Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dasar masih rendahnya kemampua fisik yang dimiliki oleh siswa SDN 107 dan 144. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik yang dimiliki oleh siswa SDN 107 dan SDN 144. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 172 orang yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Kemampuan fisik didapatkan dengan menggunakan sub-instrument TID, yaitu: standing broad jump, curl-ups, knee push-ups, endurance shuttle run, shuttle run, sit and reach dan shoulder flexibility. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di kota dan siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di pinggir kota dengan nilai Sig. 0.028 < 0,05. 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa jenis kelamin laki-laki di kota dengan siswa laki-laki pinggiran kota dengan nilai Sig 0.048 < 0.05. 3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa jenis kelamin perempuan di kota dengan siswa perempuan pinggiran kota dengan nilai Sig 0.000 < 0.05. 4) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi jenis kelamin dan lokasi sekolah terhadap kemampuan fisik siswa dengan nilai sebesar 0.002 < 0.05. Besar harapan peneliti jika pada akhirnya pihak sekolah dapat turut serta merancang program yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kondisi fisik siswa.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan koordinasi gerak berdasarkan usia dan jenis kelamin Siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Karakteristik Kemampuan Koordinasi Gerak Berdasarkan Usia dan Jenis Kelamin Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Usia dan jenis kelamin adalah sebagai variabel faktor, sedangkan karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak merupakan variabel terikat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Air Hangat Barat yang berjumlah 180 orang siswa dari tingkatan umur 7 sampai 9 tahun dan 10 samapai 12 tahun dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Metode pengabilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling. Pengumpulan data koordinasi gerak yaitu: (1) balance beam (2) Eye-hand coordination, (3) jumping sideway, (4) moving sideways, dan (5) Shuttle Throw. Data koordinasi gerak yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik inferensial ANOVA 2 x 2 dua jalur (two way ANOVA ). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan interpretasi dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak siswa usia 7 - 9 tahun dengan siswa usia 10 - 12 tahun. (2) Terdapat perbedaan karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak siswa antara jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan jenis kelamin perempuan. (3) Terdapat perbedaan interaksi antara usia dan jenis kelamin terhadap karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak, (4) Karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak siswa usia 7 - 9 tahun memiliki perbedaan dengan usia 10 - 12 tahun pada pada jenis kelamin laki-laki, (5) Karakteristik kemampuan koordinasi gerak siswa usia 7 - 9 tahun memiliki perbedaan dengan usia 10 - 12 tahun pada pada jenis kelamin perempuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning implementation of Physical Education in public junior high schools in the city of Padang, Indonesia, paying particular attention to the learning activities of students and teachers, the models and approaches employed, and the degree of physical fitness of the students. This research is survey research involving students (n=100) and Physical Education teachers (n=10) from 5 schools in the urban city, and 5 schools in the suburbs. Questionnaires and Indonesian physical fitness tests for the 13–15- year age group were used to collect the research data. Descriptive statistics were used for the analysis. The findings indicated that teachers' and students' movement-related learning activities in physical education were evaluated as low. Physical education teachers have used sports techniques with the command method rather than modifying sports games as a model for learning. Only 20.00% of them are student-centered, with 80.00% of them being more teacher centered. Then, with a classification of less and very less, it was discovered that students' levels of physical fitness were below average, or 53.00%. In conclusion, to achieve the objectives of physical education, physical education teachers should significantly prepare for learning as well as become proficient in a wide range of efficient learning techniques (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor). Future research is required to validate the findings of this study, including the conception of a sports game-modified learning model in physical education

