Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio (CR) and total assets turnover (TAT) on stock prices and return on assets (ROA) as intervening variables in Hotels, Restaurants, and Tourism Companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis method using SmartPLS. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling because the population is the same as the sample, namely, ten companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that: (1) The variables that have a significant effect on ROA are CR and TAT; (2) The variables that have a significant effect on stock prices are CR and ROA; (3) The variable that has no significant effect on stock prices is TAT; (4) The CR variable has a significant effect on stock prices through ROA; (5) The TAT variable has a significant effect on stock prices through ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh promosi media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif.  Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 9.200 pelanggan Scarlett’s Cafe PIK yang diperoleh dari Agustus sampai Oktober 2022. Kemudian sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, didapatkan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Scarlett’s Café PIK. Dengan adanya media sosial seperti Instagram dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memasarkan produk dengan luas dikarenakan jaringan media sosial yang luas dan dapat menghemat biaya promosi. Dengan adanya penyebaran informasi melalui word of mouth dilakukan secara konvensional dapat menimbulkan interaksi antara konsumen satu dengan konsumen lainnya membuat konsumen lain penasaran dengan produk makanan dan minuman di Scarlett’s Café PIK. Scarlett’s Café PIK diharapkan selalu mempertahankan dan menciptakan reputasi dan citra yang baik pada persepsi konsumen baik itu dengan produk yang dijual, layanan yang diberikan, lokasi, dan aspek lain-lainnya agar timbul kesan yang positif di media sosial Instagram dan word of mouth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the utilization of Dutch colonial buildings inJakarta which were used as cultural tourism. This study uses a type of field research using aqualitative approach. To find out the history of the city of Jakarta and the architecture of theDutch colonial buildings, the authors took data from previous research books and journals.As for the state of the Dutch Colonial building which is still standing in Jakarta, the authorconducted interviews with 5 (five) informants, namely tourists, the public, researchers,lecturers and the tourism of fice. The results of the study show that 9 (nine) Dutch colonialbuildings in the city of Jakarta are in very good condition because they are well managed andcared for by the DKI Jakarta government and historical evidence that Jakarta used to be theresid ence of the Dutch who had visited the city of Batavia and carried out activities.colonialism in Batavia which made the activities of the City of Jakarta now modern frombuilding architecture, social and new technology. For the DKI Jakarta government, it i shoped that the Dutch Colonial buildings will always be managed and cared for properly, sothat the existence of these buildings can maintain their historical value. For the people of DKI Jakarta, this Dutch Colonial building can be used as a cultural tourism object as a historicallesson for the next young generation who can know the history of the city, nation and country.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital bank products on service quality through customer satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative description. Total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) Digital bank products have a significant effect on the quality of banking services; (2) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (3) Quality of banking services has a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (4) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises through Quality of banking services.

Abstract

A sufficiently large working capital, a long-operating business, skilled and experienced employees, as well as determining the appropriate business opening and closing hours, all can increase the chances of getting more visitors, increasing customer trust, and higher business revenue. This study aims to determine the influence of working capital, number of employees, length of business operation, and working hours on the income of entrepreneurs in Danau Cipondoh. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population and sample size are both 63 entrepreneurs. The partial results of the study indicate that working capital and the number of employees do not have a significant effect on income. However, the length of business operation and working hours have a significant effect on income. Entrepreneurs in Danau Cipondoh do not have sufficient capital, but maintaining good product quality and service quality results in increased visitors and revenue. The length of business operation makes entrepreneurs more diligent in running their business and producing high work productivity and income. With sufficient skilled workers, the business can run well, leading to an increase in sales volume and revenue. Extending working hours has an impact on increasing sales volume and revenue. The implications of this study are: (1) Entrepreneurs need to manage working capital well, improve efficiency, and productivity; (2) Tourism destination managers need to improve infrastructure, facilities, and promotion; (3) The government of Tangerang Kota needs to provide training, mentoring, financing, facilities, and supervision for business activities.

Abstract

The quality of the cultural tourist attraction of Chinatown Glodok still has several problems. It is caused by several factor including heritage, hospitality, and E-WOM. This study aims to analyses the effect of heritage, hospitality, and E-WOM on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction as an intervention in Chinatown Glodok, West Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The sample amounted to 200 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research method uses path analysis with the help of the Smart PLS program with measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model). The results showed that: (1) Heritage and hospitality had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (2) E-WOM has no significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (3) Heritage, hospitality, and visitor satisfaction have a significant effect on visiting decisions; (4) E-WOM has no significant effect on visiting decisions; (5) Heritage and hospitality have a significant effect on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction; (6) E-WOM has no significant effect on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the strategic location of Lake Kampung Bintaro Pesanggrahan on the increase in the number of tourists, as well as evaluate the impact on the income of food and beverage traders in the area. This type of research is qualitative research with research methods using direct observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. The research results show that visitors frequently visit Kampung Bintaro Lake on weekends because of its strategic location and facilities, such as places of worship, culinary delights, entertainment, and unique experiences. This impacts small traders in meeting visitors' needs for food and drinks. Beverages, thereby helping small traders increase their income. Lake Kampung Bintaro Pesanggrahan, as a strategically located tourist destination, has great potential to attract more tourists and positively contribute to the income of food and beverage traders. Visitors are advised only to throw rubbish carefully. The DKI Jakarta government is always expected to maintain the lake's condition well, such as cleaning the lake of rubbish, maintaining water quality, and keeping the lake ecosystem whole to remain healthy and function well. Food and beverage traders in Lake Pesanggrahan are encouraged to prioritize the cleanliness of food and beverages and the surrounding environment to maintain customer health and preserve nature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atraksi, aksesbilitas, amenitas dan ancillary terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada Telaga Biru Cisoka, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  kaum milenial yang mengunjungi Telaga Biru Cisoka, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik  pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial hanya ancillary yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kaum milenial dan minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial. Kemudian secara parsial secara parsial hanya ancillary tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial melalui kepuasan kaum milenial. Telaga Biru Cisoka memberikan kepuasan dan minat kunjung kembali karena: (1) adanya atraksi alam berupa keindahan warna telaga dan atraksi buatannya meliputi wisata selfie, ayunan, jungkat-jungkit, flying fox, wahana bebek, penyewaan perahu; (2) karena adanya aksebilitas yang baik dan mudah dijangkau seperti kondisi jalan berbeton dan beraspal, jarak tempuh yang singkat, transportasi yang memadai; (3) adanya amenitas yang cukup meliputi area parkir cukup luas, air bersih yang sudah ada, warung makan. Untuk Pengelola Objek Wisata disarankan menambah atraksi baru, melengkapi dan mengelola serta merawat fasilitas.

Abstract

Financial management counseling for home-based convection business actors in Jurangmangu, South Tangerang, was held to overcome the low understanding of working capital management, financial planning and risk mitigation. The aim of this activity is to increase participants' financial literacy so they can manage their businesses more effectively. The methods used include conveying participants' needs, compiling material, providing direct counseling, interactive discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. Post-evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with 100% answering correctly on the post-test counseling, compared to only 10-20% correct on the pre-test. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of good working capital management and financial planning to maintain business liquidity and stability. It is recommended that business actors continue to attend training and build good relationships with customers and suppliers to support the growth and desires of their business. Through the application of the knowledge gained, it is hoped that business actors can increase operational efficiency and achieve success in their business convection.
