Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital bank products on service quality through customer satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative description. Total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) Digital bank products have a significant effect on the quality of banking services; (2) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (3) Quality of banking services has a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises; (4) Bank digital products have a significant effect on the satisfaction of banking services by small enterprises through Quality of banking services.

Abstract

A sufficiently large working capital, a long-operating business, skilled and experienced employees, as well as determining the appropriate business opening and closing hours, all can increase the chances of getting more visitors, increasing customer trust, and higher business revenue. This study aims to determine the influence of working capital, number of employees, length of business operation, and working hours on the income of entrepreneurs in Danau Cipondoh. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population and sample size are both 63 entrepreneurs. The partial results of the study indicate that working capital and the number of employees do not have a significant effect on income. However, the length of business operation and working hours have a significant effect on income. Entrepreneurs in Danau Cipondoh do not have sufficient capital, but maintaining good product quality and service quality results in increased visitors and revenue. The length of business operation makes entrepreneurs more diligent in running their business and producing high work productivity and income. With sufficient skilled workers, the business can run well, leading to an increase in sales volume and revenue. Extending working hours has an impact on increasing sales volume and revenue. The implications of this study are: (1) Entrepreneurs need to manage working capital well, improve efficiency, and productivity; (2) Tourism destination managers need to improve infrastructure, facilities, and promotion; (3) The government of Tangerang Kota needs to provide training, mentoring, financing, facilities, and supervision for business activities.

Abstract

The quality of the cultural tourist attraction of Chinatown Glodok still has several problems. It is caused by several factor including heritage, hospitality, and E-WOM. This study aims to analyses the effect of heritage, hospitality, and E-WOM on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction as an intervention in Chinatown Glodok, West Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The sample amounted to 200 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research method uses path analysis with the help of the Smart PLS program with measurement model analysis (outer model) and structural model analysis (inner model). The results showed that: (1) Heritage and hospitality had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (2) E-WOM has no significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (3) Heritage, hospitality, and visitor satisfaction have a significant effect on visiting decisions; (4) E-WOM has no significant effect on visiting decisions; (5) Heritage and hospitality have a significant effect on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction; (6) E-WOM has no significant effect on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the strategic location of Lake Kampung Bintaro Pesanggrahan on the increase in the number of tourists, as well as evaluate the impact on the income of food and beverage traders in the area. This type of research is qualitative research with research methods using direct observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. The research results show that visitors frequently visit Kampung Bintaro Lake on weekends because of its strategic location and facilities, such as places of worship, culinary delights, entertainment, and unique experiences. This impacts small traders in meeting visitors' needs for food and drinks. Beverages, thereby helping small traders increase their income. Lake Kampung Bintaro Pesanggrahan, as a strategically located tourist destination, has great potential to attract more tourists and positively contribute to the income of food and beverage traders. Visitors are advised only to throw rubbish carefully. The DKI Jakarta government is always expected to maintain the lake's condition well, such as cleaning the lake of rubbish, maintaining water quality, and keeping the lake ecosystem whole to remain healthy and function well. Food and beverage traders in Lake Pesanggrahan are encouraged to prioritize the cleanliness of food and beverages and the surrounding environment to maintain customer health and preserve nature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atraksi, aksesbilitas, amenitas dan ancillary terhadap minat berkunjung kembali dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening pada Telaga Biru Cisoka, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  kaum milenial yang mengunjungi Telaga Biru Cisoka, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik  pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial hanya ancillary yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kaum milenial dan minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial. Kemudian secara parsial secara parsial hanya ancillary tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial melalui kepuasan kaum milenial. Telaga Biru Cisoka memberikan kepuasan dan minat kunjung kembali karena: (1) adanya atraksi alam berupa keindahan warna telaga dan atraksi buatannya meliputi wisata selfie, ayunan, jungkat-jungkit, flying fox, wahana bebek, penyewaan perahu; (2) karena adanya aksebilitas yang baik dan mudah dijangkau seperti kondisi jalan berbeton dan beraspal, jarak tempuh yang singkat, transportasi yang memadai; (3) adanya amenitas yang cukup meliputi area parkir cukup luas, air bersih yang sudah ada, warung makan. Untuk Pengelola Objek Wisata disarankan menambah atraksi baru, melengkapi dan mengelola serta merawat fasilitas.

