, data collected through distribution of questionnaire. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The research result demonstrates that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at cooperative and micro enterprises office Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and transformational leadership both partially and simultaneously on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police. The subjects in this study were members of the National Police at the South Sumatra Regional Police. The sample in this study were 96 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The statistical analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study indicate that together and partial work stress and transformational leadership have a significant influence. This is based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) with the significance value obtained is 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the t test showed work stress (X1) partially significant effect on the Performance of Police Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05. Furthermore, the transformational leadership variable (X2) partially also had a significant effect on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work spirit of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used saturation sampling method, for 58 respondents. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work spirit of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh budaya kerja Islami dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja guru, dengan disiplin sebagai variabel mediasi pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru di tengah situasi penuh tantangan seperti pandemi COVID-19. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang bekerja pada tingkat pendidikan berjumlah 105 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Software Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan budaya kerja islami tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja guru, begitu juga lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja guru pada Masa Covid-19. Budaya kerja islami berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan disiplin sebagai variabel mediasi pada Masa Covid-19. Lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan disiplin sebagai variabel mediasi pada Masa Covid-19. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih relevan tentang faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap kinerja guru selama pandemi COVID-19. Saran untuk Yayasan Al Amalul Khair berdasarkan penelitian ini yaitu dapat lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan sistematika pengajaran serta lebih memperhatikan hubungan antarpersonal antar guru terutama ketika menghadapi tantangan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru di masa pandemi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai aktif yang berstatus pegawai tetap (level AVP, MGR dan SAMGR) pada Bank Sumsel Babel tahun 2022 sebanyak 697 pegawai dengan sampel sebanyak 166 pegawai. Hasil dari analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pelatihan, pihak manajemen perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi dalam pemilihan kandidat yang berhak untuk diberikan pelatihan. Dalam memberikan promosi jabatan, diharapkan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang didukung dengan skill, pengalaman, Pendidikan, prestasi kerja dan faktor lain yang memang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menduduki posisi yang dibutuhkan.

This research aims to determine the moderating role of organizational culture in assessing its influence on the performance of civil servants. The sample of respondents for this research was 281 Civil Servants at Local Government Agencies of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province to collect data. Data analysis uses quantitative statistics using the Structural Equation Models program with Partial Least Squares. The results of this research show that assessment has a positive and significant effect on civil servant performance. This research also shows the moderating role of organizational culture on assessment has a positive and significant effect on civil servant performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City. “The population in this study were all health workers at the Kaldioni Health Center in Palembang City with a sample of 38 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 25. Based on the results of this study it shows that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, while the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on performance, and work discipline and work stress as a whole together influence the performance of Health Workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City. This study aims to determine the direct effect of work environment and work culture on morale, the indirect effect of work environment and work culture on morale through Maybank Finance Sumatra Regional employees' work motivation as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were taken using a census. The total population for filling out the questionnaire is 159 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that work environment and work culture have an effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on morale, work motivation and work culture have a positive effect on morale, work environment has a positive influence on morale through motivation as an intervening variable, work culture has has a positive effect on the morale of Maybank Finance Regional Sumatra through work motivation as an intervening variable. This proves that work motivation is an intervening variable or a good intermediary variable for the influence of the work environment on morale. A comfortable and conducive work environment can influence employees to be more motivated in improving the quality and quantity of their performance to be more effective and efficient.

PT. Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang dalam hal program pengembangan kompetensi selama ini telah dilaksanakan namun belum memenuhi target sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan, masih adanya pegawai yang kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam menganalisis, lambatnya dalam mengambil keputusan, kurang lancarnya berkomunikasi dan kurang memiliki keberanian dalam mengambil inisiatif serta kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang adalah hanya memperoleh nilai “Cukup”. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT Jamkrindo Cabang Palembang baik yang syariah maupun konvensional sebanyak 109 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dimana semua orang pegawai sebanyak 109 orang digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi berganda menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Jamkrindo Kantor Cabang Palembang.PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office in terms of competency development programs have been implemented but have not met the target as planned, there are still employees who lack the ability to analyze, slow in making decisions, lack of fluency in communication and lack of courage in taking initiatives and the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees is only getting a "Fair" score. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office. The population in this study were employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch both sharia and conventional as many as 109 people. The sample used is saturated sampling where all 109 employees are used as samples. The data analysis technique is multiple regression using SEM PLS. The results showed that the compensation variable directly had a significant effect on the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees and the non-physical work environment variable directly had a significant effect on the performance of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office employees. The conclusion shows that the variables of compensation and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Jamkrindo Palembang Branch Office.