Abstract

The biomotor skills held by junior tennis players in Jambi City were unknown at the time this research was done. Based on specific factors, this sort of research compares (compares) the results of 48 participants in a total sample. The anthropometry (height and weight), motion coordination (balance beam, jumping sideways, moving sideways, endurance shuttle run, and eye-hand coordination) and physical talents of junior tennis players were measured in order to determine their biomotor skills (shoulder rotation, sit and reach, standing broad jump, curl-ups, knee push-ups, 10x5m shuttle run and endurance shuttle run). Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to assess the data with a 2x2 factorial design. The study that was carried out by the researchers produced the following findings: (1) In Jambi City, there were variations in the biomotor skills of elite and non-elite junior tennis players with a Sig value of 0.044 0.05. (2) There were biomotor differences between junior tennis players that were male and female with values Sig 0.000 0.05. (3) The athlete group and gender have an interaction on biomotor skills with a Sig value of 0.020 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak. Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan yang menyenangkan dan kompetitif diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen dengan analisis data Anova 2 arah untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Jumlah populasi 70 anak dan sampel 36 anak.  Hasil penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional, terdapat perbedaan antara laki-laki dan Perempuan, terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin, terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (laki-laki) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (laki-laki), terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (perempuan) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (perempuan). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan untuk anak laki-laki atau perempuan sama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Penggunaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan sangat penting dan berdampak baik dalam proses pembelajaran gerak dasar anak usia dini. Setiap guru TK dapat menerapkan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan koordinasi gerak antara siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di kota dan siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di pinggir kota, didapatkan nilai Sig 0.020 < 0.05. 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan koordinasi gerak antara siswa umur 7-9 tahun di pusat kota dan pinggir kota” didapatkan nilai signifikansi antara siswa usia 7-9 tahun SDN 107 dan SDN 144 dengan nilai Sig 0.009 < 0.05. 3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan koordinasi gerak antara siswa umur 10-12 tahun di pusat kota dan pinggir kota” didapatkan nilai signifikansi antara siswa usia 10-12 tahun SDN 107 dan SDN 144 dengan nilai Sig 0.005 < 0.05. 4) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan gerak antara siswa jenis kelamin laki-laki di pusat kota dan pinggir kota” didapatkan nilai signifikansi antara SDN 144 dan SDN 107 dengan nilai Sig 0.009 < 0.05. 5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan gerak antara siswa jenis kelamin perempuan di pusat kota dan pinggir kota” didapatkan nilai signifikansi antara SDN 107 dan SDN 144 dengan nilai Sig 0.998 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study is to see the difference in the influence of providing learning programs that use teaching games for understanding and conventional methods in physical education learning on students' abilities in mastering Object Control. This type of research is quantitative associative with a quasi-experimental approach. The design of this study is a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study was all students of SDN 52/V Pematang Pauh, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province, totaling 264 people. Samples were taken using probability sampling, which was divided using simple random sampling totaling 18 male students and 14 female students, then grouped using matching ordinal pairing. The research instrument uses the Test of Gross Motor Skill-2. Data were analyzed by path analysis through 2-path AVAVA testing at α=0.05. The results of hypothesis testing show: (1) There are differences in the level of ability of control objects based on the provision of learning methods where it is found that in the table of hypothesis test results in the method row a significance value of 0.047 is obtained, (2) There are differences in the level of ability of control objects based on sex differences where found in the table of hypothesis test results in the sex row a significance value of 0.002 is obtained, (3) There is no interaction between learning methods and gender in determining the level of ability of control objects where in the table of hypothesis test results in the method row *gender obtained a significance value of 0.740. So it can be concluded that the learning method provided affects the ability of student control objects. The learning method and gender each influence the ability of the object of control but do not affect each other, so it could be that girls and boys with the same method have the same improvement.

Abstract

This study addresses issues in teaching massage techniques within sports education programs, particularly concerning students' inadequate understanding and skill development. To enhance learning outcomes, this research and development (R&D) study employed the ADDIE model, focusing on the creation and validation of video-based learning media specifically designed for massage courses. The research subjects included material and media experts as well as sports education students from Padang State University. Validation results indicated that the video content met high academic and design standards, achieving scores of 88.33% from material experts and 94.54% from media experts. Practicality tests with students yielded positive feedback, with scores of 85.9% for the small group and 85.2% for the large group, demonstrating the media's effectiveness and user-friendliness. These findings suggest that video-based learning media can significantly improve understanding and engagement in complex subjects. This approach offers flexibility and supports diverse learning styles, potentially enhancing educational outcomes and fostering a more interactive learning environment.

Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers in the field, it can be seen that the football dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students are still low. It is suspected that the learning strategies used by trainers are still less effective and also less attention is paid to students' coordination abilities. This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning strategies, inquiry learning strategies and coordination skills on soccer dribbling skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this study were all 32 students of SSB Guguk Malintang Jumior who were registered at SSB. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling, so the sample in this study was 32 people. The instruments used in this study were the Körperkoordinationstest Für Kinder (KTK) test and the dribbling skill test. Data were analyzed using two way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by a T-test. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) Overall, the football dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students. those who were taught through the cooperative strategy had better results than the group of students who were taught through the inquiry strategy (Fcount = 2.515 Ftable = 2.048).(2) Overall there is a difference in the results of the treatment of football dribbling skills between groups of students who have high coordination abilities and students who have low coordination skills are accepted, because the calculation results show that Fcount = 28.18 Ftable = 4.20. (3) There is an interaction between the learning strategy and the ability to coordinate the soccer dribbling skills of Guguk Malintang Junior SSB students (Fcount =10.68 Ftable = 4.20).(4) In the group of students who have high coordination skills who are taught through a cooperative strategy the results are better than the group of students who are taught through an inquiry strategy(Qh=9.393 Q = 2.145).(5) In the group of students who have low coordination skills who are taught through cooperative strategies the results are better than the group of students who are taught through inquiry strategies(Qn = 0.530 Qt = 2.145).
