Abstract

Research about phytochemical screening and antidiabetic activity inside rice leaf extract (phrynium capitatum) had been conducted. Objective of this research was to find phytochemical and antidiabetic activity inside rice leaf extract. Research Methodology used for phytochemical screening was testting of alkaloids, phenolics, flavonoids, saponins, steroids and triterpenoids. While antidiabetic activity testing was carried out on white rats induced by alloxan treatment. Based on phytochemical screening tests of rice leaf extract, components obtained are alkaloid compounds, flavonoids, phenolics and steroids. The results of testing the antidiabetic activity of rice leaf extract in alloxan induced mice by administering 100% rice leaf extract; 200 and 300 mg / kg body weight of rats had a percent decrease in blood sugar concentration, respectively 29.01; 34.07 and 42.03%. The most effective group providing antidibetic effect is the treatment group III (300 mg / kg body weight of rats) when compared to the treatment group I (100 mg / kg body weight of rats) and treatment group II (200 mg / kg body weight of rats).

Abstract

It was conducted a research about the addition effect of sulphanilic acid to the synthesis 3,4-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde from the isosafrole using reagents of sodium dichromate, sulphuric acid, and sulphanilic acid. The separation and purification of product were performed using the chromatography column. The purity of the result was tested using thin layer chromatography and determination of the melting point. Furthermore, it was identified its structure using infrared spectrophotometer, 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry, and mass spectrometry. The experimental result showed that the percentage yield of 3,4-methylenedioxybenzaldehyde with addition sulphanilic acid was 79.54%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) to find out the application of the example non example model in research, 2) to find out thematic learning process in madrasah ibtidaiyah, 3) to find out relevance of example non example model with thematic learning for madrasah ibtidaiyah students. The method used in this research is library research. Data analysis used in qualitative thesis. Qualitative analysis has four methods, namely domain analysis, taxonomic, comparative, and cultural theme analysis, however the researcher will only discuss three methods, namely: domain analysis, taxonomy, and cultural theme analysis.  The result of study show that the example non example model has relevance to thematic learnig for madrasah ibtidaiyah students, including: 1) the example non example model is learning model that provides innovation in teaching and learning activities. In thematic learning, education is to develop active students in the learning process. 2) the purpose of the example non example makes it easier for students to choose one picture between the two options that are approriate according to the subject matter. Thematic learning objectives students can feel the benefits and meanings that exist in the material related to their lives. 3) the example non example model places students as subjects who are more active in the learning process, while the role of educators is as a facilitator, guide, dynamist, mediator, and motivator. 4) thematic learning places students at the center of teaching and learning activities, while the role of educators is as a facilitator, guide, motivator, and dynamist.     Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model example non example dalam penelitian, 2) proses pembelajaran tematik di madrasah ibtidaiyah, 3) Relevansi model example non example dengan pembelajaran tematik bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (libraryresearch). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam skripsi kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif mempunyai empat metode yaitu analisis domain, taksonomi, kompensial, dan analisis tema kultural, akan tetapi peneliti hanya akan membahas tiga metode saja yaitu: analisis domain, taksonomi, dan analisis tema kultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model example non example mempunyai relevansi terhadap pembelajaran tematik bagi siswa madrasah ibtidaiyah, diantaranya: 1) Model example non example salah satu model pembelajaran yang memberikan inovasi dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Dalam pembelajaran tematik, pendidikan untuk mengembangkan peserta didik aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. 2) Tujuan model example non example memudahkan siswa dapat memilih satu gambar antara dua pilihan yang ada dengan tepat sesuai materi pelajaran. Tujuan pembelajaran tematik siswa dapat merasakan  manfaat dan makna yang ada dalam materi yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan mereka. 3) Model example non example menempatkan peserta didik sebagai subjek yang lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran , sedangkan peran pendidik sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dinamisator, mediator, dan motivator. 4) Pembelajaran tematik menempatkan peserta didik sebagai pusat dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, sedangkan peran pendidik sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, motivator, dan dinamisator.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit almost all countries and has an impact on various sectors, one of which is the economy and business. The impact of Covid 19 in the economic and business sectors is felt by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Cake craftsmen in Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi, are one of the SMEs that have been badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the situation analysis, it is known that there are several things that affect the situation, namely: 1. Consumers' fear of unhygienic food products, 2. The closing of shops which are usually used as places to store their merchandise, and 3. Not familiar with online promotion and marketing. Based on this, the objectives of the PKM activity are: to provide assistance to cake-making SMEs in Kotamobagu in order to minimize the impact of the pandemic through improved production, promotion and online marketing. This PKM activity was carried out by involving 10 SMEs in Kotamobagu. The implementation of the activity consists of several stages, namely the preparation stage including the formation of SME groups, the socialization stage includes learning about how to produce cakes using health protocols, and the implementation stage, namely cake production using the Health protocol, making promotional documents and online marketing (making videos and product photos), as well as creating Facebook, Instagram and Youtube accounts. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it is known that this activity is very useful because it is able to produce production improvements, promotions and marketing for SMEs cake craftsmen in Kotamobagu. The output of this activity is the existence of promotional documents and online marketing, through FB, Instagram and Youtube media. The next activity is recommended to conduct training activities with the aim of accelerating the production process, improving product packaging and enriching the variety of superior products to be marketed with a wider target consumer.

