Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelaksana Teknis Asrama Haji Embarkasi Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh, yang melibatkan seluruh seluruh populasi sebanyak 55 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 30 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, fasilitas kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Temuan-temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen Unit Pelaksana Teknis Asrama Haji Embarkasi Medan perlu mempertimbangkan untuk mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan kebijakan kompensasi yang lebih adil dan meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas kerja yang lebih baik untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan yang optimal.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era marks a shift in community development by integrating advanced technology with human-centered values. This article explores strategic efforts to enhance digital literacy and social innovation as core pillars to foster self-reliance in remote villages. Using a qualitative approach through literature reviews and reflections on community service practices, the study identifies key challenges such as digital infrastructure gaps, limited access to education, and cultural barriers. At the same time, it highlights the untapped local potentials that can be harnessed through digital empowerment. The discussion emphasizes the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration involving academics, government institutions, and local communities to realize inclusive digital transformation. Findings suggest that integrating technological skills with local knowledge systems not only supports digital inclusion but also stimulates innovation tailored to local needs. In conclusion, the synergy between digital literacy and social innovation emerges as a sustainable strategy to accelerate rural self-sufficiency in the age of Society 5.0, offering a human-centered approach to technological advancement.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve children's fine motor skills through task-based learning in scissor-cutting activities at TK Pertiwi 1 Dukuhwaluh, Kembaran District, using a Classroom Action Research approach with observational data collection. The participants were 15 children aged 5-6 years in Group B, and the data were analyzed quantitatively. In the pre-cycle, 13% of children (2 students) had not yet developed the skills, 73% (11 students) were beginning to develop, 7% (1 student) were developing as expected, and 7% (1 student) had very well-developed skills. By Cycle 1, no children remained in the undeveloped category, while the beginning to develop group maintained 73% (11 students) with some individual changes, and both the developing as expected and very well-developed groups increased to 13% (2 students each). In Cycle 2, all children showed progress, with no students in the beginning stage, 13% (2 students) maintaining expected development, and a significant 87% (13 students) achieving very well-developed status. The study exceeded its 80% success target, with 87% of children reaching the highest skill level, demonstrating that the task-based cutting activities effectively enhanced fine motor skills in Group B children at TK Pertiwi 1 Dukuhwaluh.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the influence of each predetermined variable, both simultaneously and partially. From a total population of 31 companies, and based on the criteria that have been set, a sample of 20 companies was obtained. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data measured on a ratio scale to be processed statistically. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis through the F test show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Return on Assets (ROA) variable simultaneously does not have a significant positive effect on stock returns. However, the results of the (partial) t-test show that DER and ROA do not have a significant influence on the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and relevance of the "7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children" program at SMAS NU Toboali in creating a high-quality learning process by instilling the steps of habitual good practices in students' daily lives. Through these good practices, the school can fulfill its function of producing a generation of students who are more competent and prepared to face the challenges of the digitalization era while also addressing the issue of moral degradation in the current context. The "7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children" program focuses on instilling excellent character values and cultivating students' habitual orderly lifestyles in their everyday lives with the guidance, direction, and supervision of parents and teachers at school. These good practices are essential for students to face the challenges of the times while maintaining their identity as a generation that is physically and mentally healthy, possesses integrity, and is adaptive and innovative.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sistem kompensasi,beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan dengan mengukur variabel -variabel secara objektif, menguji hubungan antar variabel, serta membuat generalisasi berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari sampel. Peneliti mengambil sampel keseluruan yaitu 72 karyawan. Design penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanatori bertujuan untuk menguji teori atau hipotesis, baik untuk memperkuat maupun menolak teori yang sudah ada. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan kuesioner, observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Dengan variabel independent: Sistem kompensasi, beban kerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja. Variabel dependent: Prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. Dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,040 < 0,1. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban. nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,000 < 0,1. Dan dengan nilai signifikansi (sig) = 0,045 < 0,1 Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Satuan Pelayanan Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Tanjung Uban dengan memperbaiki system kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja, dapat menciptakan gairah kerja, sehingga produktivitas kerja meningkat.Akurat dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menetapkan karyawan penerima reward dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Implementasi metode VIKOR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keakuratan penilaian kinerja, meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan, serta pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan profit Perusahaan.

Abstract

Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In contrast, workload and stress negatively affect performance in a significant way. Together, these three variables explain 37.6% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining portion is influenced by factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings align with previous research which suggests that a comfortable work environment enhances performance, whereas excessive workload and high stress levels tend to reduce it. Therefore, it is recommended that PT Girvi Mas foster a supportive workplace atmosphere, balance workloads appropriately, and implement stress management strategies to improve employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the song "Selalu Ada di Nadimu" by Laleilmanino using the mimetic approach in literary criticism. The mimetic approach views a work of art as a reflection of social reality and human experience, so this analysis focuses on how the song’s lyrics represent the emotional relationship between parents and children as well as the strong family values in Indonesian society. The song is considered a reflection of the creator’s personal experience as well as a broader social reality, especially regarding the hopes and prayers of parents for their children to remain strong in facing life’s challenges. The method used is qualitative descriptive with content analysis of the lyrics as the main data. The results show that "Selalu Ada di Nadimu" functions not only as an aesthetic work of art but also as a medium of social reflection conveying moral messages and real-life values through symbolism and metaphors in its lyrics. Thus, the song reinforces the function of music as a communication tool capable of portraying and strengthening the social and emotional experiences of its listeners.

Abstract

The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technology has opened new opportunities for developing intelligent communication systems through chatbots. This study explores how the integration of n8n, a fair-code workflow automation tool, with AI can create autonomous chatbots that not only interact automatically with users but also analyze and report conversation outcomes in a structured manner. We propose a methodology that combines natural language processing (NLP) with automated workflows to build a chatbot capable of storing user interaction data, processing it into insights, and generating analytical reports that support service evaluation and business decision-making. This approach not only enhances user service efficiency but also adds analytical capabilities that would typically require separate manual processes. The findings of this study indicate that such a solution is highly applicable in areas such as customer service, online education, and internal system analysis
