Abstract

This research aims to comprehend Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture at the Office of the Chief Port and Port Authority Class III Kupang, as well as to examine the influence of variables related to Work Motivation as a mediator and employee performance as a dependent variable. This research is quantitative in nature, utilizing both primary and secondary data, and employing descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture significantly influence employee work motivation; Work Motivation significantly affects employee performance; and Work Motivation mediates the influence of Transformational Leadership, Employee Competency, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Office of the Chief Port Class III and Port Authority Kupang.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of scarcity messages, live commerce, and competitive arousal on impulse buying behavior. Unlike previous research that focused on consumer attitudes in traditional retail environments, this study explores the role of e-commerce applications in shaping consumer spending patterns under conditions of limited product availability and time constraints. Furthermore, it examines consumer interactions with sellers during live commerce sessions. This research employs a quantitative methodology, specifically utilizing hypothesis testing. The target population comprises residents of Kupang City who have engaged in purchases through e-commerce applications that feature live commerce sessions with restrictions on product availability and time (commonly referred to as flash sales). The sample size for this study consists of 450 respondents, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods include both primary and secondary sources. Primary data is gathered through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms, while secondary data is obtained through literature reviews of relevant books and research studies. Additionally, observational data is collected from e-commerce platforms that conduct sales events. The data analysis is conducted using quantitative techniques, specifically employing the SEM-PLS analysis tool. The findings indicate that both scarcity messages and live commerce significantly influence impulse buying through competitive arousal; however, the effect of each variable is relatively modest. These results offer valuable insights for e-commerce messages and live streaming sessions on consumer impulsive behavior, businesses can develop more effective marketing strategies, such as leveraging flash sales or highlighting limitations in product availability and time.

Abstract

The introduction of the determining factor is presumed to be powerful medium to promote a powerful intrusion into household waste management in Indonesia. This study expands the variables theory of planned behavior, the theory of interpersonal characteristics, and a complete model of environmental behavior by using intentions, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, habits, emotions. The sample in this study found 132 people, data processed using SEM Amos version 24. Statistical results and discussion showed that significant factors for behavior to reduce food waste were intentions, habits, attitudes, and perceived behavioral control. And that habits play an essential role in this research, so it is necessary to focus on the importance of the practice to get rid of addictions and be worth emphasizing Keywords: food waste, theory planned behavior, habits

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan Terhadap kepuasan konsumen di toko sahabat Kabupaten Alor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi beganda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalag observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Insidental Sampling, salah satu teknik penentuan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap ungsur (anggota) populasi yang di pilih menjadi anggota sampel. Dengan demikian maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang responden (sampel). Hasil analisis data ini, diketahui variabel nilai item soal pada variabel lokasi, harga, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen lebih besar dari 0,3 sehingga lulus pada uji validitas. Selanjutnya variabel nilai item soal pada variabel lokasi, harga, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan konsumen lebih besar dari 0,6 sehingga lulus pada uji reliabilitas. Untuk hasil uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji normalitas dengan nilai signifikansi asymp (2tailed) lebih besar dari 0,05. Untuk hasil uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji hererokedastisitas dengan merujuk pada nilai variabel lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap nilai ABS variabel kepuasan konsumen nilai signifikansi uji t lebih besar dari 0,05. Untuk hasil uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji multikolinearitas dengan nilai tolerance variabel Lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan lebih besar dari 0,1 dan nilai VIF variabel Lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan lebih kecil dari 10. Untuk hasil uji asumsi klasik, dilakukan uji linearitas dengan merujuk pada nilai variabel lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap nilai variabel kepuasan konsumen nilai signifikansi uji F pada deviation of linearity lebih besar dari 0,05. Selanjutnya hasil analisis data ini, diketahui variabel lokasi, harga dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi uji t dan uji F lebih kecil dari nilai alfa 5% atau 0,05. Dengan demikian terbukti bahwa variabel lokasi, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Toko Sahabat Kabupaten Alor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi keempat variabel tersebut dan pengaruh signifikan antar variabel berdasarkan nilai dari jawaban responden pada kuisioner. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif metode analisis survei. Teknik pengumpulan data atau informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu kuisioner. Hasil menunjukan bahwa ada respon dan pengaruh respnden dengan nilai yang bervariasi berdasarkan skala Likert pada gaya kepemimpinanan memiliki kisaran cukup baik hingga baik dengan presentase  limapuluh dua koma tiga puluh empat sampai delapan puluh dua koma tujuh puluh empat persen, kompetensi asesor memiliki kisaran baik dengan presentase delapan puluh dua koma tiga puluh empat sampai delapan puluh dua koma tujuh puluh empat persen, kinerja asesor memiliki kisaran baik dengan presentase tujuh puluh delapan koma sembilan puluh lima sampai delapan puluh empat koma empat puluh dua persen, dan motivasi memiliki kisaran baik dengan kisaran nilai delapan puluh satu koma lima puluh delapan sampai delapan puluh dua koma tiga puluh dua persen. Sedangkan hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Asesor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Asesor, namun hanya memiliki pengaruh relatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi. Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Asesor terhadap Kinerja Asesor dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Intervening hanya menunjukan pengaruh yang relatif dan tidak signifikan. Sehingga pada akhirnya, hanya gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi asesor yang memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kinerja asesor, sedangkan motivasi hanya memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket. Responden adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang bekerja pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 134 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dengan pendekatan PLS, dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu pengujian outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Kinerja Pegawai sudah sangat baik, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel Pengawasan, Budaya Kerja, dan Komunikasi, faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah variabel Kepemimpinan, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengawasan adalah variabel Komunikasi dan variabel Kepemimpinan, sedangkan variabel Budaya Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengawasan, variabel Pengawasan sebagai mediasi hanya memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan tidak memediasi hubungan antara budaya kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the relationship between work motivation and employee work discipline; and to ensure the significance of the relationship between work motivation and compensation in terms of mediating the relationship between these influences in the Financial Agency and Regional Assets of Kupang City. This research uses quantitative techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis shows that motivating employees in the workplace is influenced positively and significantly by leadership, rewards and punishment. Discipline in the workplace is significantly and beneficially influenced by leadership, rewards, and punishment. Work motivation influences work discipline positively but not significantly. Workplace motivation is not a moderator of how leadership, rewards, and punishment influence workplace discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, HR competency, and HR information systems on the performance of BPJS Health Ambassadors, Kupang Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The population and sample in this study, totaling 36 people, were all BPJS Health Ambassadors, Kupang Branch. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between work readiness, HR information systems, career development, and HR competency on worker output. Work readiness is also significantly influenced by HR competency characteristics and career development, but not significantly by HR information systems. BPJS Health Kupang Branch management is expected to be able to inspire employees and ensure they adapt to changes in the workplace, provide training opportunities or technical assistance to improve skills, recognize each task completion, and update them accurately. personnel records.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax amnesty on tax socialization and motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Kupang City. This research is included in the quantitative research category. The research results show that taxpayer responses to tax amnesty, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, and taxpayer compliance with four-wheeled motorized vehicles are positive. Factors that have a major influence on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance are: tax amnesty, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer awareness. The influence of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance can be mitigated by tax socialization. However, the effect of the tax amnesty on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance cannot be mitigated by tax socialization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, competence, work environment and organizational culture which simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province. The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 121 people using census techniques. Data can be collected using questionnaires and documentation studies. The research results show that employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Nusa Tenggara Province can be improved by increasing employee motivation, employee competency, work environment and a supportive organizational culture.