Abstract

KARAKTERISTIK TERASI JEROAN IKAN CAKALANG (Katsuwonus pelamis L) BERDASARKAN HASIL UJI ORGANOLEPTIKABSTRAKTerasi adalah suatu jenis bahan penyedap makanan yang berbentuk padat, berbau  khas, hasil fermentasi udang atau ikan atau campuran keduanya dengan  garam,atau  tanpa bahan tambahan lain yang diizinkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Menentukan karakteristik terasi  dari jeroan ikan cakalang berdasarkan Hasil Organoleptik. Metode yang dikembangkan Teknik Kering (TK) dan  Teknik Semi Basah (TSM), dengan proses lama fermentasi (t): (5,10, dan 15 hari ) serta konsentrasi garam (G) : ( 5%, 10% dan 20%).  Pengujian Organoleptik berdasarkan SNI No. 2716:2016. Penelitian ini dilakasanakan Fakultas MIPA dan selama 2-3 bulan. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan terasi terbaik dari Teknik Kering, berdasarkan uji kenampakan, Bau, Rasa dan Tekstur yaitu waktu fermentasi 15 hari (G3) dan konsentrasi garam 20% (G3). Untuk Sampel TTK (G3,t3)  uji kenampakan : 7,227, Bau: 7,345, Rasa : 7,299 dan Tesktur : 7,33, sehingga berdasarkan SNI Terasi Udang No. 2716:2016, minimla uji organoleptik 7, maka pengujian pada sampel TTK (G3,t3) sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan  dengan Standar deviasi (1,96) dan P (95%).Kata kunci : Terasi, Organoleptik, Ikan Cakalang, Karakteristik THE OPTIMIZATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF FISH PASTEINNARDS FROM SKIPJACK,  (Katsuwonus pelamis, L). ABSTRACT Terasi (the Indonesian seafood fermented paste) is a type of solid-shaped flavoring ingredients, with its distinctive odor, is a fermented shrimp or fish or a mixture of both with salt, orno other permitted additives. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of Terasi from the offal of skipjack tuna based on the Organoleptic Test Result. The methoddevelopedthrough Dry Technique (TK) and Semi-Wet Technique (TSM), with the fermentation process (t): (5,10 and 15 days) and salt concentration (5%, 10% and 20%). Organoleptic Test is based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) No. 2716: 2016. The test result obtained the best Terasithrough Dry Technique, based on the appearance, odor, taste and texture test that were 15 days of fermentation process (G3) and 20% of salt concentration (G3). For the sample of TTK (G3, t3) the appearance test : 7.227, Odor: 7,345, Taste: 7,299 and Texture: 7,3302. So that based on the SNI, Terasi UdangNo. 2716: 2016, with the minimun organoleptic test of 7, has determined that the testing on TTK samples (G3, t3) is in accordance with the Deviation Standard (1.96) and P (95%).Keyword: Terasi, Organoleptic, Skipjack tuna, Characteristic