Abstract

Financial management counseling for home-based convection business actors in Jurangmangu, South Tangerang, was held to overcome the low understanding of working capital management, financial planning and risk mitigation. The aim of this activity is to increase participants' financial literacy so they can manage their businesses more effectively. The methods used include conveying participants' needs, compiling material, providing direct counseling, interactive discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. Post-evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with 100% answering correctly on the post-test counseling, compared to only 10-20% correct on the pre-test. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes the importance of good working capital management and financial planning to maintain business liquidity and stability. It is recommended that business actors continue to attend training and build good relationships with customers and suppliers to support the growth and desires of their business. Through the application of the knowledge gained, it is hoped that business actors can increase operational efficiency and achieve success in their business convection.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, contributing to GDP, creating jobs and reducing poverty. However, MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges that hinder their development, such as limited managerial skills, lack of product innovation, and limited access to financing. This research aims to identify internal and external factors that influence the development of MSMEs in Indonesia and provide recommendations to support their growth. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and document studies in several large cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. The research results show that the main internal factors hindering the development of MSMEs are a lack of managerial skills and product innovation. Meanwhile, external factors include limited access to financing and uneven government policies. Technology and digitalization provide excellent opportunities for MSMEs to increase their competitiveness, but limited digital skills remain an obstacle. In conclusion, managerial training, product innovation, and simplifying access to financing are necessary to encourage the growth of MSMEs. The government must also improve its socialization policy and ensure its implementation is evenly distributed throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of profitability and company size on company value through company value for 2019-2022. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which was processed with Eviews using the path analysis method, namely direct and indirect influence. The population in this research is all hotel companies in Indonesia. The sample consisted of 10 hotel companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The partial research results show that profitability significantly affects capital structure and company value. A high ROE in hotel companies significantly affects capital structure because they can obtain loans at lower interest rates, show permits, and have the option to use less debt. A high ROE reflects management's efficiency in using capital and is attractive to investors looking for a high rate of return.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan restoran adalah sektor usaha yang memiliki dampak sosial dan lingkungan yang signifikan, dan investasi dalam penerapan good corporate governance (GCG) dan  corporate social responbility (CSR) yang dapat berdampak pada citra dan kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh GCG dan  CSR terhadap return saham melalui return on asset (ROA). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur menggunakan software Eviews. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan restoran yang ada di Indonesia, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 (tujuh) perusahaan restoran yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) GCG dan CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA; (2) CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA; (3) GCG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham; (4) CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham; (5) ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham; (6) GCG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham melalui ROA; (7) CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham melalui ROA. Menerapkan GCG dan praktik CSR yang baik pada perusahaan restoran dapat meningkatkan ROA dan return saham melalui peningkatan transparansi, akuntabilitas, reputasi, efisiensi operasional, dan manajemen risiko, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik dan ramah lingkungan.Kata Kunci: GCG, CSR, ROA, Return SahamABSTRACT Restaurant companies are a business sector that has significant social and environmental impacts, and investments in implementing good corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) can have an impact on image and financial performance. This research aims to determine the influence of GCG and CSR on stock returns through return on assets (ROA). This type of research is quantitative research with path analysis methods using Eviews software. The population in this research is all restaurant companies in Indonesia, while the sample in this research is 7 (seven) restaurant companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The research results show that: (1) GCG and CSR have a significant effect on ROA; (2) CSR has a significant effect on ROA; (3) GCG has a significant effect on stock returns; (4) CSR has a significant effect on stock returns; (5) ROA has a significant effect on stock returns; (6) GCG has a significant effect on stock returns through ROA; (7) CSR has a significant effect on stock returns through ROA. Implementing good GCG and CSR practices in restaurant companies can increase ROA and stock returns through increasing transparency, accountability, reputation, operational efficiency and risk management, as well as creating a better and environmentally friendly work environment.Keywords: GCG, CSR, ROA, Stock Return Â
