Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at restaurants in Jember. By using a systematic literature review method consisting of three stages, namely, planning, implementation, and reporting. The research data was obtained from Google Scholar published in 2014 to 2021, the initial research found in this study was 438 articles, and the total research used was 12 articles as data sources and will be analyzed further. This study only uses research with a quantitative approach. The results of a systematic literature review of all published studies state that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions at restaurants in Jember are very diverse, namely, Store Atmosphere, product, price, promotion, place, Taste, Service Quality, Facilities, advertising, and lifestyles. The main factor that influences is the place where consumers are not likely to find products that are outside the reach of consumers. The location factor is also a factor that determines the success of a business. Place strategy is one of the most important determinants in consumer behavior, companies must choose a strategic location in placing their shop (restaurant) in an area / area close to crowds and community activities.

Abstract

Tahun 2020 awal ditandai dengan merebaknya Pandemi Covid 19 di seluruh dunia pada umumnya dan Indonesia khususnya. Semua pihak bersinergi agar dapat menanggulangi wabah Pandemi Covid 19 ini. Salah satu lembaga yang mempunyai peran penting dalam penanganan Pandemi Covid 19 ini adalah lembaga yang bergerak di sektor kesehatan, seperti tempat praktik mandiri tenaga kesehatan, pusat kesehatan masyarakat,  klinik, rumah sakit,  apotek,  unit transfusi darah,  laboratorium kesehatan, optikal, fasilitas pelayanan kedokteran untuk kepentingan hukum, dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tradisional  (PP No. 47/2016 Pasal 4). Semua fasilitas kesehatan berupaya sekuat tenaga agar dapat memberikan bantuan untuk mengurangi meluasnya wabah Pandemi Covid 19. Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmenganalisis dan mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan, organizational citizenship behavioral dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Klinik Rawap Inap dr. M. Suherman Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Klinik Rawap Inap dr. M.Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang berjumlah 70 pegawai yang terdiri dari dokter, perawat dan tenaga administrasi serta office boy. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden yang telah mengisi kuisioner yang dikirim dengan google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Abstract

This study aims to analyze product quality, customer satisfaction, and the promotion concept of repurchasing decisions for Larissa Skin Care products in Jember. The type of data to be used is quantitative data. The primary data source that will be used in this study comes from a list of questions (questionnaires) that will be distributed to respondents. The questionnaire contains data on the characteristics of the respondents in the form of gender, age, profession, status, number of product purchases, number of treatments. The questionnaire also contains questions regarding the variables of product quality, customer satisfaction, promotions and repurchase decisions. The results showed that product quality has a significant effect on repurchasing decisions for Larissa Skin Care products in Jember. Then the customer has a significant effect on the repurchase decision of Larissa Skin Care product satisfaction in Jember. Lastly, promotions have a significant effect on repurchasing decisions for Larissa Skin Care products in Jember. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Promotion, Repurchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut kewirausahaan, tingkat pendidikan, modal usaha, dan pendekatan pemasaran terhadap kemajuan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Tape yang berlokasi di Desa Wringin Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 83 orang pelaku usaha UMKM Tape yang berada di Desa Wringin Bondowoso. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran survei kepada para pemilik usaha UMKM Tape yang berada di desa. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi evaluasi kualitas data, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, t dan f, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji T menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara pengembangan usaha pada UMKM Tape di Desa Wringin Bondowoso dengan kualifikasi, modal usaha, atau strategi pemasaran. Sebaliknya, atribut kewirausahaan terlihat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemajuan perkembangan usaha di kalangan UMKM tape di wilayah yang sama. Sebaliknya uji F menunjukkan bahwa atribut kewirausahaan, modal usaha, tingkat pendidikan, dan strategi pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha UMKM Tape di Desa Wringin Bondowoso jika ditinjau secara kolektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, price and service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Donat-Roti Ciliwung Pagah Jember Branch customers. The quantitative approach method was used in this study. Examining was done by purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study was 105 respondents. The analysis used in this study used a variance-based SEM test or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp PLS 7.0 program. The results of the study prove, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty,  Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, there is an indirect influence both from the variables of brand image, price and service quality on customer loyalty through intervening variables of customer satisfaction. With the value of indirect influence is small than the direct influence.