Abstract

KANDUNGAN SERAT KASAR DARI BAKASANG IKAN TUNA (Thunnus sp.) PADA BERBAGAI KADAR GARAM, SUHU DAN WAKTU FERMENTASI ABSTRAKBakasang ikan tuna adalah salah satu produk fermentasi yang umumnya dibuat dari jeroan ikan tuna dengan penambahan garam. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan Mengetahui kandungan serat kasar dari bakasang ikan tuna (Thunnus sp.) pada berbagai kondisi pengolahan. Kajian yang dilakukan meliputi pengujian analisis kadar serat kasar. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan bulan Januari sampai Maret di Laboratorium Biokimia Universitas Sam Ratulangi dan Laboratorium Badan Riset dan Standarisasi Industri Manado. Hasil terbaik kadar serat kasar bakasang ikan tuna dengan kadar garam terbaik kadar garam 30%, suhu 50oC dan waktu fermentasi 15 hari yaitu 1,0018% yang menunjukan kandungan gizi yang baik untuk kesehatan.Kata kunci : Ikan Tuna (Thunnus sp.), Gizi, Bakasang, Serat Kasar THE RIGHT FIBER CONTENT OF THE TUNA FISH BAKASANG (Thunnus sp.) ON VARIOUS CONDITIONS OF SALT, TEMPERATUREAND FERMENTATION TIMEABSTRACT Bakasang tuna is one of the fermentation products that are generally made from tuna innards by detailing the salt. Therefore, research is conducted with the aim of containing crude fiber content from tuna tuna (Thunnus sp.) In various processing conditions. The study included the testing of crude fiber content. The research has been conducted from January to March in the Biochemical Laboratory of Sam Ratulangi University and Laboratory of Manado Industry Research and Standards Agency. The best results of crude fiber content of tuna fish with salt content of 30% salt, 50oC temperature and fermentation time of 15 days is 1.0018% indicating good nutrition for health.Keyword: Tuna (Thunnus sp.), Nutrition, Bakasang, Rough Fiber

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the effect of potassium hydroxide catalyst concentration on the yield of coconut oil (Cocos nucifera) transesterification and continued to characterize the reaction results. The concentration of potassium hydroxide used was 1, 2, and 3% by weight of coconut oil with ethanol as the reactant. The data processing used was the one-way analysis of variation and its characterization from a physicochemical perspective, followed by the analysis of gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GCSM) and infrared spectrophotometry. Based on the data processing results, potassium hydroxide concentrations of 1, 2, and 3% did not affect the yield of the transesterification reaction of coconut oil, and the results were 74.5264%, 71.9330%, and 69.0420%. The characterization results show that the physicochemical properties of the reaction products, such as acid number, density, and viscosity, comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for biodiesel. The results of the GCMS analysis showed that nine peaks were dominated by ethyl laurate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keamanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Aplikasi Dana di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Aplikasi Dana di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik non probability sampling dengan metode sample sampling purposive. Analisis statistik data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial variabel keamanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan variabel kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen secara parsial. Secara simultan variabel keamanan dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Aplikasi Dana di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the current era is increasing rapidly, both in the industrial and service sectors. In fact, the existence of the sharia industry in the last decade has been increasingly widespread in various parts of the world, and is also developing in countries with a Muslim minority population. The tourism industry is of course very closely related to the accommodation business, especially the sharia hotel business, especially sharia hotels, which is one of the business sectors that offers good profits, because now modern people who go out of town for work or just for vacation really need lodging or hotel services. In this research was conducted to influence the influence of the application of Islamic values, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance. This study uses multiple linear regression testing. The population used is Seven Dream Syari'ah Hotel and Resto employees. As for sampling with non-probability sampling method as many as 35 respondents. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the application of Islamic values, leadership style, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Seven Dream Syari'ah Hotel and Resto employees.

Abstract

Instagram is not just for sharing information, but also a means of communicating and interacting online to do business marketing. So this study aims to explain and analyze the use of STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and marketing mix (Marketing mix) in online marketing through the Instagram application at the Medina Kalisat Shop. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the researcher concludes that Toko Madinah has implemented STP well. The results of the analysis of the marketing mix (marketing mix), the company pays attention to the variables from the STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) of a company so that online marketing management can run smoothly. effective and efficient. Toko Madinah still has limited knowledge in marketing through Instagram so that the function of social media that they have is not optimal. Suggestions for optimizing online marketing through Instagram are by utilizing the features of Instagram videos, Live videos, Instagram stories, and shopping tags.
