Transformational leadership is closely associated with important and positive work attitudes, particularly job satisfaction. In the school context, this means that principals need to act as leaders who use transformational styles to improve educational outcomes through teacher job satisfaction to improve outcomes in education through teacher job satisfaction. In Indonesia, empirical research on the effect of transformational leadership on the level of teacher job satisfaction. Thus, this article aims to explore the influence of transformational leadership on teacher job satisfaction. This research uses the literature review method by reviewing national and international journal articles from Google Scholar, focusing on articles published from 2018 to 2024. There were 28 articles used as references. The review conducted shows that transformational leadership leadership has a significant effect on the level of job satisfaction of teachers job satisfaction. This article is expected to enrich theoretical knowledge about the influence of transformational leadership on teacher job satisfaction and become a reference for further research.

Abstract: The Role of Academic Supervision of the Head of Madrasah in Improving Teacher Performance. In the current era of globalization, this study seeks to investigate how the role of supervision can improve the performance of madrasah teachers. According to the study's findings, the leadership of the head supervisor of madrasah heads is essential for student character development and improving teacher performance, encouraging reforms to improve education standards, and improving learning effectiveness. The need to build supervisory leadership in madrasah can be determined using a scale that has been created by several studies to assess the leadership skills of the supervisory role of madrasah administrators. Abstract: Principal Visionary Leadership This study aims to explore the effect of the principal's visionary leadership and teacher discipline on teacher performance in schools. The results of the study show that the principal's visionary leadership and teacher discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance, and both affect teacher performance together. Principals have an important role in leading and optimizing resources in schools to achieve common goals, while teacher discipline helps create a healthy and professional work environment. Although the No Child Left Behind law does not explicitly mention the role of the school principal in improving school progress, the results of this study show that school principals have an important role in improving teacher performance and the progress of educational institutions.Keywords: academic, principal, visionaryDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v11.i1.2023.04

Abstract: Teacher Management as Human Resources in Schools. The purpose of writing this article is that the writer wants to analyze what procedures need to be carried out in implementing teacher management as human resources in schools. The low quality of teachers and the quality of education in schools makes human resource management (MSDM) necessary for every educational institution. The research used by the author is descriptive research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method of descriptive review. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from national scientific articles in the range of 2017 to 2022. The database used is Google Scholar. The keywords used are teachers, human resource management, procedures, schools. The writer identified 67 articles and selected 25 of them for analysis. The results of the literature study found 11 articles that match the criteria and objectives of this study. The results of this study are: human resource management procedures in schools that can be applied, namely: program planning, recruitment and selection, teacher placement, training and development, teacher performance evaluation or assessment, and compensation.Keywords: teacher, human resource management, schoolDOI: 10.23960/jmmp .v11.i1.2023.02

The study aims to examine the effect of instructional leadership on organizational commitment. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Pringsewu Regency with a total of 2,736 teachers. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique and obtained 350 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used simple regression. The research findings show that there is a positive influence of head instructional leadership on organizational commitment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja usaha melalui kinerja inovasi pada distribution outlet di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yang termasuk ke dalam non probability sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis SEM-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha distribution outlet di Kawasan Citarum di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah 50 pelaku usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Selain itu, manajemen pengetahuan juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Kemudian, kinerja inovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Secara tidak langsung, manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis melalui kinerja inovasi pada distribution outlet di Kota Bandung.

The performance of qualified and professional teachers is one of the key factors for success in school learning. The better the teacher's performance, the better the quality of educational services. There are many factors that influence teacher performance. One of them is the leadership of the school principal. Among the various styles of school principal leadership, this article focuses on analyzing the influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance, which has so far received little attention from researchers. This research uses a literature review method, where data is collected through articles from 2014 to 2023. A total of 14 articles were collected through Google Scholar. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance. This article is expected to be a reference for further research from a theoretical aspect, namely to increase knowledge about the influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance.

The numeracy literacy of Indonesian students could be higher. Complete learning facilities can support the achievement of student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of the learning environment and learning facilities on students' numeracy literacy. This type of research is quantitative with ex-post facto research methods with a survey design. The overall population consists of 24 state primary schools with a total of 523 students. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. Methods of data collection through questionnaires/questionnaires, questions and document study. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses a simple regression analysis model and multiple regression. The results showed that the learning environment negatively and significantly affected the numeracy literacy of fifth-grade elementary school students. The state of the learning environment around students is quite good, but the response in the form of numeracy literacy learning results is low. Second, the learning environment and facilities influence students' numeracy literacy. Third, the learning environment and facilities negatively and significantly affect numeracy literacy.

There is a needs analysis of low teacher performance. This research aims to analyze school management models to improve elementary school teacher performance. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research, development is carried out referring to Borg & Gall's theory. The population of this research is elementary school teachers. The subjects in this research were 74 teachers. Data collection tools use valid and reliable test instruments. Data analysis techniques with quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the validity data analysis test show that the school management model developed is valid for use. The results of calculating data on attractiveness, convenience and usefulness obtained an average value of 88.35 with very practical criteria. The effectiveness of the management model developed can be seen from the average N-Gain score with medium criteria and the t test shows there is a significant difference in teacher performance. The research conclusion is that the school management model developed is valid and practical to use and effective in improving the performance of elementary school teachers. The implications of this research are that management models can facilitate teachers in improving performance.

Perkembangan teknologi juga sangat pesat didalam bidang kesehatan yang dapat membantu seorang dokter dalam pemeriksaan pasien. Salah satu pemeriksaan kesehatan adalah uji Step Test Havard. Dimana Step Test Havard untuk menguji tingkat kesegaran atau kebugaran jasmani paru dan jantung dengan naik turun pada media setinggi 50 cm selama 5 menit dengan rata-rata 30 langkah per menit. Dimana arduino akan dirancang untuk menghitung jumlah langkah dan waktu langkah yang akan ditampilkan pada LCD. pada saat ini pencatatan dilakukan konvensional atau manual. Dengan melakukan pengujian sebanyak 5 (lima) kali rangkaian dapat berkerja sesuai yang diperintahkan, sensor dapat menerima data kemudian di olah mikrokontroler lalu ditampilkan pada LCD.Pada simulasi bangku Harvard step test menggunakan solidworks didapatkan hasil upper bound axial and bending stress dengan nilai maksimal dan nilai maksimal displacement