Abstract

tofu industry is an industry engaged in the food sector, namely processing agricultural products in the form of soybeans that sell food needs in the form of tofu. The process of making tofu in the Fausi tofu industry with a large amount every day makes the supply of soybean raw materials must be maintained optimally. Recording for the purchase of soybean raw materials which is still done manually by writing in a daily book makes it difficult for the owner or employees involved to review stock inventory. Descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach is done by identifying existing data, comparing the results of the data obtained with the existing theory, producing an overview of the problem to be studied and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of soybean raw material inventory control in the fausi tofu industry, namely the Economic Order Quantity method can be more optimal than the manual method. Reorder point (ROP) which determines the point at which raw material inventory must be added before running out of inventory in 2023 is at least 1449 Kg. And the calculation of Total Inventory Cost in the Fausi Tofu Industry is more effective using the EOQ method than the manual method because it can reduce total inventory cost by Rp 6,710,485 so that the costs incurred are lower.

Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia is a potential market. New businesses in the food and beverage industry emerged as a result of the Indonesian people's tendency to like fast food. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that influence PT's marketing performance. Cipta Aneka Selera, including digital marketing, product creativity and service quality. It is hoped that this research will be useful as a source of evaluation and information regarding the influence of digital marketing, product creativity and service quality on marketing performance. Therefore, it is hoped that this research will be useful in determining PT's marketing strategy. Create a variety of tastes more effectively. This research uses associative quantitative methods. In this research, the manager of PT. Cipta Aneka Selera throughout East Java was involved. A total of 87 people who answered were taken as a saturated sample. The research results show that digital marketing, product creativity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on PT's marketing performance. Create Various Tastes.

Abstract

This research fills the knowledge gap regarding the use of Fishbone Diagrams to analyze the quality of tempe products in Bondowoso Regency, which has not been widely applied before. Most previous research tends to separate production factors, such as production processes or production machines, but this research combines all these factors in one analytical framework. The type of research used is quantitative with the object of 100 tempeh industries in Bondowoso, using questionnaires and observations for primary data collection. The novelty of the research lies in the application of the Fishbone Diagram in the context of the Bondowoso tempe industry. The practical implication is to provide recommendations for tempe industry players to improve product quality through improving production processes, using appropriate machines, selecting quality raw materials, as well as improving workforce skills and relationships with suppliers. These steps are expected to improve the quality of tempeh, expand the market, and strengthen the position of the local tempeh industry.

Abstract

In facing increasingly tight business competition, companies are required to continue to improve service quality, offer competitive prices, and carry out effective promotions to maintain customer satisfaction. This is very relevant in the tourism industry, especially in the vehicle rental service subsector, where service quality, price perception, and promotion play an important role in influencing customer satisfaction. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality, price perception, and promotion on customer satisfaction at BROW Tours and Travel Lumajang. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 85 participants. Data testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that service quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, BROW Tours and Travel is expected to continue to improve service quality, adjust pricing strategies, and carry out more effective promotions to increase customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality; Price Perception; Promotion; Satisfaction

Abstract

Fashion is a term that is usually used to characterize a certain style that is then considered popular in a certain period of time. Generally, the style in question refers to the clothing trends that develop in society at that time. Over time, fashion is not only limited to clothing, but also includes accessories, lifestyle, make-up and hair. In fact, fashion trends are now expanding to the technology and automotive sectors. The implication is that business owners can optimize promotional strategies to attract consumer attention and trigger impulse buying. For example, by giving sudden discounts, presenting limited-time offers, or using attractive visual marketing. In this article, the author in conducting research tries to analyze how the impact of the variables Lifestyle (X1), Fashion Involvement (X2), and Promotion (X3) on Impulse Buying (Y) on consumers of Tuku2 Store Jember, a women's fashion store. The object of this research, in addition to selling directly to consumers, sales are also carried out online. So this study uses a quantitative approach based on the number of samples, namely 96 respondents, where this uses a method in the form of a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through several stages of analysis, including data instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, determination coefficient analysis (R²), and hypothesis testing. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. Where the results of the study show that the variables Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Promotion have a good and relevant impact on Impulse Buying on Tuku2 Store Jember consumers.
